Description of Work: Replaced "limiter" in kitchen aid dishwasher. On time.

Description of Work: Tech was punctual, made a quick diagnostic that determined that the compressor on the fridge was seized. An unfortunately big expense for us, but that's not his fault! We elected to buy a new fridge with the money it would have cost to repair the old one.

Description of Work: Kevin came out and worked on my washer, replacing a sensor and put new screens in the water in-take valves. At this time my washer and dryer was moved so the floor in the laundry room could be replaced since it was damaged from water. Kevin also identified the problem with my dryer and we ordered a new motor and he came out and replaced it, it ran great. He did not charge me for coming out, just motor and time. When it came time to hook up the washer again the hoses would not screw into the washer, the plastic was stripped. I called Kevin and he did not seem to care of offer any suggestions. I asked to reschedule and he just said yes we would have to reschedule, but did not reschedule at that time which I thought was odd. I am now without a washer and it has been 2 and a half weeks for my floor to be finished, laundry is piling up.
