I have been a customer of Classic Insulation and Pest Control for close to 5 years, serviced by several of their high quality agents. Most recently, Jordan who was thorough checking every rodent area for signs of activity and setting up traps/boxes. We also get seasonal Carpenter Ant spraying to repel the insects from our historic farmhouse. Classic's prices have been consistently good, administrative contact and the quality of their service excellent. I highly recommend Classic Insulation and Pest Control!

Jason spent over an hour walking our property, identifying signs of actual and potential problems. Although we were specifically inquiring about rodents he pointed out the insects to be concerned with as well. His knowledge of pest behavior is expansive and impressive! We definitely recommend Classic Insulation and Pest Control.

Everyone was profession and nice people. They took photos of my crawl space on their cell phones and showed me, at each phase, explaining what I was looking at and what they were doing. Always punctual. Cleaned up after themselves, including sweeping my garage. Was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician each time I've used their service. I especially appreciate the time made to fully explain what they're doing, what they're seeing, and what I can do on my own to keep 'pests' away.

OK, no rats were found (long gone perhaps?). They came out for the first visit as planned. Second one they just showed up without scheduling. Third visit I had to call. The office manager is a disaster. We were attempting to schedule, the scheduler offered up a Tuesday afternoon appointment. I told her that Tuesday was flat out horrible for me, told her any day BUT Tuesday. She said she couldn't find a suitable appointment and she would call me back. When did they show up? Yup, Tuesday! (unscheduled/unannounced). They did do some agreed upon repairs, and that went fine.

As far as exterminator companies go, unless you find a really good small business that will work with you, they all follow the same model: charge you multiple 100s of dollars to come by three times, in which they come to your house, frown at your attic for a while, leave a few traps that will run you 5 bucks at Lowes, and leave. The real get for them is trying to convince you to spend multiple thousands of dollars to perform basic services like using foam and netting to seal openings – again stuff that you or any decent handyman to get from Lowe's. In general, my view of the exterminator business is that it's mostly a scam. But the General Manager of Classic made my experience even worse. He was dismissive, rude, and in general unpleasant to be around. If you have to go with an exterminator service, chose another one, these folks aren't worth the attitude.

Classic's customer relations are outstanding -- they always call before arriving, workers are friendly and efficient. Todd Jenkins also provided excellent customer service on estimating and troubleshooting throughout the project -- quickly took care of some minor nits we had quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent company with friendly, honest staff giving estimates, doing the work, and scheduling/billing in the office. Our R11 insulation was upgraded to R30, all insulation tacked up (it had been falling down), debris removed. They are easy to work with and will make a real difference in the comfort of your home!!! And the price is excellent.

Classic Pest Control and Insulation is fantastic to work with. We dealt with many other companies and contractors as part of a bigger project, and Classic was clearly the best. We called them in after checking out some other companies. They were by far the most knowledgeable and professional and did the best work. We originally hired them to remove and reinstall our attic insulation as part of a bigger project (mold remediation). However, we ended up hiring them to take care of our crawl space and pest control when another well-known company failed to follow up and complete the job properly. They removed, cleaned, reinsulated, and provided pest remediation for both our attic and crawlspace. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff, manager, estimator, installers, and pest control tech was courteous, organized, and very knowledgable. They were also flexible as we had to coordinate around work being done by another contractor. They did a great job on both our attic and crawl space. Our home is noticeably warmer in the cold weather, the pests are taken care of, and the work is of good quality and done properly. Good people who do good work can be hard to find, and I would whole-heartedly recommend Classic Pest Control and Insulation to my friends and family. They earned it. Elizabeth, Camano Island

It went very well. I know there was no damage and I have only seen two ants since they were here. And those were in the next two days; none since.

Peering in, the crawl space appears well insulated. They showed me the additional duct repair work that I requested. I appreciated the project manager's and workers' responsiveness to my questions and their quick , efficient manner as they worked.

There was a WASP nest at our eaves and we found Classic Pest Control & Insulation on Angie's List based on the good reviews. Technician Jordan is courteous, pleasant and professional. He explained the situation, setup, sprayed, treated and removed the net nest in a timely manner today. We are happy with the service!!

Found an article on Classic's website talking about rodent/pest removal, which listed ground squirrels as one of types of pests the Company can remove. I then began chatting with "Dan" on the Company's website. "Dan" collected all the pertinent details about my problem as well as phone number and email address. "Dan" then conveniently connected me with Classic's main company line. The person on the other end had none of the information I had just provided to "Dan". After telling the Company rep on the phone the same information (that I have 3 squirrels nesting in my attic) that was provided to "Dan", she proceeded to tell me that the removal of squirrels is not a service that Classic offers. After wasting an hour reading the Company's false article, chatting with someone "from" the Company (who failed to mention this is not a service that Classic offers), and then having to repeat myself to the phone rep - I'm back to square one. Company needs to update its website and not give misleading information. The circular links on its website purely to drive SEO waste customers time.

We are very satisfied with their work and have continued with them for ongoing pest control/prevention. Also used the for our family beach house too. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mark, called when he was on his way for the appointment. Mark took time to listen to our concerns, went on the hunt for the foul smelling rodent, finally found it and removed it. He also gave some suggestions on bait station placement, and was very professional and courteous in his service. We have used Classic Installation and Pest Service for over 9 years with their maintenance plan for pest control, and crawl space insulation and have been very pleased with their service, response, and overall customer service. Highly recommend them if you are in search of either insulation or pest services.

These guys are the best! Responsive and thorough. Todd came to inspect and provide detailed quote - answered all my questions and offered great advice. Excellent company from first call to last. Process was initiated by call on a Friday and early the following week their representative Todd Jenkins came out to help specify the work proposal. In addition to their standard practices, they accommodated additional sealing and insulation that we wanted added. Costs were based on the size of our house and the work we requested to be done. We think we got a quality result. The first day their crew, Chrisofer Barrera (crew chief) and Pedro Denitez arrived at our home on time and worked steadily throughout the day removing insulation, cleaning, removing debris and the old vapor barrier and sanitizing. They protected our floors and cleaned up debris inside and outside. On the second visit Mr Barrera, Mr Denitez and a third gentleman arrived spot on time and worked steadily installing the vapor barrier, all the R-30 and R-11 insulation, and air sealing of plumbing and electrical penetrations as specified. We were very satisfied with all the work that was done. We found all of their staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. As we searched for the right company to come out, the company support staff were patient and helpful answering questions and clarifying their process. Mr Jenkins did a good job explaining their operations, processes, materials and costs. The company also has an excellent website with pictures and information. We received estimates for each work item and there were no surprises.
