Blue Flame was very quick to respond and I had my new furnace the next day. I will never know for sure if a replacement part would have fixed the problem, or if I really needed a new furnace. I had to take their word for it. It was wintertime and cold. I definitely needed heat and didn't have time to search around for bids.

They were the only company of the three that came out to give a quote, that actually took the time to discuss with me what was available, what my options were for my layout, and what the different terms. They actually talked to me about my system for my house.

The experience was great. Started out with the Comfort Advisor Tyler who went through every detail with me. When it came time to schedule the front office was always calling and telling me when the folks would arrive. The Technician Chris W. who came the next day to get the air conditioning going was superb. The furnace was very loud and he worked on it to get to the right sound levels for us. He spent quality time explaining everything to me.

They were priced the best and did a great job. They serviced our gas furnace and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs.

They came and did a job putting the new thermostat in they had to use one of their own which I believers very highly priced but there's nothing I could do on that they did a very competent job they seem to be a more confident and trustworthy company than in house electric was.

Decided to purchase a tankless water heater and an A/C. If there are any issues from purchase, to installation, to post installation, this company will resolve it 100% to your satisfaction (and then some)! Im appreciative of the sales rep (Tyler), the install techs, and electricians involved (Hunter and Mike Barber). FYI made a new friend in Michael Barber the on call electrician who had to come from 1hr away to fix an issue late one evening. Definitely fair priced, and well worth the money spent and more. Im highly considering/inquiring about their less promoted services. Thanks Team!

Blue Flame is excellent. My tech was Brad and he was friendly, honest, courteous and efficient. He spent a good 2.5 hours with me showing me all that was well and not so well with my current HVAC. He gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace my existing furnace. I also joined their maintenance program. I would highly recommend Blue Flame
