Firstly, Adam was prompt and professional, a big plus for me. He gave options on repairing very old furnace or buy new one, without pressure. He was also waited patiently while I called my brother for advise on which furnace to buy! The install went quickly and Tommy and Casey were also professional and prompt as well as friendly. Blue Flame was very prompt in their response. Chase was our first contact who came to our home. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me clearly and was very well organized. Chase also recommended products to us, but remained in the focus of what we wanted, excellent job. The installer, Nick, arrived on time and was also very polite and organized. Nick worked very hard on completing the job and left our home as he found it. I would high recommend Blue Flame to anyone who needs their services, a great team!

He was very professional, explained exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take him and provided insight as to when I should replace my filters and how long parts typically last. He was a super efficient, knowledgeable, professional and so kind to offer time to walk me through the furnace process and thermostat and to share his recommended practices. I highly commend Trevor on representing your company with such passion and pride and this was shown in the way you performed the task at hand. The tech who came was very professional and knowledgeable and answered numerous questions about our heating system. We just recently purchased our home and didn't know the history of our heating system.

I was contacted by Blue Flame the same morning I made a request for a new furnace, and Kyler responded to my home. He did a heat loss survey and then presented our options. We were presented a estimate, which was a fair price, and were promised they would respond on Monday. Calls were made to confirm appointment and the installer Tommy arrived on time. The replacement was completed the same day, and the job site cleaned. We were very satisfied with the service, and would refer the company to anyone.

Excellent customer service. the service man did a fantastic job. I'm a service plumber for the past 30 years have to say the professional diagnostic work preformed was top notch. I had another company prior to Blue Flame and was charged for faulty work. Will not use any other company than blue flame from now on.

I had a ductless heat pump installed. Josh C., Josh W., Steve R. and Darrin B. did an absolutely wonderful job. Extremely professional, courteous, helpful and friendly! They even had to trim an outside bush to fit the heater and they hauled away the yard waste! There is not one single thing to complain about and Blue Flame was worth every penny. I definitely recommend them for any service need and am pleased I selected this company to install my heater as from day one of making the appointment with Kailana to the estimate review with Kyler every interaction with this company was top notch.
