Jason arrived right on time, wasn't intimidated by my 9 year-old carpeting, never having had a professional cleaning. Even though I didn't expect miracles, pretty much everything that I though would come clean, did. He recommended the enzyme treatment due to the pet odors, and it worked out great.

They were the only ones that responded to my Angie List Emails and were helpful, nice and explained everything and ended up charging me less than my quote when they picked up my blinds and saw they were different than how I explained them over the phone. I would highly reccomend them and use them again.

I called Alpine and asked if there was any chance they could come and fit me into their scheduled because I had someone coming into town. They came the same day and cleaned all the carpets and got the stains out without a problem.

We just moved into a rental home and were told the carpets had been cleaned professionally. However, they didn't look or smell clean. With a 14-month old who spends lots of time on the floor and as a pregnant mom, we were not happy. Candi answered the phone, understood the situation, and scheduled us for the same day. Mykel Harrison arrived early to perform the work. He went above and beyond helping me move boxes and furniture to prep for the cleaning. It felt like these folks cared for me and my family. Mykel cleaned our carpets, deodorized and killed the germs, and put a stain resistor on at the end. As instructed, I vacuumed the carpets before putting things back and was so impressed. We have a Dyson and it barely sucked out any dirt or lint. Because of the age of the carpets, there are some stained areas, but I know the carpets are clean. Mykel did a fantastic job explaining what to expect. I will definitely use again and highly recommend them to my friends. And next, I think I'll try their housecleaning service. I scheduled an appointment for my mini-blinds to be picked up on a Saturday, cleaned and returned on the following Wednesday. The man who took my blinds for cleaning was on time, friendly and efficient. He was also the one who brought them back clean on Wednesday and reinstalled them. The blinds looked great after cleaning - shiny and clean, including the cords. I was very happy with the service. The price was very reasonable too.

The charge was supposed to be $324.99 but they ended up charging me $449. I gave them the square footage and they quoted me 2 girls for 4 hours. She assured me 2 girls would be enough. We have over 3200 square feet and it was minimally furnished and after 2 and a half hours they hadn't even finished the second floor. I asked the girl if she was going to be done in 4 hours and she said probably not. Candy told me that if they wouldn't finish in the time that the 2 girls would stay to finish. They didn't even clean my oven and when I asked why she said she couldn't find a wipe which was located on the front of the stove. The carpet man showed up from the same company to clean and the girls weren't done. He reeked of cigarette smoke. The girls had not swept the carpets yet and the carpet guy said their machines would pull up the excess dirt. I found 2 spots that I was concerned about. I asked the carpet guy about the spots and he just said they were overly saturated with water. I called the company to let them know about the spots and they said they would send the guy back out and he never showed. It took the girls 7 hours to clean. One of the girls DeLynn, the office manager, had the nerve to call me to say if I wasn't going to pay them would you want them to stop now. I came back from an errand and the stairs were dirty and dusty and I asked if they cleaned them and they said it blew in when the carpet guy opened the door. They never vacuumed the carpets after the carpet cleaner had left. The manager came to my house and was embarrassed. He went back over the spots on the carpet. I had to go around my house and clean my baseboards myself. I resented the manager that called me, her name was DeLynn, that called and asked me if I was going to pay or not. She was going to have the girls stop cleaning if I was not going to pay. I told her it wasn't my goal to cheat anyone. They completely missed cleaning a whole room. They offered to give me a discount on future cleaning. In the end they gave me a discount of 1/2 free plus $40.

Jim was very professional and respectful of our home, kids and dog. He took his shoes off when coming in and out, and had a great attitude. Very helpful in explaining what he was doing and the results. I'd definitely hire them again.

They used Green products which we were really interested in especially in our nursery. That was good so we did not have to worry about any toxic chemicals; that was one of the reasons that we decided to go with them. Their price was reasonable and they did a really good job. I will use them again in the future.

They are a local company. I would recommend them to others. Their price was right. I would use their services again in the future.

Former owner's large dog spent most of his indoor time in the family room. It's a relatively small area, so the entire process was completed in less than an hour. Very happy to have the remaining 'canine lounge' aroma all gone!

Called Alpine to schedule an appt for the weekend - Saturday, but they were fully booked by about a month. Since we work during the weekdays 8-5 it was a bit difficult to schedule a cleaning appt. So decided on a weekday AM so took time off of my work to let the two ladies into our home. The ladies were punctual and called me in advance of thier arrival. They got to work immediately, they were polite and acted professionally. Started to clean the bathrooms first, and tidied up the area and then worked on the ktichen and lastly the floors- both tiles and hardwoods. They finished on time (2hours). After they left, I noticed the overall quality of cleaning was good, but they did miss some spots in the kitchen - cabinets, and bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned very well actually they threw in the dust and hair into the toilet without flushing so we had to go back and re-clean the toilet and area around it to disinfect it. Next time would tell them to dipsose the rubbish into the garbage than flush it down the toilet. Overall I would use Alpnie again, would hope to get some competitive rates from them so I can schedule at least a monthly visit. I would also specify do's and don'ts with the ladies. Since this was a trial I know what to do in the future if I book with Alpine again.

Cleaning was good. Office management was very poor. Different crews came out when I requested the same cleaning crew and was told they could do that. One assigned cleaning day no one showed up because they had an employee quit. No one called to let me know that I was not going to get my office cleaned. No one asked if they could send a different person to clean. Lack of communication. Lack of professionalism. I had hoped to have this company clean for me ongoing, twice a month in both my office building & home. I gave them my charge card number & security code so finance office at Alpinee could charge my account after cleanings. Alpine Cleaning management does not seem to understand how important it is to keep charge card numbers and security codes secure. One day when the cleaners were at my home cleaning I saw their Alpine work order and it had my name , address, charge card number & security code on it! I was very concerned. I called the Alpine office and spoke with 2 different employees, one being Rob, the manager. I was told something different from each one of them and I didn't get a sense from them that they were sincerely sorry and make sure that didn't happen to me or others again. There is no excuse for this type of security breach. I was also told the owner was on vacation in CA. The employees in the office are not trained on what is appropriate to say and not to say. The cleaners talked poorly of the office staff saying they don't know what is going on. Their company culture is very poor. I would not refer them to anyone. I don't know what is going on in the company but it is not good..

I have multiple chemical sensitivity and they use organic chemicals. I had no issues with the chemicals and the carpet looked beautiful. There was no smell at all.

I have used them a lot. They use nontoxic cleaning methods and Biokleen environment-friendly products, which I think are really good. My carpets were really dirty because I have two kids and everything had come out, and they did a good job on them. The last time around, I spent about $175 or $200 and used coupons also. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a real good job. It wasn’t very expensive. They came when they said they were going to. I will use their services again in the future.

We chose Alpine primarly because we wanted to be sure that no toxic products would be used in our home. Alpine claims to provide "Green House Cleaning" and use all plant-based products including "some BioKleen products" (emphasis on "some"). Despite the outrageous pricing, we were pleased with the first couple cleanings. The job wasn't fantastic, but the house was clean and the only underlying scent was vinegar from cleaning the hardwoods. However, on their last visit a new crew arrived late - although they did call to let us know. Despite arriving 15 minutes late and taking the time to show them around (yet again), they fininished right at the 2-hour mark. This aside, the most troubling thing is that we found they cleaned our TV with a rag that had some type of product on which left an oily residue of circular marks on the screen. In addition, whatever cleaner they used in the bathrooms was definitely not plant-based or non-toxic. My husband and daughter complained of headaches from the lingering scent and we had to open the windows just to get some fresh air. I immediately called to complain about the TV and inquire about the products used. The woman who I spoke to was very friendly and said all of the products they use are "plant-based" except for EasyOff, which customers would have to agree to in advance before it would be used in the home. Oddly, it was used in my home each time nobody ever asked me if it was okay. She indicated they would check to see what type of products were "on the truck" when it came in that evening. What's most frustrating is that despite my calling to complain and leaving similar feedback on their online survey, I have yet to hear from Alpine. Now I'm left with marks on myTV and a so-called "green cleaner" I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Took special care with the antique carpets and helped remove carpet and cat from under king bed.

I was pleased to get the Angie's List Deal for $75. When I called to schedule a time for the cleaning, they were very helpful, except that I could only schedule for weekday service. I was unfortunately told that weekends were for "regular" customers. It felt odd to hear this because I purchased two hours of regular service that seemed to me should include regular scheduling. Regardless, Alpine was nice enough to re-schedule for me once. The work was performed well; they cleaned our oven, fridge, cabinets. I had asked for them to clean the entire kitchen and bath, but they did not have time to clean the remainder of the kitchen or touch the bath. I'm guessing that four hours was not enough time to complete the other duties.This was understandable since he oven and fridge needed a lot of cleaning. But I must say that it would have been nice to at least wipe down the kitchen counters. That would have taken only a few minutes. All in all, it was an average experience that didn't inspire me to purchase more service.

All went as planned and I am very satisfied . Price was competitve.

Alpine did an excellent job. Our carpets were overdue for a cleaning, and we'd had an issue with our cats protesting a new litter by going on the carpet. Our Alpine representative was on time, and did a good job of listening to our concerns about what we hoped to accomplish. He was also honest and up front about what could be done about the pet soiling, but not in a way that made it seem like we were asking for anything out of the ordinary. The work was performed in an efficient, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable manner. When completed, our carpets looked fabulous = Clean, bright, not too wet, with pet and other stains removed. No chemical residue - Just fresh, and probably in a much healthier state for all inhabitants in the house. Price was reasonable for the work completed. Alpine will continue to be our go-to for carpet cleaning.

They provided excellent service. The cleaners arrived right on time and got through the whole house in the alloted time. I was very happy with how clean and nice smelling the whole house was after they finished.
