He showed up on time, was very professional while also being very friendly and personable, and quickly and efficiently took care of my yellow jacket problem (they had set up residence in the wall of my cinder block home). He explained the entire process to me and I actually learned quite a bit about yellow jackets. Then he put on his bee suit and took care of the problem. Sterling guaranteed their work, too, which was very important to me and why I hired them over some other pest controllers. Although, he eradicated the yellow jackets straight away and we have no more issues. If I ever have any other pest needs, I will absolutely hire Sterling Pest Service.

so far so good. carpenter ants are gone. will see how it looks with the follow up inspection and application. the value for money part is easy....Ive had carpenter before and they can do alot of damage to a home. So we called at the first sign of them again after 20 yrs. looks as though we were on it soon enough.

Showed up on-time and explained that we had wasp nest's around the house which we were unaware of. Got rid of them immediately. Thank you Roger for the great and reliable service. Very highly recommend!!

It was a pleasure having Rodger sort out my pest problem. He is both knowledgeable and very polite.

After several weeks I was happy to find that the ants were gone. He did an extensive inspection and treatment in my crawl space. I was impressed with his professionalism. The cost was very reasonable.

Rodger was so professional. He walked around the house, set the traps and fixed the holes in the siding. He went above what he needed to do by leaps and bounds. He is efficient and reliable.

Roger and I walked around my yard and explained how he would treat my yard. I had a large number of wasps and hornets nest and he knocked down the nests and treated my roof! I had used a national company previously but the service was lacking. I'm glad I switched to a local company!

After submitting my request, Rodger called me within 5 minutes (on a Sunday night, even!) and was able to come early Monday morning to eliminate our horrible ant problem. Within hours they were dropping dead and we can resume life ant free again. He was extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rodger.
