Hired for bat removal. Bats were back in less than a year. There was a 5 year guarentee but Roger stopped answering my calls and emails. I had to hire another company to compete the job

Itâ s really too soon for me to rate the quality of the service, since the professional has just started. He says he will return in one week, and then come back twice more, I believe, and two and four months, at which time we will get a five year guarantee against rodents. At this point everything has been wonderful and he has been quite efficient, but I would rather wait until the job is completed to offer an accurate review

He missed the first appointment, said it was an emergency, and rescheduled. Then he ghosted me. He did not show up to the rescheduled appointment after my family changed our weekend plans for him, did not message me, and did not respond to my voicemail or email.

Great customer service. He took the time to explained the process very well for my mother. He came to treat for fleas and did a fantastic job. If needed for another service we will being calling Sterling Pest Service.

Roger is quick, efficient, knowledgeable ,and did a great job putting mesh up and getting rid of the pigeons and put up netting for dry and air vents, and knocking down some wasp nest.

He was quick, clean, knowledgeable and got the job done. We had a yellow-jacket nest in the crawlspace under our house. He was in and out within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Roger is very knowledgeable about pest control, identifying the different types of ants we had, various spiders and type of hornet nest He sprayed for pavement ants, spiders and beetles around the house, eaves, garage , removed a hornet nest in the eaves, crawled under the house for futher treatment of carpenter ants- being very efficient! We were relieved that the pest situation was under control by a professional and economical service.

Roger was very professional. He baited and sprayed for ants around the outside of the house and garage as well as in the kitchen. He will be back in a month to treat again.

I hired Rogers to address rodents in my crawl space. Roger came out and place traps and a few days later he came out and checked the traps and cleaned them. He set new traps and was schedule to come out two more times but failed to show and is not returning my phone calls, emails, or text messages. I am now having to find other services to finish the job, and I am not happy with Roger or his company.
