Description of Work: Initially company was very responsive and got someone out to do an estimate in a reasonable amount of time. The salesman was punctual and for the most part professional, but was very disparaging of the other companies we had gotten estimates from, and while he had been in the business for a long time, he seemed far more interested in telling us how bad other companies were instead of telling us exactly why ProCraft was better. He ended up leaving some of his sales materials behind by accident and was very difficult to get a hold of once he knew we weren't going with ProCraft, and eventually we just threw the book out after not getting a call back for several weeks. I believe the quality of the products Procraft sells is good, maybe even great, but I wasn't willing to pay double what Emerald City Energy was going to charge us, and in addition, Procraft couldn't do our skylights, or even recommend a contractor to do them. Approximate cost of service $20,000.00.

Description of Work: Installed 30 windows in our home. Several windows were very difficult to access. Procraft responded quickly to correct some measuring errors. The sales approach was low pressure. Overall a very good experience.

Description of Work: The estimator came on time and we told him we wanted to replace all our windows. He measured and called the owner when he had a couple questions-was very professional and pleasant. Unfortunately the estimate was double of the other three quotes we got. We used Blue Sky Glass as the bid was $11,000.00+ and they were familiar with our condo. Approximate cost of service $22,000.00.

Description of Work: Made an appointment after seeing review on Angie's List. Sales man called we made an appointment and they did come on time. After listening to their presentation I decided to order the windows for entire house. I had looked at five other companies. Person came and measured quickly - great. The called and told me windows were ready and we picked a date for installation. Installers were great - worked hard and cleaned up after themselves - great. Could not finish the installation in one day so came back the second day to install living room windows. They were finishing up so I went to look and noticed that the front windows were not the ones I ordered. They said they would have someone call me. Experience left a bad taste in my mouth.Someone did call me on Monday and asked me if they gave me a gift card for 200 dollars would I forgot about the mistake. I thought that was. Kind of a crappy offer. So my husband called and they did agree to take 800 off the price. They did good work but that

Description of Work: I shopped windows last winter, but due to the push to get the energy rebate we could not get installed in time to qualify. Though some said they would back date the invoice. We had a lot of misgivings about the cost and chose to back off for a time. When we were ready to go again we were surprise to find the Procraft estimate was lower than what we expected. I had missed Procraft in the first round of estimates so I can't say it is apples to apples but, instead of replacing just the one leaking window we had all of the south facing windows replaced (7, 3 are very large). In researching I was impressed that Procraft installers are full-time employees not subs. Our installers John and Robert were punctual clean and responsive to our needs. The job was done with a minimum of disruption and we are pleased with our purchase. We will be calling Procraft when it's time for the rest of our windows to be replaced.

Description of Work: I got a quote from this company. There was no advice given about what needed to be done. I know some windows only need the sash replaced but they quoted for a full window replacement. The salesman was fairly arrogant and just gave me the numbers without any explanation. We will not use them
