We were thrilled with their work! They arrived on time, and were flexible with scheduling. I may have them back to clean my upholstery.

Over all worked very well. Called to confirm time day before and prices were competitive.

Candy who accepted my order and Sarah who followed up with answers to questions I had were courteous, funny and helpful. Today, when bad telephone customer service can be the norm, their personable service demonstrates the company culture at Alpine. Rich, the technician who picked-up my blinds for cleaning was on-time, courteous, personable, helpful and explained all the details of sonic cleaning mini-blinds including some oxidation problems that could arise from the sonic cleaning since my blinds had not been cleaned professionally in several years. He came prepared with the white coverings on his shoes to insure concern for a homeowner's carpeting, and my blinds were uninstalled and installed with care. Since my windows are large, he even placed old sheets on the windows to insure some level privacy. The service was very prompt. My blinds were returned in 48 hours and I am extremely pleased with the results! I have scheduled a pick-up tomorrow for my upstairs mini-blinds! Although my second service by Alpine is not a "Big Deal" the service provided by the Company is worth the reasonable price. I can see why Angie's List has Alpine on its "A" list.

They were very punctual. They had a two hour special for $75. Two people came in and cleaned the whole upper floor of my house, in an hour and a half, and for the remaining half hour dusted and cleaned most of the lower floor.

They cleaned one floor of my house. They are very efficient and thorough. They made me check after they worked to make sure I am satisfied. The floors were really nice. They washed my hard wood floors and polished everything. Bathroom was very clean. Whole thing was very professional.

The hardwood floor were sparkling. The bathrooms and kitchen have never looked better. They even changed my sheets on my bed.

I have been hesitating to hire a cleaning service since moving, but I figured the Big Deal was a perfect opportunity to save some money and give Alpine an opportunity to win my ongoing business. They did just that. Two employees arrived 5 minutes early to the cleaning appointment and got right to work. My house looks, smells and feels great! I am so pleased with the end results!

They completed the work and did good job overall. They were very professional with their work. I would certainly consider them for future carpet cleaning needs.

We built the house 7 years ago and with young kids and puppies hadn't had the carpets cleaned. There were some stains we doubted would come out. I'm thrilled to say the carpets look like they did the day we moved in. Eric did a fabulous job...we just hope he stays in the business as we'll absolutely call him/Alpine Specialty Cleaning!

The technician arrived on time, he explained the services and the pricing (it was a little higher than the phone quote, but still a lot less than a well-known competitor). We confirmed the services we wanted and he got to work. It took about an hour - which seemed fast - but the job was thorough and everything was well cleaned.

It went very well. The blinds hadn't been cleaned in years and had never been professionally cleaned. Wish I had done this sooner -- very pleased with how they look now.

The technician arrived right on time at 7:45 a.m Thursday morning. He looked at the items to be cleaned. He explained the process. He noticed we were having breakfast, excused himself for a few minutes, allowing us time to finish. He then methodically went to each room cleaning the sofa & chairs. By 9:15 a.m., he was finished, out the door to his next appointment. Technician, Jim was friendly & courteous.

When we contacted Alpine on about 10/21/2010, they asked for credit card information. We advised we would be paying by check. They insisted on the credit card information, but promised if we paid by check they would not put it through. On 10/22/2010 they put through the charge. On 10/25/2010 a pending charge also appeared on my credit card. Pending charges are subtracted from balance available on the card. This resulted in $474.90 being charged and 474.90 lowering my balance available for a total of $989.80 unavailable on my credit card because of Alpines accounting mistake. After several phone calls Robbi of Alpine corrected the problem. He appologized profusely and said they would give me $50.00 off my billing. Of course they seemed to conveniently overlook the $50.00 discount. It's too bad their accounting and promises are not near the same excelent standard of their work!

I enlisted Alpine Specialty Cleaning to do a deep clean and carpet cleaning of my home. The housecleaners were courteous, professional and punctual. They got done everything I asked of them in 3 hours. Next came the carpet cleaner. He was knowledgeable, courteous, very thorough, organized and fast. The carpet looks great, the clean home even greater!

No complaints. Courteous and professional.

They have done the carpets before and that is why we called the back. They did a good job.

Angie's List arranged for Alpine to offer 5 rooms of carpet cleaning for $139. We signed up for it and got it. The person with whom we made the appointment was very courteous and friendly. The man who came out was highly professional. He was on time, he explained everything he was going to do and what we could expect when the job was finished. He underpromised and overdelivered. The carpets looked like new when he finished.

It was great. I've never had the carpet so clean. He was in and out in an hour and he was very knowledgeable and timely.

My complaint was that the receptionist that took my order. I had asked her to have them bring fans to speed the drying up as I am disabled and use a walker and I have two small dogs. She told me the fans were used for jobs where flooding had occured and that I need not worry though because the carpet would be almost completely dry when they were done cleaning. When Jim arrived I asked him how long it would take to dry and he told me, I believe 4 to 8 hours. I respect his honesty. After he was finished, I had to leave my condo with my two dogs and try and stay out as long as I could but it was still very wet when I returned. I feel the receptionist should have been up front with me and told me that it tooks hours to dry and I would have made arrangements to to get the key tomy daughters house but it was too late when Jim left as my daughter and son-in-law went out of town for the weekend. I had absolutely no problem with Jim and the work he did.

For starters, I was fortunate to get Candy as my initial contact. And now I always ask for her. She's a blast to chat with and she's *very* good at what she does also. :-) The other folks are good to deal with too, but Candy is so funny, like me. All of the Alpine folks who've been to our house were very professional, respectful, and thorough. They work hard and get the job done, and they are very pleasant throughout the entire process. There are other services out there, but this one is extra special, and I will use them again and again!

Overall, they did a good job. I was a little disappointed of the communication after the job with respect of problem areas that they encountered. Basically, I found some spots that did not come out. I had to ask them why the stains did not come out.

Eric Allison arrived "on the dot" and toured my work areas. He was very courteous and professional. The bathroom ceramic tile floors were much cleaner and he worked with efficiency. The bedroom wall to wall carpet was beautiful after he finished. I would definitely recommend this company and especially liked how the cleaning ingredients were not smelly. Will definitely use again and also recommend to friends.

This is the second time Eric has come out to do my carpets. It was fast and easy to make an appointment with his office, and he called the evening before to confirm arrival. I have a number of cats, and numerous stains that he was miraculously able to remove. He was not able to remove some of the older set-in stains, but advised me in advance that this might be the case, and said that he would still "do his best." He was very professional and amiable, and seemed to do a very thorough job. He even threw in a few small area rugs at no extra charge. One of the things I liked best was the use of non-toxic, environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic products (Biokleen). I get severe allergies and reactions to most chemicals and perfumes, but I haven't had a problem with the product Eric uses. The carpets just smell fresh and clean. He recommended the stain gard treatment this time around, which was an additional $100 or so. I'm still waiting to see if it will make a difference to prevent future stains and make cleaning easier.

"B +" would be my overall rating, the cleaning technician arrived 45 minutes after the appointment time but did call at the planned time to say he would be 30 minutes late. LOL - no real hardship since there is always one more thing to me moved before carpet cleaning ! The tech was very professional and positive including no complaints about moving or working around furniture that was still in the cleaning areas. I did have to request / point out a few areas that needed to be hit again to be completely clean. He got out a couple of stains that were completely resistant to my efforts with retail spot cleaners and FYI the carpets were very, very overdue for cleaning (hint - single guy house :-) ) As noted in the survey info I would definitely use these guys again, "B +" instead of A is just for running late on the appointment and my having to point out the areas that needed to be hit again vs. the tech would have left them that way. I put N/A on cost since I was confident of this choice from the Angie's list rating and didn't do any comparison shopping. My initial call was answered promptly and the scheduling was done promptly at a (weekend) time convenient for me.

The Alpine employee who handled the pick up and delivery was friendly, professional, and careful. Alpine provided a one hour window for the pick up and delivery, instead of the more common two hours or half-day, and were on time. The blinds were cleaned very well and look beautiful.
