Great service. We had them install a new hybrid heat pump into our existing forced air system. They went above and beyond in addressing noise issues that arose post installation. They followed up and fixed the issue immediately. Would absolutely recommend

This company use to be really good, since they hired out of the country phone dispatchers their service has gone strait downhill. I have hired them three times, two of the three times they never showed up. When I called to find out what happened they said someone would contact me soon as possible. They never called me. The last service I had set it up for right at 8:00 am, said I would be first on schedule, the service tech showed up at 10:00! 2 hours late and said that was his starting time! I will never use this company again and have told all my friends!!!

Weâ  ve had a dispute with Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning (out of Montlake Terrace but now owned by American Residential Services [Rescue Rooter, et al]. They installed our furnace 8 years ago, but Blue Flame seems to have been sold about a year ago. At installation of the furnace, we signed a maintenance plan that took $16.48 out of our credit card monthly, but would pay for services during the year. It worked fine . . . until the company sold. We called for service, got a service date, but no one ever came, and no one called to apologize or reschedule even after we called them. Blue Flame took $346.08 until we stopped them with a complaint. Our credit card rebated $65.92. Our complaint to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau got us a rebate of $115.36 from Blue Flame, but they kept $164.80 as a gift. Stay clear of Blue Flame. They will scam and cheat you. Read Yelp, Angi, and Glassdoor to see others whoâ  ve had similar problems.

I had a great experience working with this company for the replacement of my gas furnace with a heat pump solution. From the General Manager, Daryl, to Zane, the Senior Comfort Consultant, Rick in the office, Brad the Installation Manager, and the entire crew that came out, everyone did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to enjoy comfortable temperatures in my home throughout the year.

I would recommend but with a reservation. Two areas that kind of I felt they could have explained a little better: 1. Price differences of 80% and 90% efficiency units. 2. Punctuality - I was scheduled to have work performed after lunch. Crew did not arrived until about 7PM because they have just completed their 1st project and completed the job at my place a little past midnight. What's concerning is that the crew has worked 17.5hrs the whole day assuming they have started at 7AM and work all the way to 1230AM. The likelihood of making errors were already high but they completed the job.

The technicians were polite, professional, and efficient. But communication with their call center was bad, After an initial service visit the technician recommended replacing a badly-worn part that he determined was available about 15 miles away. He said I would be called to set up an appointment for the following week. They didnâ  t.I called them every few days for two and a half weeks and was repeatedly told someone would call me back and they never did. Nevertheless, ultimately the job was well done and the furnace is working great.

The service was excellent ! Jack and Zach literally saved the day as I woke up to burning wires and plastic this morning.
