I had them clean my blinds quite a while ago. A couple of the plastic ends on the blind cords were broken when they returned the blinds, so I did not give them all As on their rating at that time. They called and asked if they could remedy the situation, and offered to clean the blinds again for free. I gave them the blinds that had the broken ends on the cords, but I had the impression that they would have cleaned all of the blinds again if I had wanted that. Anyway, they replaced the broken plastic ends and reinstalled the blinds. So I give them straight As! I would have updated my old rating but I didn't know how to do that.

They were fine. They were a little late in the sense that they had a job in Mount Vernon. They got caught up in a traffic jam on a freeway. Other than that, they were fine.

Scheduling the cleaning was very easy and they were available on Saturday morning with only a couple days of notice. Robert was my technician and he did an awesome job! He was right on time, a little bit early even and set up quickly. My carpet was old and had several old stains that I tried to clean myself but in the end he made them look great and I was very happy with the result. He also offered a lot of good advice on how to take better care of my carpets and deal with stains for the future. I definitely recommend him!

Alpine is incredible. We have used them for the last 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Their technicians are polite and professional. They call to confirm when they are coming and are very respectful. They help move items, give great advice and are very helpful in general. The folks in the main office are great as well and help us schedule someone to come out in less than a day.

They did a really great job. Our blinds had been cleaned for a long time and they were able to really do a nice job on them. I was very pleased with them and their customer service is excellent as well. I would recommend them to other people.

They are an excellent company. They usually clean my house but recently they actually fixed some mini blinds that belonged to my daughter. They took them on the day they were cleaning my house and brought them back to us. They are always responsive to any need that I may have. The price is very reasonable for this area.

A 2-person cleaning crew showed up on time and went to work for 2 hours cleaning up our very dirty house. They did a great job!

Small area, work completed with minimum time and no mess. Serviceman assisted with moving one piece of heavier furniture. Finished appearance satisfactory.

The company was unable to perform the original cleaning I ordered because of the brackets that my builder had installed, so they agreed to hand clean the blinds and did an excellent job. At first I did not realize this was an option and was unhappy, but now that the blinds are clean, I am very satisfied. I appreciated the company's effort to get the job done.

I have used this company for years. I have always been happy. The cost it a little high for how long it takes them but I know they will be there when they say and I trust them.

They did a great job. They arrived on time. The blinds looked amazing afterwards.

The service person seemed to have a very difficult time removing the blinds, although the previous person who removed them had not had any trouble. It did not take him long, but he made alot of sounds as if he was working very hard. The blinds were returned two days later. He put them all back just fine, but most of the plastic knobs on the ends of the cords were damaged. I did not notice this until after he left. The blinds were clean and looked great.

Robert, from Alpine, called me the night before to confirm the appointment for the following morning. It was after 9pm, but he opened the conversation with an apology for calling so late, which I appreciated. The next morning, he called me when his GPS couldn't locate the address. I wasn't surprised as the development is relatively new. I helped him get to the house. The delay made him late, but I understood. Robert did great work. He cleaned 10 areas in about 1.5 hours. I opted not to do the stain guard or disinfectant in order to speed up the dry times. The house needed to be ready for moving. He was polite, professional, and honest about the limitations of cleaning in regards to certain types of stains or damage. He took great care to setup corner guards and protect the millwork while he was cleaning. He also noticed the condition of the hardwood floor, and appropriately interjected that one of his specialties was cleaning hardwood and removing the scuffs and smudges. He didn't push an add-on, and I will probably call him to do the hardwood once when the moving and unpacking is completely finished. Robert was easy to work with, and really knew his trade well. I will use Alpine again, and will ask for Robert.

They picked up the rugs, cleaned them at their facility and brought them back. They do a good job. I have dogs, so need to have these high traffic area rugs cleaned at least once a year and I'll use these guys over and over.

They did very well. They missed a few spots in getting some of the bugs out, but I don't know if you can get the bugs out of these shades to be honest.

They were timely, efficient, and professional in presentation and in work. We have had them come out three times since the first visit. They do an excellent job.

The issue we had was that the second time the cleaners came to our house they didn't stay as long as we thought they should for what were were paying. When we told the owner we thought we were paying more per hour than we had expected and asked him to lower the price the next time, he declined. So we didn't use Alpine again.

Happy repeat customer. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I was able to get the date and time that worked best for me. Jim arrived on time and ready to go. He cleaned the carpet in five areas: living room, stairs, hallway, formal dining room and my youngest son's bedroom. The price also included optional "Green Guard" carpet stain and soil resistance treatment in all five areas. I appreciated that he was friendly and efficient with his time. He was able to get the carpet in my son's room and the living room cleaner than I was expecting.

The service went very well. They took the blinds and return them promptly. It had been almost 4 years since the blinds were cleaned so they were pretty dirty. Alpine returned them and they look like new. Definitely will use this company again.

We called for an estimate and were very pleased to get one over the phone, thus saving us an extra trip to the rental house. They did not make any attempt to upsell me, however I was able to inquire about additional products/services, such as deodorizer. I was hoping to get them out within a weeks time to clean and they were able to come the very next day. All in all, I couldn't have asked for anything more than what I got. Exact quote, very friendly staff, on time and clean carpets! Perfect! So glad I checked Angi's list before looking around!

The reps were very courteous and professional. They called to let me know their schedule, showed up on time and worked steadily while here. I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning and very happy with the blind cleaning and repairs.

It went adequately. I chose Alpine Cleaner because they advertise as green. Unfortunately, the two ladies who arrived did not speak or understand English very well and did not use green products. They also did not use the green products I provided to them, instead choosing to use what they brought. They were fast, they were moderately thorough. The biggest issue was that lack of using green products as I am very sensitive to smells which was compounded by my telling one lady NOT to clean my oven but only wipe down the stovetop. (This was mainly due to the fact that my oven is one of those self-cleaning kind which I didn't want to have to explain.) Alas, she chose to spray heavy chemicals in my oven (expressly forbidden in the oven instructions), which luckily I caught fairly quickly as I was at home during and down near the kitchen. My smoke alarm went off. I had to have all the windows and doors open for six hours in February to clear out the smell and keep my headache to a minimum and then I had to spend about 45 minutes cleaning that stuff out of the oven because also alas the woman cleaning got defensive and mad at me for "not explaining well" and refused to touch it as "I should let it just clean, the smell would go away". I take great exception to that statement that I didn't tell her. I told her three times NOT to clean the oven both with words and with mime. Since the words were clearly not being understood. However, standing in front of the oven door, holding it closed, shaking my head, and saying "no" firmly should have been clear. Everything else was done fine. In fact, the lady who did the upstairs did a great job on the bathrooms.
