Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning

From the begining when Jack came out took the time to explain everything to how it was going to happen, how long, what it would entail. Did a great job installing the Heating and Air conditioning, they were right on time, friendly and informative on how to use digital themostat, kept us up on how everything was going thruout the day, got rid of the old parts, explained all the permits ....The team work was outstanding....Blue Flame ROCKS!!!!!! This is the company I would recommand for all your HVAC needs.

Excellent service using electronic communication to advise of appointment time with a picture of the service person. Office staff is also great answering questions. Adam was experienced, friendly, and answered questions regarding the rest of our A/C system. I wish all contractors would provide their level of service.

Maintenance was done to my furnace.

They have the BEST customer service/dispatch and friendly knowledgeable techs. They were prompt at appointment time for troubleshooting on our heating and AC unit. Unfortunately for us, Blue Flame couldn't work on our type of unit as it was older and a commercial size. They didn't charge for the service call as they could not do our repair. But were able to troubleshoot the problem enough and pointed us in the right direction. Only bummed that we could not use them further as they were good folks. Would highly recommend.

Blue Flame employees are true professionals who have set the bar high. Compared to two other equivalent HVAC companies, Blue Flame is better in every way! Blue Flame was one of three companies from which I received a quote for the installation of a heat pump and furnace. I made the request for bids via each company’s website all within one weekend. Two of the companies replied within a couple days, to nearly a week later. Blue Flame was the first to call, almost immediately during their next business day. They were able to get somebody over to my house as soon as I was available. This contrasted greatly with the other companies where appointments were not available for many days or weeks. Before the day of the quote, the Blue Flame office called and informed me that their representative would be there within 30 minutes of the window that was originally set up. Then, the representative himself called to let me know he was on his way. It was like a notification sandwich! This became the routine every time they visited. The Blue Flame representative was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every nuance of what I was asking for. He conducted his introduction and then went immediately around the house, into the attic (where the furnace is located), into the garage to inspect the power panel, and all through the house to identify the heating registers. He was extremely clean. Before entering the house, he put on protective covers over his shoes. He took them off when he entered the garage and put them right back on before coming back in. I mention this because the other companies which provided quotes did not do this. Also, after he left the attic, some of the blown installation fell down onto the carpet. I told him not to worry about it; I would vacuum it up. He insisted on vacuuming the little mess and went and grabbed his own vacuum! Once again, this compares to the other companies who made a mess and did not clean it. In fact, one company asked to borrow my ladder to access the attic! He spent a lot of time discussing how Blue Flame does an install. The attention to detail that he was claiming was exactly the level that he was demonstrating by his awareness of cleanliness while accessing different areas within my house. He spent nearly two hours in my house explaining every aspect that I asked…and I asked a million questions. He provided an on-the-spot quote for the budget that I was trying to stay within. Then, at around 8:30 that same evening, he followed up with a formal quote via email. I couldn’t believe he was still working … that guy deserves a raise! While waiting for the other company bids, I asked follow up questions via email. The Blue Flame representative would reply or call nearly immediately, as if my question was more important than anything else he was doing. The technicians were courteous and provided full explanations of the work required. I would use them again and highly recommend this company to others.
