Description of Work: They cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment and they were very good except an abrasive pad was used to clean one of the counters and scratched it a bit.

Description of Work: I have used Alpine once before to clean my carpets. They were on-time and did a great job. They are worth the extra money.

Description of Work: Alpine took 5 double honeycomb blinds and one vertical blind that are 17 years old and made them look like new! One of the blinds was ripped and they fixed it for a reasonable amount. They warned me on the phone that the technician would have to look at my blinds to see if they would take the job because blinds over 10 years old can fall apart. My blinds were dirtier than I thought and they were able to get all but o ne spot out. Because I live in the area they picked them up and brought them back for me. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Robert from Alpine Specialty Cleaning, cleaned and sealed our hardwood floors. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was upfront with what the services could do and not do. Having just moved in, we felt the floors could use a good cleaning and another layer of protection from our hound. Everyone I was in contact with from Alpine was professional and courteous. We liked them so much, we are having them clean and seal the tile and grout in the bathrooms

Description of Work: They did a through cleaning through a Big Deal to get a house ready for sale. This was on a two story house.

Description of Work: rug cleaning...... Tibetan wool rug with lots of color strips.... beautiful job.... also, I'm totally into Green cleaning which is why I chose them in the first place.....no toxins on the rug for me or my animals.... great service.... expensive, but maybe usual......anyway, I will definitely use them again! They came in, rolled up the rug, took it away, cleaned it, brought it back, would have unrolled it but I waited for some reason and did it with a friend. Really nice people!

Description of Work: We needed help cleaning a rental so we could move back in. The crew worked hard, but the steam cleaner they were supposed to use wasn't working. So hours were spent hand scrubbing a floor with not impressive results. One person spent alot of time on a moderately dirty oven and stove top that we had to clean after they left. The bathroom cleaning was good. This company did not seem to provide the equipment the crew needed to do deep cleaning rather than supperficial cleaning. We had discussed with the company what we needed before the crew arrived. The workers were professional and polite, no problem with them.

Description of Work: Edges of cleaned areas were left untread in several areas. I paid extra for carpet "protectant" which did not behave as other products I have used i.e. I sprinked water on treated carpet and it did not bead up as it did with other products I have used. Subsequently I had a doggie accident (#2) and the protectant performed miserably. I called the company to complain and they quickly scheduled a follow up cleaning but they stood me up and did not keep the appointment. They did not return further calls from me. Their performance and follow-up were very poor. I would not recommend them to anybody.
