Great work! Neither the air ducts nor the filter had been cleaned in many years, and had become extremely dirty. The technician was diligent in covering up all the vents in the house before running the truck vacuum to suck out the dust and gunk that had built up, and prevent any residual dust from getting blown back indoors. We are now on a schedule to clean the air ducts every five years. Thanks!

They did a great job . And I know it couldn't have been easy as they had never been done before and we had a very furry Husky for 5 years.

My hardwood floor was getting dingy and difficult to clean and my builder-installed inexpensive carpeting hadn't been cleaned in longer than I'd care to admit--made all the worse by workmen trekking in and out over three days ripping out my countertops and installing new ones. The carpeting was badly soiled in several high-traffic areas and I was skeptical about how clean Alpine could get it but I was desperate--family houseguests coming soon from Colorado to stay a few days and this would have been beyond embarrassing. My expectations were suitably low but I just wanted a reasonable effort to get it cleaned as well as possible. Robert was very honest and explicit about the carpet condition and what he thought he could or could not do. Well, the results are spectacular! The hardwood floor looks new to me and the carpets look so close to 'like new' that I am literally stunned that this was even possible. It far exceeded my expectations. I'm certain that the 'Super Truck' package I ordered was the right choice and well worth the added expense. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him about hardwood floor and carpet care. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous about doing a good job, and very skilled at his work. My highest recommendation for Alpine Cleaning. Ask for Robert. He's the best!

Our rugs were very dirty as a result of aging pets and not being cleaned in a long time. I could hardly believe the difference.

Good service except feel that they leave carpet too wet which takes 2 days to dry. After talking to service person on the last visit about the problem, he took extra care and carpet dried overnight.

Dan arrived 5 minutes early, we covered the areas that needed to be cleaned. Three hours later my carpeted areas were finished. The carpet look fresh and clean, five hours later the carpet almost feels dry to the touch. This is the second time I have used Alpine and plan on using them in the future. I purchased Alpine's top level clean and feel it was worth the money.

Great. Very professional. Alpine made it as easy as could be. And I'm impressed with the results. We'd been loyal customers of a small local carpet cleaning business that folded. I'd dragged my feet scheduling with a new company, so I think it had been two years. With three kids and a dog, our carpet looked and felt drab and dirty. I saw Alpine's truck working down the street from my house. I thought that they would do a good job because their truck is so big, it has that much more steam power. Our old carpet cleaning company always told me that the right equipment made all the difference. Alpine worked quickly AND the results were better than I'd hoped. The price was good. I didn't shop around so I don't know how competitive their rates are. Our old cleaners were less, but took longer and since they were a one technician outfit, would get booked up for long stretches in busy seasons. I plan to be a regular Alpine customer.

Carpets look new! Worth the expense to extend the life of the carpeting. I paid for the premium cleaning service because of the condition of my carpeting. Other services much less expensive.

Dave arrived early on the appointment date and called beforehand to see if they could come early. I appreciated the phone call. They arrived and did an amazing job on our 4 year old carpet. We have very light carpet and foot traffic and stains appear very easily. They got out bad pet stains and other stubborn stains that I couldn't get out myself with a home carpet cleaner. Theiir horse hair rotator brush and 280degree temp de-ionized water worked wonderfully. They made our carpet look brand new again. I have been using Alpine for over 6 years now and will continue to use them for our annual carpet cleaning. Thanks!

They were on time and did a great job.

The crew showed up right on time. Rather than doing a 2-person (4 hour) job, they doubled up to do a 4-person (2 hour) job. The crew was friendly and went right to work. They had an eye for detail and made the house look better than when we moved in.
