Very professional work. Roger knows his bats.

I was charged $400 to have him tell me that I already took care of the problem. Never once did he mention that it would cost me $80 a month to have him return to make sure the problem was solved. After he billed me $80 the first time I was told that he "had" to do this in order to honor his 5 year warranty. What was he warranting? That he blocked up several entry points or that I took care of the problem myself. I only do business with companies that are up front about what their service will cost me.

Roger is very professional and makes you feel like a priority. Does a very thorough job and explains every step he is doing.

Roger knows his business very well. I DO NOT LIKE SPIDERS and moved next to a forest last February. I encountered at least three spiders a day until I hired Roger to help get rid of them. I rarely see spiders any more - inside and outside. I also had carpenter ants and he got rid of them on his first visit. I highly recommend him.

Sterling Pest goes the extra mile for your pest & rodent needs. Roger has been servicing my cabin in Rockport for about 6 months and is always prompt on letting me know the rodent activity and various ways he is remedying it. He knows his stuff! Well priced too! Would happily recommend.

Very good worker.

This business doesn't think the customer knows anything at least that's how I was treated. He showed up late both times he actually made it to the appointment. On one appointment he cancelled 5 minutes before he was supposed to be there. Not only that but he was supposed to seal the entire attic area as I asked him to do but he didn't complete that work either because I checked the vent in the roof of my house and the whole that a rat had made was still there so it's an invitation for the rats to crawl in and out of the attic. If you are an exterminator you would know that and seal it up. He didn't tell what type of rats I have even though he said he trapped a few. I believe that he just wanted to keep coming back so he could keep charging me each time while not actually fixing the issue at all. I wouldn't hire this company again because I went through a lot so far and I'm not sure if the next exterminator I hire will try to do the same exact thing to me.
