Description of Work: Cleaned out attic and crawl space of dead birds, rats, feces and torn insulation. Installed new insulation and new pest proof door for crawl space and covered up other holes.

Description of Work: Massive carpenter ant infestation at rental house. (Tenant neglected to inform us of the problem!) This took multiple treatments and yearly follow ups were recommended.

Description of Work: They did mitigation to the house where the concrete had disintegrated at the point that the frame meets the foundation. Rodents had been getting in at openings several inches long and and inch or two in height all along the east and west sides of the house and a few holes in the north/south sides. They also used screen and concrete where other companies planned to use screen only or blown in foam. The work they did was excellent and very reasonably priced, coming in on the just under mid-range compared to others.

Description of Work: I discovered that I had a horrible rat problem in my crawl space. They were able to come the next day to set-up bait stations.

Description of Work: Tim came and reviewed the crawl spaces and wrote a quotation for new doors for the crawl spaces, and to remove and replace the insulation and vapor barrier in at least one of the crawl spaces. He also gave us a quotation for monthly pest control. He removed some insulation in his initial inspection and when we decided not to go ahead with the work at this time, he returned and replaced the existing insulation. We were impressed with the willingness of his company and him to make sure the impression was positive. I would recommend them to others and would consider more work in the future.

Description of Work: After giving us a bid for removing old, soiled insulation and replacing it with new insulation in the attic, the company's workpeople came and did the job. They were prompt Enabling us to save the mximum on a state rebate), polite, clean, efficient, and did what we expected. All in all, it was a most professional job done by very, very nice and considerate people. Note: Later in the summer when we discovered we have a nest of yellow jackets in an eave, we had no hesitation but to call this company. Again, they came out, were prompt and efficient, andd very, very considerate. We give these folks the highest rating all around.
