I hired Alpine to clean soot off of my walls and counters and every area of my open floor plan home. After the service was “completed” they left smudged soot all over a potion of the wall. Meaning they did not complete the job I had hired them to do. My expectations were not to have clear white walls but at least to have the film of soot removed so we could move forward to paint over the disaster. Instead I had to host my family with small children in a soot infested home. Tiffany was the sales rep I intially encountered. Her quick response and emails to me while I deliberated with my boyfriend were initially impressive. She was kind and very prompt when scheduling the service. I needed to change the credit card on file prior to the service being performed, I emailed Tiffany and no response. Then I called and spoke to a gal who said the technicians have card readers on them and they can accept payment on the other credit card. While I was at work, my boyfriend was home during the cleaning service and wanted to pay with his card and apply a $50 coupon seen online. The ladies said they could not help with that, we had to call the office. I called and finally changed the card on file. At this point I did request to apply the $50 coupon and “sjs” noted on the invoice to do so. Although when I received the invoice no coupon was applied. Now, coming home to a soot smeared wall I emailed Tiffany, again, requesting we come to some sort of agreement for issuing me a partial refund since they did not clean the soot off my walls. A day or so later Bobby, the House Cleaning Department Manager left me a message in regards to the email I left Tiffany since Tiffany was out of the office celebrating her anniversary. I called Bobby and left her a message only to receive a voicemail from Sara. She let me know Bobby was out of town for Spring Break but caught her up on my situation. I corresponded with Sara over the phone on Monday explaining to her that we were charged for a 5 hour service without the soot being at least attempted to be cleaned from my walls. She was very apologetic and “understood” my frustrations. She said she would contact their invioice department then get clearance to refund a portion of the cost, which she cc’d me in her email to each according department. Thursday came and I emailed Sara requesting her to let me know the status of my account. Sara called me yesterday, Friday, around noon. Shortly thereafter I called her back and Tiffany told me Sara was on her lunch break and that she would let Sara know I called. It is now after hours on Saturday (Sara notified me she would be working today) and I have had zero correspondence from either of the three people who I have had to discuss my situation with. I am highly disappointed in the over charged service and poor sense of customer service from a company who boasts their “5 Star Service Gurantee.” I have shared my poor experience with Alpine Specialty Cleaning to all of my peers and will never refer any clientele to them, ever.

Just great! Still waiting for the hallway rug..one week was estimate for cleaning and drying. House carpeting was done in an hour. Staff was timely, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Dan even had snacks for the family dogs! We were also given complimentary sample of stain remover and carpet deodorizer.

As well as could be expected considering the age of the shower.

Alpine did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. The technician was on time and very thorough. Our carpets were heavily soiled and had not been cleaned for years. I saw Alpine's "Super Truck" cleaning carpets at a Daycare and decided that was the level of cleaning power we needed for our carpets. I am glad we called them. We were very satisfied with the job they did. Hint: Spend the extra money to utilize the "Super Truck" cleaning system that uses de-ionized water to clean the carpet. It is a much better and thorough cleaning process than just using your own water channeled through a heater and hose.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. A van contained a machine, and hoses were used to wash with pressurized water and to extract the residue.

They did a great job. Robert, the technician, was very helpful in explaining things and offering us options.

Great first experience with Alpine. They were able to work us in on short notice for a Saturday cleaning, arrived promptly and the carpets looked fantastic. I love that they include pre-vacuuming in the basic service. The technician, Vincent, was professional, friendly, and enthusiastic about his work. We'll definitely call Alpine again.

The punctuality with having such quick appointment set, the technicians who removed and reattached each of the our blinds was excellent! I was shocked at how reasonable the price was and didn't feel it necessary to call around to see if I could find anything cheaper. I felt that it would have been a waste of time to shop around because the price was that good (we have a lot of blinds in our house). I would definitely recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning in an instant!

Beautifully. Service person was prompt and polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and we feel very confident the job was thorough and well done.

All carpets and rugs cleaned well and they dried quickly. Had old spots on dining room chairs that we weren't sure about. Dan tried to clean one without success, so there was no charge for that. Dan was very professional, neat and courteous.

It was a fantastic experience. From my initial call to find out about their services, I was impressed with the professional staff they had on phone to take the call. Brittney was friendly and courteous and walked me through the process. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked great for my needs (a Saturday morning at 8am)...and my carpet cleaning technician (Robert) was on time and ready to tackle his task. I was amazed as the accumulated dirt and staining went away. This was their special onsite cleaning truck with everything on board. Carpets look like new and it only took a few hours. I highly recommend Alpine Specialty cleaning. We will use them again!!

Arrived on time. Appointment made on short notice. Had spilled wine and coffee several months ago and was getting new furniture whose placement would have left the stains right in the middle of the room. They were accommodating to make the appointment on Monday afternoon when I called Monday morning. Hoped to get the stains out so wouldn't need new carpet. Unfortunately, he could not get the stains out. I'm giving a 'B', but not sure anyone could have gotten the stains out! I asked for his opinion before he got started and if he didn't think he could get them out then I did not want to do that room. However, he had already sprained the spot cleaner on the stains and then said he had to finish the room. Otherwise I would have added a different room to meet the minimum of 3. Was very quick and got all the rooms done thoroughly.

Brock was going to be a bit late because of an earlier job. He called to let me know which was much appreciated. When he arrived, he was very easy to work with and got right to work setting up to clean the carpets in our condo. We live on the 4th floor so he had to go in through our window. He knew exactly how to make that work. He worked diligently and communicated with me throughout the process. He was a nice combination of efficient and personable. The carpets look great and I would highly recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning.

We called several companies to get quotes and by far their customer service was the most professional and helpful. We also spoke to the owner who was just as helpful. They were a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than another competitor who was also well-recommended. However, in the end we went with Alpine as their reviews were stellar and their customer service folk were very knowledgeable. The actual visit was equally impressive. Our technician was Davui and I can't recommend him enough. He showed up in the expected window, was very courteous and extremely thorough and meticulous in his work [very careful with the walls, cleaned up after himself thoroughly and ensured the ducts were as clean as reasonably possible]. I would highly recommend asking for him by name (that's what I intend to do the next time). Excellent representative of the company.

Dryer vent had not been cleaned in several years. Vent is 30 + feet long with two 90 degree turns and some twists as well. Alpine was punctual, thorough and professional. Almost all of the work was done from outside the house. The results are great - loads are dried much more quickly and I feel certain the fire hazard is reduced if not eliminated.
