I had a great experience using this company. The communication was great. They were very professional really cared about the quality of their services in every aspect. They came bright and early and worked full days. The work site was clean and they were very respectful of our property. I will be using them For future projects.

As a person that was Responsible for the maintenance of a publicly owned treatment works. I didn t just want a cover-up I wanted this paint job to protect The structure. When he explains his plan I know we were on the same page. He gave us a product that looks great and will last for years.

Fantastic. This was a tough project. Very happy that we made this choice. We have a challenging â A-Frameâ house with steep angles and dormers. Plus two outbuildings in a heavily wooded area. The roofs were not cleaned since they were installed. We are talking 30+ years. The large garage is three stories up. I truly appreciate the extra effort. Took time to evaluate and address our entire environment (gutters, drains, rain flow) and took extra precautions NOT to damage the underlying roof in the process. THANK YOU! First class work.

This is a family business and everyone that we met was so very friendly and thorough. Very hard workers!! We felt like they were our family. First they painted the outside of our home, which was just resided by his brothers company. Then they moved inside to paint the interior. They were absolutely fantastic. We had a fairly small siding job that we needed done at our cabin on Guemes Island. After several other contractors declined our request to come to the island for this job we contacted Precision Construction. Dimitri not only came out to bid the job but offered many other suggestions to improve our property. We are very happy with our decision to go with Prevision Construction. My husband and I rarely find contractors or handymen that meet our high expectations. Hiring Precision Construction & Painting was the best choice we ve ever made to do projects around our home. Dmitri only uses the best equipment, products & tools, making sure his work meets his own high standards. We were so impressed that his keen eye picked up things that our original builder failed to do on our home. This young man is completely trustworthy, polite and honest. We initially had him fix a poorly installed storm door and paint the damaged area. Then we hired him to paint our deck. His work ethic is impeccable. We had several tasks for Precision Construction and Painting: prep and paint the (saltwater damaged) exterior of our Guemes home; acid wash and apply epoxy coat to the damaged garage concrete floor; power wash the deck; clean the roof and gutters; seal the cedar siding of a new chicken coop; and patch several damaged spots of the homeâ s interior walls. Dmitri and his crew did an exemplary job on all counts, using high-quality Behr paint, and they finished the job earlier than we expected. The price was entirely competitiveâ looking at the finished work, and considering the personable relationship we established with the painting crew while they were here, we would certainly recommend the company to anyone we know or might meet in the Skagit area.

Precision Construction and Painting was outstanding! They prepped and painted the exterior of our home beautifully with no overspray. They replaced all our exterior lights. Not only did they power wash the roof and exterior prior to painting, but also the deck and driveway afterwards. They are capable at doing most needs around your home. In fact, they finished this project and have moved on to the interior demolition of our condominium and later will be used on the rebuild. Hiring Precision Construction & Painting was our best decision!

You are not going to get any bad work from him. No smoking, no drinking, good person, very family oriented, his personality is amazing! He uses really good quality paint at his finest and quality work.

Pressure washed roof and home with excellent caulking prior to painting. Replaced deck boards. Hard working, cleaned up every day. Reliable. No over spraying with finish work completing the job. Highly recommend. We thought the job would take weeks, he was completed within 10 days! Excellent job.
