Dmitro found more issues with the siding and water intrusion than either of us expected. His communication about the issues was excellent. His work with David to fix the issues was excellent. Their work with Janna staining the deck and repainting the deck was excellent. They were very polite and accommodating. Their cleanup was excellent. I have had 4 major jobs donâ  e to my home since I moved here last year. I would say that I will never higher another contractor. This business will be my go to for years to come. They not only fix my deck, they did railing, main steps and even the extra I asked them to fix. House siding and more. They worked every day for at least 10 hours until it was complete. Dmitro Kasyanchyk pays attention to EVERY detail. His work is excellent. Dmitro screened in our elevated porch. It required substantial planning and carpentry craftsmanship due to the design of our porch. Dmitro did an outstanding job, exceeding our expectations. Dmitro is very pleasant to work with, listens to his clients throughout the project, is regular and punctual, and works continually while on site. We WILL have Dmitro return to our home for several additional projects we have in mind.

We were very pleased with the quality and preciseness of the work Dimitro did for us. It was a blindsided project in that none of the damage showed on the outside siding but once the siding was removed, the water damage was astronomical. He used quality materials and always cleaned up the workplace as he proceeded during and at the end of each day. We would highly recommend Precision Construction and Painting.

We are very happy with all the work we had done. Dmitri looked at our house painting project and suggested some repairs that should be done. He found some rotten wood and siding that needed replaced. He replaced the rotten areas and a few he discovered along the way. Repairs were Done professionally and everyone was Conscientious of our house and dog! Definitely 5 stars!!! The brothers worked hard to make my home beautiful. They replaced all the rotten wood under the old siding. They put in insulation that was missing around all the windows, making my house more weather tight. When a window that had simply been covered up previously was found, they put in wood and insulation. Then they replaced all of the siding with durable Hardyboard and painted in the 3 color palette I chose to complement my Craftsman cottage. Then they replaced all the gutters with new covered ones that can be cleaned easily when needed. Finally, they reroofed the shed and painted it to match. They installed new lights and anything else I asked for. Everything around the house was left clean and orderly. The work is meticulous and thorough. My house hasn't looked this good ever before, probably even when it was just built. It's better than brand new! I will gladly work with them again on any future building projects.

I am highly satisfied with Precision Construction & Painting following extensive interior wood trim work in our home remodel. The project consisted of staining and installation of window trim (including refinishing sills), base trim, interior doors & closets. The materials were high quality, the edges precise and the finish work meticulous . The name Precision is fitting!

This was absolutely the best exterior home painting job I ve ever seen. Dimitri and his two assistants were very skilled, thorough, and professional. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Everything was power washed before hand, even the roof. All appropriate places were caulked, many that had not been done by the builder eleven years ago. A number of deteriorated boards were also replaced due to water damage. The painting and trimming didn t miss anything, and the house looks beautiful! Maybe even better than when it was first built. We are extremely grateful.

Precision Construction and Painting is a family business owned by Dimitro Kasyanchyk. Four members of his family worked on our project and they are all nice conscientious people. Dimitro is a perfectionist and very methodical craftsman who prefers to complete each job before moving to the next. He completed the siding repairs on four separate HOA condos and fixed many issues which were not done properly to begin with. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that if given the opportunity you should hire this guy. You won t be sorry that you did.

These young men are not to be underestimated. They are fast, clean, honest and know their stuff. It is a joy to be happy with a contractor and not be stressed about the process. I highly recommend them.

We could not have gotten a better job with any other company. We are 100% happy with their work. We have a big, complicated house and they made it look brand new. They work hard and were here every day until finished. They even washed the windows before they left! Very friendly and easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AND THEN SOME!
