Furnace blower motor went out just before Christmas. Everyone I called couldn't come out to fix. Went to Home Advisors. Got a call from Blue Flame as they had a cancellation. They came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Couldn't fix until they got the parts. Took seven days to get back and repair, including time to get parts. Did a very thorough job. Seemed to be a bit pricey, but it's been a while since I've had to get this kind of work done. Given the urgency of the situation, I had no time to get multiple estimates so I could be wrong.

Responded within the hour as we were not getting heat. Brandon was informative, offered several alternatives, helped us decide the best course of action, not high pressure, very courteous. Outstanding experience!

Our experience was top notch. All the employees we dealt with at Blue Flame were polite and friendly. Each of them communicated very well with us from start to finish.

everything went smoothly. The installers seemed very competent. I was not told the installation would take all day. I was not given the choice of keeping my old thermostat which might have saved me a little money. Overall, very good experience and you can bargain some with them.

Living in an old house with aluminum and copper wiring can cause problems, as it did in my home. After Jason reviewed the problem we discussed what needed to be done to completely fix the issues I was seeing. The next day Jason and Chris came out and completely repaired all of the issues I was having. It's wonderful to know that I won't have to worry about this again! Thank you so much!

Great service

Fernando went above and beyond on the service call. Not only did he complete the task that he came for but he also helped seal one of our newly exposed ducts and replaced our filter. I really appreciated the extra attention.

The permit process for City of Seattle wasn't explained prior to install and when the inspector came, we got a partial pass and had to be inspected. That's two extra work day I have to take off.

Blue Flame is an outstanding company. The people were accommodating and very helpful. Al came out specifically to check our electronic air cleaner. While here, he decided to service our furnace. He then noticed a major problem with our water heater. Thank goodness he saw it because it was on the verge of giving out. Fernando came out and installed a new water heater. Fernando--like Al--was professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He was quick and efficient and kept the area clean. I highly recommend this company and its workers.
