They did a fine job. It ended up being (2) cleaners for (2) hours. When I emailed about a second cleaning, I did not get a response to my email.

One is great, the other is no that great. When I moved the furnitures away so they could vacuum the basement floor thoroughly, the person who did the work seemed not so happy. I don't know why.

Very easy, friendly service. Pick up and drop off arranged on Saturdays. Rugs were well cleaned. Price was reasonable, but not the cheapest.

I purchased the Deal through Angie's List for Alpine Specialty Cleaning. I called for an estimate as the deal did not cover the total price of cleaning all three rugs. I got the estimate with the deal discount. They came to my house to pick up the rugs, then returned them after cleaning. The service was fast, efficient and easy. There was a question once the invoice was written up as the price did not agree with the estimate, but it was quickly resolved and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again!

The work was done quickly, and the blinds were returned quickly in like-new condition. Additionally they fixed a problematic cord at no cost. I was very pleased with their work and their work ethic.

- We had just bought the house and it was a completely disgusting disaster (short sale). Both services were done well. We especially like Alpine for carpet cleaning and have used them before. They are very professional, timely and stick to the quoted price. Just make sure you are clear on what counts as one "room" for carpet. The cleaning solutions they use are natural. They work well and don't leave the carpet sticky or chemical smelling like other kinds. This is great for our kids and dog. On the house cleaning, they were great and did their best to knock out as much as they could. We should have started them in the kitchen, but if we had they may not have had time for the rest of the house. I think that they could have hit the details a little better in some areas, but overall they did a good job. We plan to use them again for occasional cleaning. They are a little pricey, but use better cleaning products that are worth it.

On the day of the service they were there for exactly 4 hours, no more, no less. Unfortunately, the end of the 4 hours didn't allow for vaccumming of some rooms including the main floor rooms that we spend the most time in. In our feedback to the company, we shared that we were disappointed that 1/2 a room was vacuumed and that it apeared that right at the 4-hour mark they stopped what they were doing regardless of where they were in the room. They offered to credit us with 1-hour of cleaning which we accepted but have not yet used.

They did a very good job. They were hardworking, used the time very efficiently and left me with a wonderfully smelling home. It smelled like furniture polish which was nice to have.

Alpine picked up our window coverings and seemingly all went well. They were on time, efficient- no worries. However, when the blinds were returned 5 of the 6 mini blinds had scratches that had not been there when Alpine picked them up. These scratches ranges from minor hairline scratches to bigger scratches and chips in the color on one of the blinds. The blind that was chipped was also not cleaned very well and I had to ask them to take it back to re-clean it. Another blind had problems with cord that made it very difficult to move up and down. All in all the blinds were in better condition before Alpine took them then they were upon their return. Also, one of the roman shades had the end tassel missing and the person re-hanging the blinds tried to replace it with a dirty one he had in his van that was beige (the actual cord and original tassel is white). I didn't accept this and asked for a new tassel that matched the shades. In fact, as I pointed out the various issues the gentleman who reinstalled the blinds/shade said, "sometime they get scratched when they are cleaned/sometime the tassels get lost when they are cleaned/sometime the cords get messed up when they are cleaned." This "oh-well" attitude sort of irritated me. So I sent one of the blinds back, although I was disappointed about the scratches it didn't seem there was anything I could do about it now, and with the exception of the blind that was chipped the other scratches were not that noticeable at a glance. I called customer service to discuss my experience and found the customer service person very responsive and attentive, and she made some minor financial adjustments on my account---but it still didn't restore the blinds to their original condition. I thought their customer service was very good, but again I didn't really solve the problem of the work being poor. All in all this was a less than satisfying experience, I feel like the work wasn't particularly well done and I doubt that I will use them again, even though they have offered us a credit on future work.

They did an excellent job on cleaning the carpet and removing the stains in the carpet. After they left, I noticed that part of my baseboard trim was ripped off and was disappointed they did not tell me that they did it. The owner got a hold of me and came back out to fix the ripped baseboard to have it repaired, stained and reinstalled. Was very happy with is professionalism!

The carpet cleaner was very friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. He came in started upstairs and worked his way down. He was done in no time at all and everything looked great. There were only a few stains he could not get out.

The job went great. The blinds were cleaned very well and returned and rehung quickly. It was done very professionally and friendly.

The job did not go well at all. They were to clean drapes for four windows. Drapes for 2 of the windows came out fine. The drapes for the other two windows were ruined. They both shrunk with the lining showing 3 or 4 inching below the drapes. They said they tried to stretch the fabric and that only made matters worse. Then I found out about a disclaimer clause which they failed to mention on the phone. That says that they are not responsible for anything happening to draperies and they still charge for the cleaning. I do believe another company could have cleaned the drapes without ruining them.

The job did not go well at all.I don't know what they did for 5 hours. I watched most of it but could not watch 2 people. One of the people that came was a trainee. When they left I noticed that the bathrooms had actually not been cleaned at all including the tubs, floors, etc. When I tried to put anything in the kitchen cabinets I noticed some crumbs so checked out the drawer. I used a cleaner and the dirt in the drawer was actually black like soot. That was true in every cabinet because I had to clean each and every cabinet and drawer. The last of the floor cleaning was the hardwood floor which consisted of a mop of a dirty towel which she turned over once on her way out the door. I looked in their container of "cleaning supplies" and it contained nothing that could clean anything in any house. They were able to clean the dirty oven that the last owner left for me. I really paid for cleaning and got nothing. I will never do that again! Do not hire this company to clean anything you own. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY COMMENTS BELOW: They never actually sent out a manager to do a re-cleaning and they did have more than enough time to do the cleaning the first time around, so this comment I cannot believe at all.

My appointment was scheduled for noon. When no one had arrived by 12:20 I called the company. It became obvious that my appointment had not been recorded correctly as the scheduled technician was already working on another job. A replacement technician was dispatched and he arrived at 1pm. He did a nice job cleaning the three chairs except for one area on the arm of a recliner which looked like milk had been spilled on it. I called his attention to this and he worked on it again until it was clean. All three chairs looked better than I expected when he was finished.

I cannot believe I paid so much for so little. First of all I was supposed to get 3hrs with a "Professional Organizer" and 3hrs of house cleaning. The girl sent as an organizer had no special training or skills. Almost nothing got accomplished. The cleaner spent nearly the entire 3hrs in my master bathroom and still did not clean the floor! My house needed a good going over but was not so dirty that the entire house could have been throughly cleaned in 3hrs. My bathroom only needed a general clean, like clean the toilets, sinks, wipe down shower and tub. What that person could have been doing for 3hrs is beyond me. I complained to the company and a couple weeks later they sent out another 2 girl crew to clean. I only wanted the basics done - vacuum throughly, dust, kitchen wiped down, bathrooms given basic cleaning. They spent all but 25 minutes upstairs which again only needed the basics done and skipping one bedroom all together. Then they swooshed through the downstairs living area doing a barely acceptable job. Their time management was lousy. I would have expected more from children. Ten or twelve year olds could have done a better job. I cannot believe I paid so much for so little. I am sorry that signed up for Angies List.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for 4:00. I had to leave work early to get home in timefloors and needed to do some other errands later in the afternoon, after the cleaning was done (which should have been around 5:00). At 4:15 the carpet cleaner called to say he'd be an hour late. Not very thrilled with this news, but ok, I need the work done. At 5:45 I called the main office since I had not heard from the cleaner since the 4:15 call. The office was upset and called the cleaner who called me right away, said he was 12 mntues away. He arrived around 6:00. TWO HOURS LATE! He apologized and said the traffic was bad, two hours bad? Later he said he had sucked up a towel with a hose and it caused a problem, then later he said his schedule was impossible. Never did he offer any discount or any thing else for the inconvenience of arriving two hours late. I guess my time and schedule have no value. The actual carpet cleaning came out fine. He was cleaning an unoccupied house so he had no obstructions. I paid him while he was still getting hoses out of the house and left him to clean up. I came back later to find ALL the lights on in the house and the front door standing wide open! The carpet was clean but every flooring surface that touched the carpet had standing water and dirt on it. He left muddy footprints in the entry. I expected that since all the other where clean when he arrived that they would still all be clean and dry when he left. Very unprofessional from beginning to end. I am extremely disappointed, this was not a good experience.

The people I dealt with were very easy and they were friendly. They worked hard and got the work done. The quality was really good, the coach is fine and the sectional but the carpet they cleaned still had some stains. The oriental carpets were over pads and we knew they were staining and we had to replace that carpet. I haven’t talked to them as yet but along the edges of the carpet and the oriental carpet, which gets the most wear, the binding has become loose. It is probably because of wear because they are in the heavy use area. I think they did a great job. They were expensive but we didn’t do any comparison shopping. I like the fact that they used non toxic materials and steam and because of that it took longer to dry but that was alright because the final product was nice.

They did a great quality job and were quite nice.

We are pleased with the carpet cleaning by Alpine Cleaning. The only thing is that they seemed to be overbooked so they were late. Overall they were excellent. They are professional. And they use all natural cleaning products.
