The carpet cleaner was punctual, very nice, and did a thorough job of cleaning every inch of carpet. I would definitely want Alpine to clean our carpets in the future! The Super Truck cleaning was more expensive than the regular truck, but well worth it!

Great service. I needed it at the last minute and they were easy to schedule with. The worker was professional, on time and thorough. They were not expensive either. Great on all accounts.

Results were better than I anticipated. Mike was professional and friendly and got the work done in a timely manner. He was late to the appointment but the office did call ahead to let me know and I received a small discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I was very pleased and would hire them again. The Angie's List discount was great too!

The last time these rugs looked this good was the day we installed them. They're gorgeous! Vince arrived exactly on time and really knew his stuff. He deep cleaned both carpets and cleaned our couch. He also applied a stain treatment. I'd use Alpine again in a heartbeat.

Mike did an excellent job. I chose the "Super truck" since I had cleaned the carpet with rental machines the last two times and due to wildfire smoke and local construction dust they were in dire need of deep cleaning. I could have gone with the smaller truck for a lower price but happy I went with the self contained steam system in Super truck. Other than some wear areas which are not going to come out all the stains and coffee spills are no longer there and carpets look close to new. The only quibble was with the sales staff on the phone who did not pass on how many parking spaces the truck required and we had to juggle the location upon arrival, but luckily I had a spot in my alley that worked. A couple of other internal miscommunications by their staff put pressure on Mike but in the end it all worked out.

The appointment went well. The carpets were acceptable when the cleaning was completed. I was especially impressed by the professionalism of the young man who performed the cleaning; and he answered all my many questions and concerns.

Excellent work. Antonio arrived early and explained all that he would be doing, in detail. He took his shoes off before he entered our house which I appreciated. He took pictures of the ducts and furnace before and after cleaning. He was thorough and fast. We definitely will use Alpine Specialty Cleaning again and when we do we will request Antonio.

Very well done! Would not hesitate to recommend. Not the cheapest, but the best we've utilized.

Robert was timely, communicated his process very well, performed the service with much expertise and was very professional. We had our stairways going up and down done, along with the entire basement carpet, family room, living room, 2 bedrooms and the hallway.

Alpine was running a 40% off ad in the Seattle Times for the Super Truck Process. The Super Truck is the way to go - they weren't kidding when they said it drys in half the time (actually quicker for us). Their representative, Brock called in advance to say he would be available earlier than the appointment if I was available (but if I preferred to wait until apt. time that was fine too). He did an outstanding job cleaning carpets, raking and applying Stain Guard to our upper level floors and the stairs. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I mentioned the carpet installer told us we couldn't get the walk-in basement carpet wet because of wool padding (on cement) under our Berber carpet. Brock agreed to do a small test on a stain in the basement just to see. The stain came up and I've waited several months before posting this - the stain has not returned and no issues with wool padding/ Berber carpet. Due to minimum work requirement, I'll wait to have them back to do the entire basement next time along with upper level. But I won't wait as long to have them back (now that I know how quickly carpet will dry & how amazing the carpets look). I must confess our carpets were long overdue for cleaning. Brock was out of their small stain remover bottle they leave with customers. So I recently called to remind them and it was delivered the following day. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fabulous! Couldn't believe how clean the rugs are after their treatment and there's no odor (I don't like fragrances as they usually give me a headache).

They did an excellent job. They communicated clearly with us. A few things went wrong that were out of their control, and they did everything possible to correct the mistake even though it was the blind company's error. The evaluation is mixed because of the two different aspects of the work performed. The workmanship of the concrete cleaning was excellent. However, we have had similar results from contractors that charged far less. The problem was with the composite decking. I have always cleaned our deck using 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner, a stiff floor brush and manual labor. This has always produced excellent results without damaging the decking. The BOSS of the house decided that maybe this year I should let someone else do the work (I am 68). I have heard too many stories about composite decking being damaged by using a pressure washer so I quizzed the technician about this. I asked him if he used any chemicals to assist in the cleaning ("No, pressure only.") and he assured me no damage would be done. The cleaning was done in the morning and when I got home that afternoon I saw that he was correct - there was no damage to the decking. However, the spray pattern from the nozzle was very visible (I could easily see where he stood while working) and the planks were not clean. The pollen and light dust were gone but the dirt remained. (I am guessing this is the result of amount of water pressure used and not wanting to damage the decking.) I inspected 24 hours later just to see if things would improve with time, but they did not. I expressed my displeasure to a representative. They offered to come back and re-clean the decking to my satisfaction plus give us a $100 discount on our next service. I declined their offer for two reasons: 1) They wanted to use ONLY a pressure washer to re-clean the decking, Without the aid of a simple cleaning solution, the only way to get the planks clean would be to turn up the pressure and that leads to potential damage and problems. (Experience is a great teacher.) 2) We have no intention of ever using Alpine again so the $100 discount is worthless. As I stated previously, while the concrete workmanship was excellent, it can be done for much less money. The phrase "Premium Steam Power Washing" is simply "hype" in my opinion.

Mike Byam, Alpine Specialty Cleaning Ultra-Premium Technician, did a 5-Star job on our 3 rooms! We have two cats and they have issues. Mike deployed his uber experience and got our carpets looking clean and smelling great!!! I would highly recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning for your home cleaning needs!!!

This went way better than expected. I had almost zero expectations for cosmetics. The job was for health reasons, mostly. First off, I cheat when I ask for any in home service: I asked to be the technicians first appointment of the day. Nobody gets to give them a bad day and then see me... I happened to get their most tenured guy, (Dan, and that was just luck). The customer service person (Sara) cared about the business and liked doing what she does. She deserves a raise... Dan did old school hard work on the carpet, like an aerobic workout. And I'm a loggers son... Bottom line: the carpet looked like it was new. I don't have to say anything to send referrals. People that come here will ask. Great work. That is all.

I hired Alpine to clean soot off of my walls and counters and every area of my open floor plan home. After the service was “completed” they left smudged soot all over a potion of the wall. Meaning they did not complete the job I had hired them to do. My expectations were not to have clear white walls but at least to have the film of soot removed so we could move forward to paint over the disaster. Instead I had to host my family with small children in a soot infested home. Tiffany was the sales rep I intially encountered. Her quick response and emails to me while I deliberated with my boyfriend were initially impressive. She was kind and very prompt when scheduling the service. I needed to change the credit card on file prior to the service being performed, I emailed Tiffany and no response. Then I called and spoke to a gal who said the technicians have card readers on them and they can accept payment on the other credit card. While I was at work, my boyfriend was home during the cleaning service and wanted to pay with his card and apply a $50 coupon seen online. The ladies said they could not help with that, we had to call the office. I called and finally changed the card on file. At this point I did request to apply the $50 coupon and “sjs” noted on the invoice to do so. Although when I received the invoice no coupon was applied. Now, coming home to a soot smeared wall I emailed Tiffany, again, requesting we come to some sort of agreement for issuing me a partial refund since they did not clean the soot off my walls. A day or so later Bobby, the House Cleaning Department Manager left me a message in regards to the email I left Tiffany since Tiffany was out of the office celebrating her anniversary. I called Bobby and left her a message only to receive a voicemail from Sara. She let me know Bobby was out of town for Spring Break but caught her up on my situation. I corresponded with Sara over the phone on Monday explaining to her that we were charged for a 5 hour service without the soot being at least attempted to be cleaned from my walls. She was very apologetic and “understood” my frustrations. She said she would contact their invioice department then get clearance to refund a portion of the cost, which she cc’d me in her email to each according department. Thursday came and I emailed Sara requesting her to let me know the status of my account. Sara called me yesterday, Friday, around noon. Shortly thereafter I called her back and Tiffany told me Sara was on her lunch break and that she would let Sara know I called. It is now after hours on Saturday (Sara notified me she would be working today) and I have had zero correspondence from either of the three people who I have had to discuss my situation with. I am highly disappointed in the over charged service and poor sense of customer service from a company who boasts their “5 Star Service Gurantee.” I have shared my poor experience with Alpine Specialty Cleaning to all of my peers and will never refer any clientele to them, ever.

Good job.. Tyler from Alpine arrived on time and completed the cleaning within an hour. Carpet looks great!
