Roger is thorough and knows his business well. I hired him to find a critter that was making noise in my crawlspace. Roger found evidence of rats, set out traps, and discovered where they were getting in. He blocked their entryway & followed up with two more visits to ensure they were gone. Excellent service!

In response to my complaint Roger gave partial refund and to resolve the complaint. Roger was friendly and knowledgeable and does work in pretty nasty places. i was happy at first as he followed thru to get rid of the rats. but some of his work was sloppy and rats kept getting in and he was not happy or cooperative about fixing the problems, despite his 5 year guarantee. he stopped returning my calls all together and i have been trapping rats and fixing places he didn't do properly. he was also not respectful of my home, tracking in dirt and not using drop-cloths so contaminated insulation got all over.

Roger was very thorough in his explanations of our termite problem in our pole barn, including as to the source, the scope of the problem, and the best method to kill those that existed. He returned within a few days sprayed the contaminated - and possible future contamination sites, even though some required his accessing some difficult areas. We were very satisfied with his service, and his price was both reasonable as well as within the range of cost we anticipated. We have also arranged for Roger to return on an annual visit for ongoing preventative spraying to prevent any future outbreaks of termites. We have also now contracted with Roger to assist us with a rodent problem in our house, and have confidence that his recommended measures will be effective. We would not hesitate to recommend Roger to any of our friends, should they have a similar problem.

He gets rid of the pests for a fair price. Also he will take care of pests in your attic and or crawl spaces if needed.
