Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning

I received great service from Blue Flame Heating. They were able to come out and check my furnace and make a diagnosis and help determine my issue. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

they were there one day then installed the next,great crew hard working! A couple issues though: 1)the new unit did not have the cover so we have to manufacture a door/cover to hide the unit and the a/c lines seem to be blocking a flush mount type cover? 2) the Condensation drain was to close to the electrical panel-the inspector could not remove the panel to check the electrical connects-thus Blue flame had to return to correct and thus another inspection. 3) out side where the compressor is-they ran new lines looked good BUT in doing so the removed the screen covering the vent to the crawl space leaving access for rodents etc... 4) on the 3 visit to correct the problem the repair tech mentioned a electronic filter system that was not mentioned in the original estimate-Had we known we would have opted for this option in te beggining -He then added this option thus costing another $950.00 dollars!

Hired them for a furnace swap. Easy job I was told. Scheduled it for Friday 8am and was told my job was small so they were pushing it back. Problem was their team showed up at 5:30om on Friday and at 11pm when I sent them home they still were not finished. Called the sales rep Tony who never returned my call. Had to call the office to get someone out ASAP as we were without heat for a night.

We had been concerned with a noise in our 10 year old furnace as it kicks into delivering heated air. Our technician Brad, did a thorough diagnostics and found the source of the vibration, and components showing their age that we should consider replacement. We were extremely pleased with his work and would recommend Blue Flame to others.

Blue Flame did a timely visit/assessment of our failing furnace, follow up visit of different options and a complete install/replacement within about a week. All of the workers were very professional and the installation process all went smoothly, even when an unexpected issue arose (needed a piece of equipment not on hand). They installed a new Nest thermostat that has worked great, even in our house that had a very old system and wiring.
