Service was remarkable. Bldingnds sparkle and turn around was quick.

alpine was kind to put up sheets (i provided) to cover windows while the blinds were being cleaned. when they re-installed the blinds there was some question about how well they were re-installed. not sure if the damage to the hanging brackets was entirely their fault, but service person was rude in our conversation about the problem, and offered no apology, sympathy, etc. i don't know that i would use them again.

Jim was on time and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

The technician called the night prior to service. He introduced himself and confirmed the date, time and location. I had a ValPak coupon for 6 rooms of carpet cleaning for $214.95. To clean carpeted areas throughout the house increased the cost to $285, but the technician was very thorough, even cleaning the carpet in the walk-in closet. Since there were several areas that had more challenging stains (I believe the previous home owner had a cat), I included the enzyme treatment which helped remove some problem spots, but not all. The high traffic areas are improved but not like new. Finally, I included the stain resistance treatment which increased the price to $600. However, we have three small dogs, so I wanted to try the stain treatment at least once. Time will tell if I go for the 'complete' package again, but the technician spent an hour and a half and was very professional.

Could not complete job so service was canceled.

Although he was a bit late for the scheduled time, he had called to let me know and it was not a problem. He was very careful with my furniture, moved one large piece to another spot for me, and even came back to spot clean one small area that didn't look quite up to his standards. all this he did in less than an hour. Excellent work, and I would definitely recommend both Brook and Alpine Specialty Cleaning.

Robert did a wonderful job, he was very thorough and friendly. He did a great job of explaining why to us when certain stains wouldn't come out. The carpet turned out so great though, he did a very good job and we will definitely be using Alpine again. This is the third time we've had them clean our carpets and each time we are always very pleased. I've done some shopping around for carpet cleaners and when I've gone with cheaper ones they never do as good of a job and for the quality of work Alpine is a great value.

I used this company for move-out house cleaning for my rental property. The gentleman who I spoke to get a free quotation was friendly and the price I was charged was exactly the amount I was quoted. Two ladies came to my property to clean. They did the work as I requested and they were very good.

The gentleman arrived on time got right to work and was done in an hour.

The only problem with the service is that they were very late, did not complete all the work outlined, and seemed to work pretty slowly

pick up and cleaned as expected. They had problems with string on one blind, took longer to get back. Could not use Big deal amount with online blind cleaning discount offer, therefore, had fewer blinds cleaned than anticipated with Big Deal purchase. Turned out to be no "deal" afterall.

I contacted Alpine to clean our carpets. They were able to book an appointment quickly and easily. We had a coupon for their services, making the service very affordable. The morning of the appointment, the service man arrived on time. He needed to park near the house, so make sure you have close access for the truck that holds the cleaning equipment. The service was projected to take two hours. We'd moved out extraneous furniture, so he has only a few items to move. He walked through the house, looking closely at the carpet, and we found a few stains that needed extra attention. He offered me a couple of upsell items, but did not press me when I declined. I went on a long walk with my dogs while he went to work. When I returned about an hour later, he was almost done. He advised me that all but one stain that I did not even know we had were gone. The single stain that remainedis barely visible. The house smelled clean - no chemical scent - and the carpets were damp, as expected. It took about 6 hours to completely dry (we gated the dogs on the wood floor during that time), and the end result was that are carpet looks good as new. I was charged the amount I'd been quoted, although the cleaner had done the hallway which was not part of the original scope. Over the past month and a half, the carpet has continued to look as good as it did right after the service. The cleaning gave new life to our carpeting.

Brock Isaac was the technician. I thought it would take well over an hour. He did excellent work in about 45 minutes. My carpet had "mystery stains" and coffee stains and was simply looking very worn. My carpet is 6 years old. Brock did an excellent job. The entire cleaning could have been about $130 less if I simply did the cleaning. But the protective spray preserves the work and prevents permanent stains. This company has a number of "green" features to their work. Check their brochures for the details on this. No toxic smelling fumes. Realize that if you have the work done like I did you need to walk barefoot on the clean carpet for at least the first 12 hours. I have hired them before. I really thought my carpets were getting hopeless but after their cleaning they look new again. At this level of cleaning I might only need their services every 2 years. I highly recommend them. They do other cleaning services and you might look into all the cleaning services they provide.

The quality of cleaning was horrible. There were still cobwebs all over, around the toilets were still dirty, the outside of the cabinets were not wiped down, main doorway was not cleaned, garage floor was wiped down not swept, kitchen cabinets not cleaned even though there was nothing in them. I specifically went over their check list to make sure what they said they would clean met my expectations and they did. The appointment was set for 1pm and I had to call 30 minutes after the appointment time to find out where the cleaners were. Then I was told my appointment was at a different time which later was confirmed that was incorrect. Come to find out the cleaners tires was flat and I had to call to find this out. I was not called. If I was called at the appointment time to be told this, it would not have been a big deal. And to top it off, my brand new sink was chipped. I was offered to have the cleaning corrected but since I moved in, I didnt want anyone to come in after that. With that, I was provided a full refund. The customer service and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, however the work I paid for was not performed. I would not recommend them due to the service that was not provided.

They did my whole house and that price was a great deal They don't use chemicals to clean with, they only use natural citrus products which I like. They have always done a great job and I would recommend them for carpet cleaning.

The tech was professional, on time, and qualified. However, some 'wicking' occurred and we tried to get him to come back but we never could make another appt. I went on vacation and neither of us followed up.

I am filling this out because Angies List keeps sending me reminders. As I recall, I had a coupon for this company, they came out and cleaned my house and they did a very good job at the time.

Took two days to get the blinds back. They look like new. Very satisfied with the results. We will definitely use their services again.

Cleaning was good. They removed control wands so it took a second trip to get them. Did not tell us to remove the control wands, which would have been better.

This was our first time getting the carpets cleaned in our new house, where we have been for several years. We had a lot of different stains and spots on the carpet and I didn't have high expectations for getting it all out. To my surprise, the carpets look almost new! They were able to get out the vast majority of all the spots, save for a very few that were ink/paint, etc. They came a little later than the scheduled time due to an equipment problem on a previous job, but called ahead of time to let us know. Alpine's price can appear a little higher than some of the other guys, but they are super friendly and professional, and their "areas" are defined as any room up to 300 square feet, whereas many of the other guys top out at 150 square feet. We will definitely be calling them again for our future cleaning needs.
