This conglomerate buys out out local established companies that have loyal customers and jacks up prices. Annual furnace service cost doubled and they walked out on me when they couldn’t find a part for my gas fireplace, leaving a dismantled mess. I called to follow up and no reply. I then easily found the parts online but had to do the repair on my own, no thanks to Alpine.

The team was professional! Even returned days later when a question came up to look at our furnace. Will rehire

We received excellent duct cleaning service from Alpine. Our service technician, William Wertz, was very knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. He walked us through the whole process and did a wonderful job! We will definitely use Alpine again--well worth the cost!

Our ducts needed cleaning after years of neglect and then a significant remodel. Scheduling and pre-appointment communications were excellent. Antonio arrived on time and did a great job getting our ducts super clean and sanitized. He even discovered and pointed out a disconnected duct that I wouldn't have been aware of otherwise. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of his work.

Our technician Steve was on time, professional and personable. He explained the process, answered our questions and then went to work. He was respectful of our home and when he was done, we received before and after pictures. They have an automated system that introduces you to your technician and tracks his artival time. I would highly recommend using this business.

Went good, these guys are pros. The cleaning increased my flow of air. We are no longer cold and hot in winter/summer.

The carpet had some very bad areas with spots and dirt. I couldn't believe how clean the carpet is now and all the dirt spots are gone.

This is the first time I'd used Alpine and they met or exceeded all my expectations. Brock arrived early - after calling me to see if that was convenient. He was personable and professional. He worked efficiently and pleasantly answered all me questions. The carpet dried well - in about 6 hours. All the traffic areas cleaned up well. Alpine cost more than the carpet cleaner I've used in the past, but I think it was worth it. We used the super truck. And I had the GreenShield applied in the hall and family room - where it is higher traffic. It will be interesting to see if I notice a difference between the GreenShield vs the non- GS areas.

Brock worked very efficiently and cleaned the carpets so that they were noticeably brighter, removing several stains from footwear and spills.

We had the carpets in our two story house cleaned using Alpine cleaning services. It was very well done. Mickey showed up on time, explained everything and as a one man crew moved all the furniture, got it done on time. No surprises. I had the same impression when I got the original quote. Straight talk, no gimmicks. Very professional. House look very clean and smells nice! I highly recommend them. One minor nit. Couple of tough spots seem to remain but I don’t know if that is easily removable. I only saw them today, haven’t asked them.

Vince was friendly and professional -- and seemed happy about how much gunk his "super truck" sucked out of our carpets, which was funny to both of us. I will definitely hire Alpine again, and will go with the "super truck" option as soon as I have a coupon to make it sort-of-affordable!

Drapes were well cleaned, albeit very expensive. Carpet cleaning was poor. The major stains were not removed. I had to remove them myself with a Bissel carpet cleaner. Funny thing was that I was called after leaving my Yelp review and was surprised, in a good way, about them being very concerned about the job. They said they would make it right by adjusting the price of the drapes. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. So they came and installed the drapes....not a single mention of the "adjusted" price? OK. So much for that. Yeah, not recommended.

We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned out by Alpine. Robbie called me an hour before he was arriving. Robbie was very professional and ready to inspect the house. Because we just moved in, I had not idea what to expect with the furnace. Robbie gave me an overview of how to change a filter, which way the air flows through the filter, simple things to try if the furnace doesn't get going on the first try. It was extremely valuable to me to get these tips from a seasoned professional. The van they used was pretty consolidated so it didn't take up too much room in the alley Robbie parked in. The work took about 2 hours and even sprung for the duct disinfectant. We are very happy with the service. I would absolutely go with Alpine again.
