+ -1 moreI had to call them several times, I left messages etc. They never once replied. I finally got them on the phone after multiple tries, just for them to tell me they couldn't do it. They didn't bother to let me know and left me hanging for several days while I waited for, and expected a call to get an estimate.

+ -1 moreCalled Kevin on a Friday morning. He arrived by the end of the day. He had us up and running in no time in a courteous manner and his price was very fair. He was even nice to my 2 dogs! I would definitely have him come out again! I think the divorce is off!!!!!!!!! Thanks Kevin!!!!!
Description of Work: Dishwasher was leaking at vent. We had been trying to "YOU TUBE" it without success..... or a dishwasher for that matter for over 2 weeks!!!

Description of Work: Kevin repaired a switch on a clothes dryer. He repaired the switch by using our soldering iron so that we would have the machine right then and he ordered the part and installed it within 3 days.

Description of Work: Had a very hard yome getting him to respond to phone calls. It took over a month for them to finally call and say they were unable to help me. By then I had called several others to help. Overall it was not worth my spending money trying to find a person who could help through Angie's list.

I called Kevin's and spoke with his dispatcher and asked her to call my tenant directly to set up a time for repair. Everything went smoothly and I received a bill for the repair within a few days. I think he replaced or repaired the door switch on his first trip out to the house.

+ -1 moreOverall, we had a very good experience. Kevin was able to quickly diagnose the needed repair to our stove. He ordered the needed part and, two days later, returned to install the part. He did so quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: Kevin made two service calls to our home. On the first call he was quickly and correctly able to diagnose a problem with our stove. He did not have the needed part in stock, but ordered it promptly. Within two days he returned and was able to repair our stove. All work was done, neatly, politely, quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

+ -1 moreReturned from a trip to find that my nearly new Kenmore refrigerator had no power. Called Sears but they wouldn't even schedule a diagnostic call sooner than five days. So I called Kevin and he came out immediately. He confirmed that the problem was the fuse on the circuit board and told me that the entire board had to be replaced and would need to be ordered. He called me about an hour later to say that his supplier could not get the part but he gave me the part number which make it easy for me to order the part from Sears. I called Kevin when the part arrived and he immediately came to install it. The service was efficient and excellent.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with no power to refrigerator and replaced circuit board.
