Glad to get the help----in the short amount of time we have noticed an improvement of the rodent problem. Sterling Pest Service is quick & we appreciate the good customer service we received--we most definitely would recommend them to our friends & Neighbors.

These guys are quiet, friendly and business like. They had a disadvantage in that the senior fellow was sporting an broken knee, but the younger man covered for it. My only complaint is that there was not much preparation to ensure cleanliness, such as drop cloths or scuff booties. Because of the odd placement of my access doors to crawlspaces, the areas have been left smudged and dirty. Clean-up (by me) was not so hard, but one might expect the company to handlei it.

Roger has done the rodent and insect control on our property for the past 8 years. He is the gold standard for customer service. His knowledge of pet safe but effective spider, mosquito and rodent control is the most effective of any company we have worked with. Work is consistently done when promised and always follows up to make sure we are satisfied. THE guy to work with!
