The gentleman was professional, clean, friendly and I was comfortable having him in my house. I will definitely use them again in the future. I don't usually submit reviews but Alpine was great from the receptionist to the worker.

We've used them a couple of times and were pretty pleased.

Highly approve of their use of a carpet protector that is said by the U.S. EPA to be safe for both people and the environment.

Vince was an absolute dynamo. He worked his keester OFF! He came in @ 10a.m. as scheduled & immediately surveyed the situation then got me up to speed of what to expect. I do appreciate that upfront no nonsense approach. We had stacked the church sanctuary chairs 4 & 6 high & moved to one side of room so he could clean 1/2 & do the chairs then clean the other 1/2. The nursery carpet had lots of traffic on it over the last year & I didn't think it would clean up well at all. Amazing results! The preschool rooms and hallways are cleaner than I have ever seen them. Honestly, I am amazed. These carpets are old, 15-20 yrs. No kidding, they look great! The sanctuary had many hot chocolate, coffee, apple cider, & doughnut stains on it. It takes a beating. Adhesive residual from taped areas for Awanna Christian Youth Club was all over. I had tried to clean that up myself a year ago. Albeit, there are still light marks from the tape they are much less noticeable & almost gone. The stains from the drinks were almost entirely lifted. These stains had been treated for 2 years by a previous service company & have never been this light until now. Vince worked furiously & straight through lunch to get this done a.s.a.p since we had people there on site until he finished. He did not compromise his cleaning due to time factor. We did add 7 extra upholstered chairs to the original quote which were time consuming. The chairs are so clean & bright now. What a delight to work with Vince and this company. It is refreshing to see a person so excited about his job! They do all types of cleaning, tile, stone, drapery, blinds, area rugs, air ducts, wood floors, etc. I plan to hire them on my next home carpet cleaning project. We will hire Alpine again. Thank you Vince, for such a dedicated service to our church.

Excellent work. My place was clean and fresh with no perfume smells. They cleaned out the microwave, stove and cold side of the refer and did 3 bathrooms in addition to dusting, vacuuming and hardwood floors and tile floor sweeping and wet mopping. In the end I would have liked 4 hours because they can also sweep your deck off and do light fixture cleaning which I didn't have time for.. This was a one time cleaning for me, but I can see doing it seasonally. Bathrooms and Kitchen just the best, stains I have been unable to remove are gone.

I had them come for doing house cleaning on a rental property in preparation for a new tenant, including washing floors, wiping everything down, cleaning all kitchen appliances, inside of the windows, and the entire bathroom. I only had a couple of days to get it done and they fit me into their very busy schedule to help me out. Took them only 2 hours to do make the whole place sparkling clean - amazing job! I would definitely use them again. My only complaint was that the woman asked if I was okay with them using oven cleaner, which was fine with me, but I wasn't told it would be an extra charge for them to do that ($11). But overall it was done really well. The carpet was cleaned the next day and only took about an hour - looked like brand new when done. Took out a few stains from the previous tenant.

The blinds operate perfectly now, and are very clean.

Everything went very well! Carpets look and feel great today. Brock, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He arrived as scheduled and never stopped until the job was completed. Very happy with the outcome. Will use their services in the future.

On time, with follow through on the areas for special attention and high traffic areas.

It didn't go all that well. They were supposed to do a large tile floor in the kitchen and living area. I wanted him to focus on the grout. He saw that we had a wrought iron dog bowl and said that he wouldn't be able to get the stains out. When he was done, I didn't see a significant difference. He said it would brighten up when it dried, but it didn't. There were a couple areas where the grout got chipped. I also paid a couple extra hundred dollars to get it sealed, so I wouldn't have to do this again for a couple years. I was disappointed with how it looks.

A gentleman from Alpine came to the house, removed the bedroom draperies on a Saturday and returned and rehung them the following Saturday. He did advise that the first time a drapery is cleaned there will be some shrinkage, and that over time some of that will hang out. Everything went as planned. The pleats were well done and there was minimal wrinkling, which has subsequently disappeared. Their service was very good and the discount sale price was much appreciated. Its good to support local companies like Alpine.

We are happy with the service

The carpet which was in great condition prior to the most recent tenant was pretty much trashed after he moved out. But I wanted to see how it cleaned up. The guy worked for 3 and a half hours on the 2 bedroom unit and did the best that he could. I don't think I could have found a harder worker than him. Unfortunately, I will have to replace the carpet after the next tenant.

The technician, Jim, arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He hauled in his equipment and after checking the fabric, began spraying the couch. I was not very hopeful about him being able to clean it as my Pomeranian had spent several years walking between the wall and the couch and had turned the bottom back of the couch dark charcoal grey with the oils from his fluffy coat. The couch was very expensive and I love it so I really wanted to save it. I was absolutely amazed and almost ecstatic that the dirt came right off almost immediately. Jim said that having had the couch sprayed with Guardian when I bought it made his job a lot easier. When he was done cleaning, he sprayed the couch with Clean Free which is an environmentally safe substance that will protect the couch and make it easy to clean again. The whole process took only about 45 minutes. I am extremely pleased and found the price very reasonable especially considering the results. My couch looks great!

Scheduling was at noon two days after contact. The morning of the day work was to be performed they phoned and let me know they were running about an hour late. No problem, I had no plans to leave home that day so it wasn't an issue. Quentin called 30 minutes before arrival (arrived at 1:00) and let me know he was on the way, apologizing profusely for being late and stating his appreciation for my flexibility. He arrived and promptly got to work. The furniture was 22+ years old and had never been cleaned so this took him quite some time. (Lazy Boy furniture-high quality!) He then proceeded with the carpets. After he was through he explained that the carpets and furniture really needed deodorizing and even though I had not requested it he proceeded to deodorize it all and was not going to charge me. I insisted on paying for it and he was reluctant to charge me since I had not previously ok'd it. He was reluctant but did add it to my invoice. Everything looked great when he was done. He was very professional and provided excellent service. I will most definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The day before my appointment I received a reminder message that they would be here the following day . Jim showed up the next day exactly at 8:00 to do the work. Businesses don't seem to appreciate the concept of punctuality these days , it seems, so I was immediately impressed. We did a quick walk thru of my home and he began the project. He said it would take no more than 90 minutes and he was done in about 75. We had no stains other than normal traffic wear and tear so I suspect we won't have the dramatic difference as some , but I feel confident that the job was done thoroughly and competently. I was a housekeeping and maintenance supervisor for many years so I know what to look for when people cut corners. These guys are the real deal. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. I appreciated the way the gal from the office helped integrate a coupon into my estimate. I will call them for carpet cleaning again and wouldn't hesitate to contract their other services. Our blinds really needed a cleaning! They were prompt, professional and did a very good job. The only down side is they take the blinds to their facility for cleaning so you have to live without blinds for a few days.

The furniture we had cleaned was fairly dirty. Most of the dirt came out; some long term stains were still visible, but all was visibly cleaner. Some of the places cats had scratched were more apparent. Hopefully with the protective coating, they'll stall clean for some time. Because I opted for the protective coating, the cost was more than I had planned. In hindsight, the furniture was not worth the extra expense. But it is a relief to have clean furniture. The worker was fast, courteous, and caused as little disruption as possible.

They were very responsive, on time and Daniel was great when he arrived. He explained the services that were available to add to the quote but did not pressure me. He answered questions honestly and was such a gentle person that it was easy to talk to him and make reasonable decisions. The quality of the work and his knowledge were both wonderful! My furniture has new life :)

It had been years since we last had our blinds cleaned, and the remodel left a coating of dust on everything, so they were really dirty. The Alpine tech arrived on time, removed the blinds still up (I was going to take them down, but there's a trick to it), and took them away for the cleaning. Two days later he was back (again, on time), and put them all back up. We had 11 horizontal metal blinds, and one honeycomb blind cleaned. Alpine charged $15/each for the regular blinds and $19/each for the honeycomb. Seems like a fair price to me, considering the alternative (cleaning by hand). My wife was very pleased with the results; she didn't think they'd be able to get them that clean. The tech also was able to give her advice on some vertical cloth blinds we had, that unfortunately were too far gone to be cleaned. The tech was courteous and professional on both visits. We would definitely consider them again next time we need blinds cleaned.

We were putting our home on the market and needed our carpets cleaned. They were able to schedule us in the short time frame we gave them. They arrived on time and were very professional. The carpets looked great! We had had them cleaned once before by a low cost national chain and they didn't even look like they had been cleaned but Alpine made our carpets look clean and fresh.

They were very good. They show up when they say they are going to. They are reliable, their price is competitive and they just did a good job.

It had been a very long time since we had our carpet cleaned and air ducts cleaned. Even though they had to travel a significant distance to do this job, Alpine honored the Val-Pak coupon price for the carpet cleaning, which was only $125, because I booked two services. The guy they sent to do the carpets was great. He took care not to get the floors wet or dirty, and he did a great job on carpet that was way overdue for cleaning. He was very personable. Initially the ducts were going to be done in the morning and the carpet in the afternoon. Unfortunately this was the only glitch in using Alpine's services. Their truck broke down and they didn't contact me until the day before to tell me they had to reschedule the duct cleaning. (They said they sent me email, but I never got it. In this case a phone call would have been better since I had to figure out another day when they could come and someone would be home.) The duct cleaning cost a fair amount (about $600.00), and it was completely worth it. We have 14 ducts and the cold air return is very inconveniently designed and located. The guy worked steadily and hard for several hours to remove pounds of crud from the system, and he also cleaned the filter and furnace unit. My husband was impressed. I passed on the coating that is supposed to keep the ducts clean, because I didn't want the extra chemicals in my house. The next day I was able to stop taking my allergy medication for several months until spring pollen season. The only reason I wouldn't use them again is if I only wanted one service and it wasn't worth it for them to travel to south Pierce County.
