Alpine did a great job. Serviceman was punctual and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough cleaning with special attention and detail to stained areas. Most all stains were removed. Alpine even placed 2 wall guards along the entry/hallway leading to the room to be cleaned. These wall guards protected the drywall corners of our walls from scratching and denting by the hoses and tubing that is connected from the cleaning van and used in the cleaning process. I've never seen a company use these before and they really saved our walls. I will definitely use them again and will call upon them to clean the rugs in my rental houses.

I called for an appointment on Saturday, and they were able to accomodate us on the following Monday. Both the phone representative and the technician were very courteous and professional, and the technician automatically charged me the coupon rate without me mentioning the coupon. The technician arrived on time (about 10 minutes early, actually) and completed the work in the timeframe estimated by the phone representative. We scheduled the cleaning as a last-ditch effort to improve the smell and appearance of cat urine stains that we had cleaned previously with virtually every product on the market. Unfortunately, the professional enzyme and steam cleaning did not improve our carpet situation, but this was a last-ditch effort, and the technician did make it clear in advance that he could not guarantee the effectiveness of the cleaning on the urine stains. My only complaint was that the technician failed to put blocks or tabs under our furniture after cleaning--however, this may have been a professional decision because our couches have plastic legs and we'd removed all the other furniture. Our carpets took about 2 days to dry. Alpine will help speed drying with fans at no additional charge if you ask at the time of booking. I was pleased with our experience and would use Alpine again.

All contacts were very professional. They were very punctual and efficient. We were very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Move-in house cleaning: Kelly and Megan (if my memory serves me correctly, this was their names) arrived promptly and dressed in company uniform at my 12pm appointment. They quickly did a tour of the house and concluded my new house was is very good condition. I mentioned to them that the previous owner had a maid service perform a move-out cleaning 3 days ago. Since I am moving into this new house with a 9 month of child who is an active crawler, we felt more comfortable if we had the house cleaned again. Both Kelly and Megan thought the job may be done in less than 3 hours. I mentioned to them that the kitchen and bathrooms were a priority and I wanted them to clean it throughly. Kelly and Megan completed the job in 2.5 hours. They performed a walkthrough of each area they did. I found that an entire section of one of the bathroom section was not touched. I told them this and they promptly cleaned it. They also missed all the windows on the second floor. They also missed cleaning the bottom rack of the oven. I've again pointed this out to them and they hurried cleaned it. I find that they were trying to rush through the cleaning to come in under 3 hours. I'm not sure if their motivation is to save me an extra 30 minutes (~$40.00), but after they left, I found the cleaning they performed as sub-standard as the days passed. For instance, they missed cleaning an entire inside section of the kitchen cabinet. I made the mistake of not opening every cabinet during the walkthrough and I don't think it's my responsibility to quality-assure their work. I also found that the vent above the stove was dirty and not cleaned at all. All 3 of the bathroom toilets still had ring mildews. Initially, I felt arkward following their every step of cleaning at the beginning so I backed off and let them do their job. Looking back, this was a mistake. If I had been there micro-managing their cleaning, perhaps I would not have all these things that were not touched or cleaned to my satisfaction. Carpet-cleaning: Andre completed the job is less than 45 minutes. As for the cleaning, I thought he did a superb job. The only negative is that I requested ahead of time that they bring me plenty of booties so I can the movers walk on the carpet without staining it the next day. Andre didn't bring me any and he left me his pair. Overall, I would recommend alpine's carpet cleaning service, but I would not use the house cleaning service. I surfed around for a reputable house cleaning service and I've seen rave reviews for Alpine. I am quite disappointed as I expected more thoroughness from them.

The showed p when they siad theyw ould come. They came back when they sai t he yw oud, so I didn't have to habg around the hosue all day. I couldn't belive how well they took them down and how well they worked after they were re installed.

I called Alpine on the recommendation of a friend, and was not disappointed. Tim came and cleaned 3 areas, plus my car upholstery. It was easy to make an appointment at the exact date and time I needed, they called ahead to confirm and when he was on his way. Tim was fast, efficient, and friendly, offering me some helpful advice along the way. When he first rang the doorbell, I accidentally knocked over a cup of coffee, which spilled on the couch cushions as I got up to answer the door. Tim asked if he could just take care of that right away for no extra charge. Although the rug was basically a routine cleaning, with no visible stains, the carpet came out sparkling clean. The car upholstery did have stains on one seat, and that came out well, too. Even the fresh coffee-- on the white couch-- came out! I very much appreciate dealing with such an honest and reliable company. I felt that my individual needs and concerns were well addressed, and will definitely call again.

I called them up and the cleaner came and cleaned my carpets. He did a very good job and the carpets look great. He was super late in getting to my house, though. It was really frustrating. He called to say that he would be late but that was almost at 4:30. I think he should?ve called at 3:30 or 4:00 instead. I waited for another half an hour and my son was also waiting to go to a friend?s house. If he had called earlier I could?ve left home sooner.

They gave the estimate and picked up the rugs at the same time. They took them away to be cleaned and delivered them back to us the following week. The rugs look great.

Took exactly the amount of time he estimated (45 minutes), gave me a reduced price based on a promotion I did not know about, carpets look beautiful.

They did a good job. Fast and efficient. Charged what was quoted (which is somewhat rare these days). The guy was pleasant and knew what he was doing. I like the use of pet-friendly/green cleaning agents. He gave me accurate estimates of the drying time as well. All-in-all, a good experience with a good company.

Our service technician (Tim) was very professional, courteous and informative. He set good expectations about what would the results would be, then exceeded them. We thought the area rug was headed for the transfer station but now it looks almost new. He also recommended a Scotch Guard finish on everything but didn't push it, which I appreciated; we ended up getting it for the furniture. Also got a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner at the end. We'll be using Alpine as our default service from now on.

Cleaning went well in all rooms...exception was the family room. The family room carpet did not clean and/or dry well. I called Eric the next day and explained the problem. He returned within hours and was puzzled as to why the problem had occurred. He immediately went into action and recleaned the entire family room. It cleaned up much better...and, he apologized. I was impressed with the quickness of his response and willingness to rectify the problem.

The company gave me a courtesy call the day prior to the work being done as well as when the technician was on his way out. The professionalism in job performance was great and the carpets came out looking like new! The only downside was that only about half of the stains in the carpet got removed with the steam cleaner. I would not only use this company in the future but I'd also recomend them to my friends.

Much better results than I had hoped for!

Our carpet is circa 1990, with extremely heavy dog traffic/use. I selected Alpine based on reports from Angie's List. Booking appoint was a breeze, Sarah was excellent over the phone. Andre, the cleaning tech arrived on time, professionally dressed for job at hand, polite, articulate and even the dog liked him. We walked through the house to discuss the job and point out the trouble areas. We opted to add the Kleen Guard ($110) to the cleaning price of $169.95 before he got started. Start to finish, Andre was at the house 75 minutes. Fast, clean, efficient and the end result is outstanding, really pleased. Would absolutely hire this company again for the same and additional services. To make this process easier we had removed most of the furniture, tables, chairs, rug mats, items, etc before the tech arrived.

Tim, the young man who did the work, arrived at the alloted time. It was an extremely hot day, and after I showed him what stains were what, he immediately started to treat the stains. Then he started the machine, and basically never stopped until the job was finished. We were so very hot, I just don't know how he tolerated it, but he did. He applied the Stain Guard when he was through, and left me with a bottle of it, to apply when needed. We are extremely happy with the results, and will definitely use them again and again.

The price quoted was too low for their pick-up service, but I just removed the blinds and drove them up to the shop in Mountlake Terrace. Open convenient hours and they were professional and friendly. Picked them up two days later...the job was excellent. I'll have them clean my drapes this fall.

They've been punctual, professional, and the cleaning has been good. Their prices are reasonable.

We are having a new couch delivered on May 15, so on May 7 I e-mailed Alpine to see if we could get the carpets cleaned before the 15th. I received a call back from Eric, the scheduler, within about 5 minutes of my sending the e-mail. He was able to schedule the work for Friday, May 8, which was great. Eric thoroughly explained the pricing and the specials and told me that the cleaner would call the day before the cleaning to confirm the appointment time. Dan, the carpet cleaner, called to confirm the 10:30 AM appointment as promised. He arrived early (!) on Friday and was friendly and professional. He and I did a walk-through of all the rooms and discussed what was and wasn't possible in terms of some of the old stains. He was also absolutely wonderful with our 7-year-old, friendly Black Lab when she came over to sniff him and say hello. :) Dan did an excellent and thorough job of pre-treating and steam cleaning the carpets. Not every old stain came up but I knew that was likely given the age of the carpet. The products he used smelled light and fresh and clean. The carpets weren't oversaturated and dried completely. On his way out, I had some questions about cleaning an Oriental area rug and Dan was able to give me excellent advice about that as well. The entire house looks and smells better, and we are very pleased. We will definitely be using Alpine's services again and will ask for Dan if he's available. :)

The technitian arrived on time and estimated the job to take 3 hours. That is how long it took. It was a pleasure to have Jim do the job. He is a nice person and dedicated to doing a great job. Eric at the main office was pleasant and accomodating. He matched a competitor's price for the cost of cleaning the area rug (thank you!). I did find the carpet/fabric protection price high. The cost for treating the sofa was as much as what it cost to clean it, so, I only had the cushions treated. Loved the Biokleen carpet/fabric cleaner they use. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will hire them again in the future.

Representative was prompt, courteous and professional. I was sending the area rug out to be cleaned, so normally they want you to move all of the furniture off before they get there. I had trouble moving a large chair off of the rug by myself and the rep was nice about helping me. The rug didn't come back as nice looking as I'd hoped. There are a few shadowy spots. I'm not sure what they are from. I wasn't expecting it to look brand new, but for the price I thought it would be pretty much spotless

Robbie was extremely professional, quick and did a great job. So good, that I booked an appointment for one of our other properties.
