Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning

I was very pleased with Blue Flame. The technician was pleasant and professional. He was able to get the furnace running right away. Another company told me it would have to be replaced, but clearly that was not true. It just had a plugged up tube, which was easily fixed. So glad I called Blue Flame. They saved us $5,000 on an unnecessary replacement furnace.

Set up an appointment 3 weeks ago. They called the day before the appointment and said they needed to cancel due to the number of emergency calls they were receiving. I asked when I could reschedule. I was placed on hold for almost two minutes, then was told the soonest was a month and a half out. I will find another company to service the heater.

Showed up late at night to evaluate a smoking furnace and were there the next day to do the install of a new furnace, very responsive.
