They came out and couldn?t fix the problem initially. They laid a few traps and that was it. They came back 3 times. My husband caught most of the pests using our traps. As far as I know, they didn?t catch anything outside. The only problem was that they couldn?t help us with the points of entry where they thought the problem was. They just told my husband about it a little bit.

They were good over-all, They did what they said they would do, and I am happy over-all with the job. I just didn't expe3ct an insulation job to be so expensive, they were the best value based on 2 other bids.

Their staff were friendly, helpful, and took the extra time to answer my questions and help address my issues. They were very professional in working with me with work statement changes as new issues were discovered as work progressed. They did an excellent job of performing the work to my satisfaction on the checklist. I felt that there was good value with the work performed and the price.

They did fine, I have no complaints. They did what they were supposed to do. He ordered five roof jets, they installed them. They didn't want to put any on the front for decorative reasons. On the back there are three installed right next to each other. I would have thought they would have realized I didn't need all 5. It's not so much for the cost, just the use and functionality.

I got another estimate and what I discovered through the process is that Corey was sincerely interested in giving me the best end result that fit my needs rather than just trying to get me to spend money. The company's professionalism was absolutely stellar; the end result awesome! They totally paid attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed with their organization as well as work ethic. My house is warm! Also, they totally cleaned everything up before they left. I had a GREAT experience with them!

We first meet Cory, owner of Classic Insulation and Pest Control, at the 2007 Home Show. We were so impressed with him that we called him to assess our situation. His visit to our crawlspace confirmed our suspicions and we hired his company that spring to do a total clean out of our attic and crawlspace. Since his employees made their "fixes" in 04/2008 we have not had a vermin problem at all!!! Unfortunatley for us, we took until December to get our insulation installed. It was during that bitter cold weather and ice storms, but somehow his crew made it happen. Each of the two crews were terrific!!! The kind of work they perform is not one many of us could or would do. They were thoughtful, thorough and they always had a smile on their faces. We apologize to Classic Insulation for not getting this report in sooner. Obviously, they left a very positive impression on us and we are still very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

I've been with this company for years and I've found them to not only be efficient but trustworthy as well. I'm not sure if their prices are good because I really haven't shopped around. The quality of their service seems to be good. They've been able to get rid of all the bugs and spiders, so I'm happy. I've never heard any complaints from me tenants when it comes to their services.

It was very such short notice, but came to my Kamino Island home the same day. When I told him I needed service for Seattle home, he was able to fit us in in the next day. I was really appreciative that he worked us in within our time frame. He was on time at my Kamino Island home. He was late because of traffic at the other home in Seattle because of the rush hour traffic, but he called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and accomodating. He checked all the possible entry sites around both homes to prevent further entry into the home. He set traps and made arrangements to come check them and get control of the situation. I'm considering using them again because of their professionalism. He also gave me an angies list discount.

The people who came out were very nice and worked very hard. Of the three men who came, only one could speak English. They were respectful. They were very good and thorough. They came early and finished early. They completed all the work in one day. They did what they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was probably average.

I picked the company based on Angie's List. They schedule the bid appointment within several days. Due to weather, the appt. was canceled but they called back quickly to reschedule. After the bid, the work was done within a few days. The workers showed up exactly on time, were professional and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and were done by early afternoon.

They arrived on time and wasted no time in getting started on the job. They worked from 8am to 5pm with a break for lunch. We had to leave them in the garage while we picked up grand kids from pre-school and when we returned they had cleaned up the whole area and closed the garage doors.

Excellent service! They were on time, careful to make sure nothing was damaged or soiled as they did the work. It was so clean at the end that I thought they had vacuumed the hallway where they had been working. Very courteous and polite. I hope I never have this problem again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call Classic Cleanup again.

Great! They were able to get out quickly. Other companies wouldn't even come out for an estimate within 2 to 4 weeks. They got the job done quickly and professionally.
