Description of Work: Crawl space with a history of rat infestation was cleaned, disinfected, with possible access holes filled. Rodent traps were set and after two weeks of no activity, the area was lined with new insulation.

Description of Work: It all started with our awareness that there had been rats in our crawl space, and they had, in fact, gotten into our ductwork. Inspection of our crawl space showed that insulation was poor and vapor barrier was non-existent, as well as ductwork not well sealed, and whole crawlspace not rodent proof. We knew the crawlspace was a mess! | |Classic Insulation and Pest Control sealed all vents, added rodent proof access door, replaced insulation, added vapor barrier, sealed the ducting, installed water pipe insulation. Much improved the crawlspace, the insulation, and no more problems with rodents. All workmen were very competent, arrived on time, and cleaned up all debris. The reason for the B in price was only because we obtained no other estimates, so do not know if the price was reasonable. --Just one other item. They told us that having a bird feeder in the yard attracts rodents; we have since removed the bird feeder!

Description of Work: I would use this company again. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They put out bait and set traps came back a total of three times to check the traps and reset. They were honest and detailed about how to fix the situation, told me where the rats were coming in, and gave me solutions as to how to fix my problem. My issues were in my shop, they took extra time to check out my house as well. They are full service, let me know how to handle my problem, but could and would fix what was needed. No pressure on buying anything or using their services past what we had agreed on. I highly recommend this company.
