When I took my rugs in, they were inspected by an employee, and although one rug had fragile fringe, the selvage was intact. The employee assured me that the rug would be cleaned without any trouble. When I picked up the rugs, they were rolled up and no mention of any damage was made. When I got home and looked at the rugs, there was a significant tear in the selvage of the longer rug. When I called the business, an employee told me that it was deteriorated fabric and the damage was inevitable. He said the company could repair the damage for $200. I took the rug to another business; it was their opinion that the selvage had not deteriorated, that this was a tear likely caused by a machine used in the cleaning process. They quoted me a price of $43 to repair it. And to add insult to injury, the second rug after cleaning still had spots on it that I easily cleaned off with white vinegar. Who runs a business like this?

Very Well. Blinds were picked up, cleaned & redelivered in 2 days! Awesome time saver and well with the cost. Floors and tile cleaning went very well especially conserving the age of some of the tile. Vincent was our tech and he was very helpful and also did our Quartz kitchen counter tops while he was here. We loved the results.

I think with the guy that came out he was really good I liked him. And when I set up the appointment the gal was very good. I really kind of expected they would have some how put like brushes and stuff down you know what I mean kind of loosen stuff up but they just shot air through it, so they drilled a hole in the bottom of my furnace where the cold air return is and yeah I just expected it to be a lot different. I don't know if they got enough dirt out as I thought they would have. The guy was very good.

On time, professional, thorough, and really nice people. Only criticism - drying time longer than advertised, 12 hours vs. 2-3 hours, possibly due to high humidity.

I had my carpet cleaned on a very rainy day and after drying on the second day, I had large brown spots on my off white carpet. I called and they scheduled the same cleaner to come out and re-do. The cleaner said that his cleaning device has been in the shop for an overhaul and he happily re-did the areas that had browned. I have to say the carpet came out great and they re-did it without charge. I would hire them again.

Initially, not well. Carpet left way too wet. However, manager corrected that next day by personally coming out & redoing it. Prior experiences have been excellent.

This was a big deal purchase. I am sure they did a good job, otherwise I would have remembered it. It was a long time ago, but I am sure I was satisfied, absolutely. Their responsiveness was good.

I know those people really well. They are fine. They have done so much for me. . They are one of my go-to people. I saw their big deal and was sort of surprised that they did that. The rep they sent out who actually did the work was somebody that I already knew. I would definitely give him an A.

Service men arrived on time, cleaned my Master Bath floor tile and most important, the grout. Protected my hardwood floors, even had protectors for the doorways to prevent damage from hoses. Service men were very courteous and professional. Total job well done.

My positive experience started with the scheduler who fit me in on short notice, I am SO grateful. Then Brock showed up and told me what was possible and what was not...a true experienced professional. And he was right on! The couple extras he gave me might have seemed small to him but were big to me. My carpets look great and I will be calling Alpine and Brock in the future. Professionalism, thoroughness and customer service can be expected from this company.

The service was good. The price was good. Initial contact was good and they showed up on time. The inspection was kind of cursory, not so detailed for $49 that I thought I would get. I requested for an estimate and I got nothing.

First off, I was preparing my condo to be rented and hadn't had the air ducts cleaned in over ten years. I had booked a previous Air Duct Cleaning company before ultimately changing my mind and switching to Alpine due in large part to Brittny, one of the customer service reps who I spoke with on the phone when I was doing a price comparison. I had come across Alpine's ad in the Value Pak blue envelope in the mail. When I called, Brittny did a very good job of explaining to me what set Alpine's service apart from other Air Duct Cleaning companies, and included a KIRO7 news link that had Jessie Jones investigating what actually "should" be done when your ducts get cleaned and Alpine was cast in the "good professional" cleaner light in comparison to some of the sketchier competition. So even though Alpine was more expensive, I had a better idea of the value of the service of what I was paying for. In lieu of a price match with the previous company I had booked, they comped the dryer vent cleaning, so I received value in that. The service itself took less than two hours (my condo was not that large) and the service person Nick was prompt, polite, and happy to answer whatever questions I had. I was offered to purchase some additional services such as their environmentally friendly disinfectant spray inside of the air ducts which I would have probably upgraded to if I was going to stay in the unit but passed on this time. At the services conclusion, he vacuumed any fallout that came from disconnecting the big tubes, cleaned up, made sure I was happy with everything and departed. In addition to the Air Duct Cleaning, I also elected to go with their house cleaning service over another contractor I had lined up for the job. I hired the cleaners for two hours to professionally clean two bathrooms and my kitchen, as i had moved everything else out of the unit. In the time allotted both ladies, Maydeli and Magali covered as much of my service checklist as they could and everything was spotless when they were done. The only thing I think they missed as a result of running out of time was not cleaning the inside of my oven, and I wish they had gone through the checklist with me at the end so I can verify what was done. However to the eye, the place looked great, and my renter had no qualms when he took possession of the unit. The price for the Air Duct Cleaning and complimentary Dryer Vent Cleaning with tax was $372.25 The price for the House Cleaning service for 2 hours was $168.11 I highly recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning and plan to use them again in the future.

Very professional, prompt, friendly, and skilled workforce. I'll define toy be using Alpine again. While pricey, you get what you pay for.

The company did not call me to schedule/confirm the appointment. They just chose one of my preferred dates (not the time) and decided to show up at my doorstep - I had opted for afternoon appointments, but the technician showed up at 9:00 in the morning, when my wife wasn't expecting anyone. I would have liked the company to call my ahead of time to schedule the visit. Since this was an unexpected visit, we had not made prior arrangement to allow access to the crawl space. There were some wall-mounted shoe racks in the way to the crawl space door (but not blocking it), which were torn down. Now, I have to fix those.

Job was completed smoothly. Very easy to work with on the phone & keep all scheduled appointments. Wish there was some differentiation in cost per shade. All cost the same even though one was significantly smaller than tne others. Have used them previously and will,do do in three future.
