Classic Insulation & Pest Control

The crew from Classic was wonderful to work with from the estimator to the office staff to the two crews that came over to do the work. The price was fair and there was no pressure to add anything beyond my bid. The crew arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and we're finished much sooner than I had expected. I can not say enough good things about their company and their employees.

Scheduling can be a little crazy but workers are punctual and courteous. Hired them on a recommendation from handyman. Wish I'd mentioned my Angie's List membership earlier to get discount.

They came out for an estimate on replacing my old insulation with new and dealing with the rodent problem I had in my attic. Everything went well with the estimate, but I later discovered after getting another estimate that they had not mentioned the mold problem that was in one of my attic spaces. If I was to ever sell my house, I would have to fix this problem + redo all the insulation.

I am very happy with the work and professionalism. They included a bid on insulating the subfloor, but as we have no problem with cold floors, I chose not to have that done. No pressure to do so. They completed the work quickly and hauled away everything. I feel satisfied and would recommend them in the future.

The company was very professional. They called me directly after my inquiry through Angie's List and scheduled an estimator to come out within a few days. He showed up on time and answered all of my questions and even wore protective booties to protect my floors. I decided to use them since the quote came in about $500 cheaper than the second estimate and they were much more helpful too. They were able to schedule the job (blown insulation and knee wall insulation) very quickly and the workers showed up on time, explained what they would be doing and even asked me if I wanted to review it as they finished each step. I highly recommend this company as they made it easy and were a good deal too!

They shipped out all of the insulation for me. Then they waited, because and I told them that I needed to wait until all of the remodeling was finished. They were able to come back free of charge for insulation in the roof area.

They destroyed a yellow jacket nest in the wall next to my front door. Within two days I didn't see anymore live wasps!

They arrived on time and were done within a couple of hours. Wore shoe protectors and cleaned up after themselves.

Terry came out to inspect crawl space for estimate. He arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job checking it out. He spent from 60 to 90 minutes inspecting crawl area, sketching diagram of house and measuring the area. He informed me as to what he felt needed to be done. I had a very hard time deciding between his company and 1 other bid. The other company won out with no fault to Terry, he did an excellent job with the bid. It was almost like having to flip a coin for a winner. Thank you Terry, for your time and effort. I'm sure your crew would have performed a great job.

They came three times, over three weeks, to trap and remove rats from attic. I also signed up for the maintenance service so they placed traps outside and will come back every few months to check traps in and outside.

I've been satisfied with them. They're prompt, efficient and friendly.

Excellent company! They were professional from start to finish (Including their business office). I had opossums and rats living under my home. Classic came out and diagnoised the problems, did the exclusion, sealed up all points of entry, and re-insulated the house. The crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and they were very polite. It's so nice to not hear scratching, loud noises and have the foul odors in my house - it's peaceful in my home again. I know it was a nightmare job, but I feel I hired the best company to get the job done. I'm excited to continue a relationship with Classic. Classic Insulation sent out two teams and in one day's time finished our attic and crawlspace insulation jobs. For the attic they had to clean out old insulation and add a couple of roof vents and then blow in new insulation. For the crawlspace they had to cut in a couple of new foundation ducts and then lay down vapor barrier and install insulation. Both jobs were finished by mid-afternoon and were professionally done. We compared job costs before it began and Classic had a very good bid. They were prompt for the estimate and the job itself. They cleaned up well and were courteous when on the job. Now that our home is updated with insulation over and under, I may not have to use this company again, but I would highly recommend them to others!

Classic really made my day! They sent Terry just two days after I called. We had a rat problem under our home, in our walls, in our laundry room and even in our chimney - horrible. We had tried for two months to get rid of them ourselves, to no avail. I also called another company, but was not impressed with the employee. Terry was very clean cut, friendly, not at all pushy, and seemed like the kind of man you would like for a neighbor. He set traps on Wednesday, then came back Saturday because we had a party that day. He had already caught two rats and we only still heard the chimney rat. He set a trap for that rat and when he came next, he had caught it as well. We haven't heard any more rat activity! We are so grateful to Classic for sending Terry and ridding our home of rats. Classic was the answer to my prayers!

Visit, as always was thorough, willing to answer all questions and take the time to make sure I understand the answers. Have always been very responsive. I did beat him to the yellow jacket nest. I have always been pleased with their service.

The technician came, put up a ladder under the nest, put on protective gear, cautiously climbed the ladder with a heavy plastic bag, put the bag around the nest and pulled it off the eaves. He closed the bag and climbed down and then sprayed insecticide in the bag. He left with his ladder, and the bag of wasps. We were extremely relieved and thankful. The service has a 30 day guarantee if the wasps should come back. During the remainder of the day a few drones flew in trying to find the nest, but by the next day no wasps came near the house. Thank you for the recommendation.

I pay them monthly. They spray around the house for ants and bugs; it is safe for kids and animals. They go into the attic and crawl space inside the house and put traps for rodents and small little mice. I like the service that they provide. They have not been the cheapest but for they are the most thorough and reasonably cost.

They were very nice and courteous. I got a positive impression of them and they were reasonably priced. I haven't had the work done. They were nice to work with. They seemed liked they knew what they were doing.

The technician arrived just when the office told me he would and he was able to clearly explain what he noticed and how he was going to fix it. Even though he was there to treat for an ant problem he gave me helpful tips and information on controlling the occasional problems I have with mice. He also sprayed for wasps around my eaves. He was clean, courteous and even the vehicle was clean and organized. I will be using this company for all my follow-up treatments.

The guy who came out to give the quote was great and knowledgeable. There were three guys who came over to do the work. They did a pretty good job and cleaned up well.

Tim was our Pest Control Specialist and he was absolutely outstanding. We met and discussed all the locations from our roof line to our decks to our stairs where we found wasps. Some areas were very large and hard to reach. Tim walked with me and inspected the complete perimeter of the house where we knew there were wasps, as well as areas that he felt needed to be sprayed. He froze (killed) many of the wasps in the smaller areas and physically removed the frozen, sprayed large hives after showing me how large they were. 3 of the areas were at the peak of the roof and he was able to remove them as well. He also sprayed areas that he thought could be problem areas in the future so we knew we were protected. Just great, professional service at a very reasonable price from Tim and we thank Angies list for "steering" us in Classic's direction. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Nice to find some merchant who cares about service!!!!

We requested 3 estimates for spraying our crawl space for powder-post beetles, and Classic Insulation was the most reasonable (even without the Angies List coupon!), plus they sent someone out to the house to verify (the others either didn't offer this, or charged over $100 for the visit). We scheduled the service, and Ty showed up about 2 hours into the 3 hour time-frame we'd agreed upon. He needed to empty his sprayers, so he offered to provide a complimentary perimeter treatment for ants and spiders. We said "okay!" He also gave a general assessment of our outside perimeter, finding no obvious signs of infestation. He needed access to our outside faucet to mix the powder-post beetle treatment, and then he sprayed the crawl space. The insecticide really came through our ducts, which is probably because our ducts need to be sealed; nonetheless, it was very stinky and we had to cover the vents for a couple of days until the insecticide dried. Ty was done in about an hour, and gave us some tips for prevention of pest infestation (like trimming vegetation from around the walls and roof of the house). He was really nice, informative, and considerate. There's a 3 year warranty on the treatment as well. Overall we are VERY happy with the work; a great price for a nasty job. Thank you!

They redid our craw space when we moved in because rats had torn apart the crawl space under the house. We live in the woods and haven’t had any pest getting in there since then. There were some signs of them during the mini inspection that was done but we did not get a chance to take care of them until they started finding their way out and that is when we brought their service in. They bill us each time they come out. They did a great job on the service and the re-insulation was fabulous. They were reasonably priced for what had to be done since some things had to be completely redone. We don’t have something to compare their prices with but we felt it was completely worthwhile.

They were able to provide same day service at a great price.

They come out once a month to help us monitor our home. While we were in transition, not living in it full time, Classic Insulation & Pest Control would text me and keep me updated. Now we are updated face to face. They do a great job.
