Blue Flame initially came out to fix our furnace. They came out two more times to isolate the problem and we have had consistent heat since. They did not charge extra for the two extra visits, they were focused on getting our furnace fixed.

Blue Flame AC Install Issues in Granite Falls, WA April 2022 We had Blue Flame of Mountlake, WA install central AC at our home and our mother's home here in Granite Falls in April 2022. Both homes are around 3 years old and 2600 and 2900 square feet in size. Both installs totaled over $24,000. We evaluated around a dozen businesses and chose Blue Flame for reputation, price, and timeliness. The foreman who led the installation was superb and in general, the team was good. But there were a host of issues that took away from what should have been a perfect experience given the high dollar amount of the work. This included some major mistakes in the units electrical wiring which the foreman caught and corrected. The foreman also identified a large amount of drywall dust that had collected inside the near-new furnace when the house was built but had never been caught. In his opinion, this dust could ruin the furnace if not removed. We requested that Blue Flame follow up with a quote or a recommendation that we never received. Blue Flame had promised a follow-up inspection concerning this issue which never happened. Additionally, a multitude of follow-up calls on our part essentially were left unaddressed. To top it all off, no one showed up for a scheduled appointment to correct and even out the airflow in all the registers nor did anyone follow up to re-schedule. Since we never received a follow up call as to our satisfaction with the work that had taken place, we are putting our opinions out there. Lastly, to this date, we do not even have the final city/state inspection which is supposed to be scheduled by Blue Flame. Bottom line, I would have to say, given the importance and expenses involved in AC installations these days, you might want to check elsewhere.

The team did a great job on the replacement. The furnace that we got for the replacement was smaller than the one we originally had in the house. The team took their time and even created a little pedestal to put the smaller one on. They left the site clean and tidy and hauled away the one one. Will see how the free tune up in a year is gonna be like

Great installation of Heat Pump. Workers arrived on time, knew what they were doing and what needed to be done and accomplished the job i in the time they said they would! Work was done neatly and with minimal disruption. I would hire them again!

DO NOT USE THEM. I had a terrible experience with Blue Flame on my recent AC repair. Not only didn't the technician figure out the problem but he also broke the lockcap. The other technician I called in later couldn't do anything. I called blue flame but the technician claimed it was already broken, which is not true as the AC is coming with the new house and no one has ever touched it. Blue flame refused to do anything regarding this which is very disappointing.

Blue Flame was a pleasure to work with. Tyler was very friendly for his initial estimate visit. Rob and Mark did the installation and did a great job. The installation of the heat pump outside looks professional and so far has worked great!

I was talked into their maintenance club contract. After signing they came out once a year and gave my two systems a very cursory inspection. They miss diagnosed problems refused to check the AC pressures in the ac units. They kept trying to tell me that I needed new furnaces and ac units. Other techs said they were fine. Very poor service and would not let me out of the service contract early. I had a very poor experience with them and would not use them or recommend them!

It took 9.5 hours to install. Sloppy work.

Showed up on time, extremely professional. He explained everything for tuning up an electric furnace every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
