This originally started as a repair for my older furnace. It became apparent that I would need to repair it again in a few months because of an oil leak. That was going to be a rather expensive repair, so I decided to replace it. The price was in line with other furnaces, and they were able to replace it the next day and I did not have to pay for the repair to get me through the rest of the day and night. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up the area when finished. They answered all my questions . I recommend the company.

Blue Flame sent a serviceman promptly. He was efficient. He diagnosed the problem, communicated clearly with me, had the necessary parts in his truck, and fixed the furnace the same day. I recommended Blue Flame to a friend a few days ago, and she had the same good experience.

The whole team from Blue Flame was terrific. The salesman was friendly, he listened to my needs and answered my questions, and was knowledgeable about the entire system--another company put the air conditioner in improperly. They were the 2nd lowest bid, but I went with them because I had more confidence in the company. Communication with the office was a breeze. Luis and his installation team were on time, polite, kept me informed, walked me through the changes, and cleaned everything up before leaving. They corrected the error made by the ac company and ensured that the whole system is up to code. It's obvious that the company strives to provide good customer service.

The service techs were very respectful, and worked hard to complete the installation as contracted. I also worked with the front office to verify exhaust vent codes were met resulting in a unique proximity location that passed inspection. They also provided a courtesy service call to measure all CO readings and checked that all of the settings were within specification and maximum efficiency . Blue Flame is a very responsive, friendly, an professional company.

Were great from the initial consultation through install. Brought in a super professional crew that explored all options and kept me informed of all the work they were doing. Had to come up with some creative solutions but they never flinched. Each team member knew their role and the implementation was seamless. Didn't seem like there was much the team couldn't handle. The front office has been fantastic with communication and explanations as well.

From the initial contact to the after install follow through, the service was nothing short of excellent. The installers of a split mini air conditioning unit were punctual, clean in their appearance and their work and did not leave without insuring that I was satisfied. Did a great job, stayed until work was done. Due to scheduling they installed a new furnace which would normally take 2 days in 1 day and made sure that everything was done, cleaned up and we were trained on our new control. Courteous and professional. Ensured everything worked well before leaving. Very impressed with their work and would recommend them.
