They did a great job at the right price. The level of customer service was exceptional.

Very professional. Fast response. Worked with PUD to get rebates. Excellent results. Would hire again! Cost was over $3000, but my out of pocket was less than $1800 after the PUD rebate. Woot woot!!

They were by far the lowest price for the work to be done, we compared with two other companies. Showed up on time for estimate and went through everything to be done. He missed that the basement was missing insulation, this was brought to our attention by another company doing an estimate. We asked to have our estimate updated to include the additional work and Arrow was still the best price. Scheduled the work within a week from when I called to set up the work. They showed up roughly on time, maybe 15-30 minutes late, however, our house can be a little difficult to find. The two men went straight to work and continued to work all day. They did forget their drill and had to borrow ours, which wasn't a huge deal to us, but seemed like an odd thing to forget for work like this. There was one section that the insulation had to be blown in, this was not evident when we did the estimate, so they had to come back the next day since they didn't have the supplies to do this. The next morning they showed up promptly and completed the last section, and I was happy to see it was not an additional charge. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. I would hire them again if we need something insulated.

The initial bid was quick and professional--the representative arrived on time and prepared the bid within a half hour or less. Subsequent dealings with the office staff also went smoothly, and they were friendly even when accommodating a rescheduling of the job. The day of the installation was slightly less smooth, but the company recovered nicely from what must have been an internal miscommunication. My bid called for three inches of closed cell foam to be sprayed in the rim joists, which I repeated to the the initial installation crew. After not seeing the foam on the "pick list" of materials that the crew had brought with them, I again asked about the foam, and we eventually agreed that they could not complete the job with the materials they had. The crew called the office staff, and after a couple of phone calls between them and me, they arranged for the spray foam crew to come later that day, which was important since we had other work scheduled the following day. The initial issue was a bit frustrating, but I'm still giving Arrow Insulation a high rating because of the graciousness they showed when recovering from their error. The service also seemed like a good value compared to a similar bid from a competitor. Arrow also coordinated with Puget Sound Energy (in fact, they were referred by them) so that we could receive the applicable rebate for the service.

Very quick to respond to our request for a quote. We had already lined up a siding company and needed an insulation contractor quickly. They gave us a very fair bid and even assisted us in getting a PSE rebate. The crew arrived a few days later and the job was done in a day of pouring down rain. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective the insulation was so I have to think they did a pretty good job. Since we were putting up new siding we didn't bother having them seal their holes so I can't attest to the quality of that work, but now our house is significantly warmer than before and a lot less costly and disruptive than tearing out the lathe and mortar walls to put standard insulation in.

Called another company not on Angie's List. Master insulators bid and performed work for $2000 US dollars less than Angie's Listed business. Sorry Angie you missed on this one.

It took longer than expected to schedule an estimate and the person who showed up took 3 phone calls during our 10 minute conversation. He left marks on the wall from his shoes when going into the eaves (the company we went with was considerate enough to wear protective booties). The estimate was higher than the other one we had and we were not impressed with the estimate overall so we did not use Arrow Insulation in the end.

The installation crew repaired some bathroom duct work prior to spraying the new insulation. They also created a "dam" to insure the insulation stayed where it should. They also used sufficient plastic sheeting to insure our home and furniture stayed clean. The process was quick and efficient.

The challenge was that a portion of the attic was extremely difficult to access, and the original builder did a very poor job insulating that part of the house. I was not even aware of the problem until I had some electrical work done in that room. We had to cut a temporary access hole, and I was amazed at how little insulation was in the attic. It really was a small job, and even with the temporary access, it was a difficult area to work in due to the low roof line in that part of my home. The estimator and crew from Arrow never once complained about the size of the project or the challenges involved. They arrived on time, laid plastic from my front door - up the stairs - down the hall - and into the farthest room where they were doing their work. They were efficient, cleaned up nicely, and did a great job. They have my highest recommendation.

It went well. They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

I called Arrow Insulation due to it's reviews on Angie's List. We have wanted additional insulation in our low slope roof home for years and no one would help us out. I figured we might not be able to have a perfect insulation job but since we had a huge hole into the attic we might as well get some additional insulation in there if possible. The estimator came out and said that yes, they could blow up to R-30 in the attic approximately 10' in depth in the 3 directions we had open with the kitchen ceiling being removed. We felt the cost was worth the additional insulation so scheduled this job. The estimator wrote very specific instructions on the job order to stay away from the soffit vents and not to block the roof vents either since the attic space is very short. The installer came and worked unsupervised by us. Unfortunately the installer was relatively new with insulation installation and was trying to get our attic to R-47 or some such thing and filled the entire attic with insulation. Of course this is no good. Arrow sent out two people to look at it and then scheduled the vacuum truck to remove all the excess. The very low attic was then crawled by one of the experienced installers removing all the insulation around the soffit vents and making sure that air could flow from the sides and out the top. The resulting insulation is not quite level but air can flow and we do have more than we initially had so we are happy with the end result. I feel bad as I am sure Arrow made no profit and possibly lost money on the project but I am pleased to say that as a company goes they stood behind their work, never tried to talk me into accepting it and in the end they made it right. I'll definitely use them again.

I was very happily surprised by company representative. ( I am not sure of his name) He said is qualified to do energy checks for Puget Sound Energy. He found that the home had already gone through Tacoma Power sometime before I bought the house in 1991. He offered some advice about saving money. My house had a previous inspection, so I had been prepared to spend serious cash. This was NOT Clean Crawls company. I had not contacted them so do not infer a judgment of them.

The crew showed up at shortly after 8 am and were done by shortly after noon. They cleaned up after themselves well. All cracks, etc. were thoroughly filled with insulation, and all the stud bays were completely filled with no gaps. A very good experience.

The crew found a likely attic opening from which they could pass the insulation into the attic. With the attic insulation crew in position, they set a relay to pass the insulation from the truck to the crew in the attic. It took approx. 2 hours from the start to the finish - quite an efficient crew. The clean up took very little time and with the job completed, they departed with a thank you.

The gentleman that came out to do the quote was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was the main reason we decided to go with this company. The work was done in a very short amount of time, and made little to no mess. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service. It was a huge job. Two crews working for two long days. Some 250 bags of insulation used.

They were great. I think they did a very good job and they showed up when they said they would be and did what they said they're gonna do. Everybody was happy. When someone would ask my opinion if they would get their services, I'd say go for it but be prepared to pay for it.

Arrow Insulation has competitive pricing and the work was good. Their quality, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

I had recently had an energy audit that revealed that my attic was under insulated and in need of air sealing and baffling. I also wanted to dense pack the floor above the garage. The company that did the audit gave me a quote for the work and I thought it was way too high. I started searching around for insulation companies and came across Arrow on Angie's list as having a good reputation. Karl came to my house a day or so later and I told him the results of the audit and the suggested work. After reviewing that and taking some measurements around the house, he went to his car and came back shortly with a full estimate. He must have a printer in the car. The estimate listed the work to be done by line item and also had all of my eligible discounts from PSE broken out. Needless to say, Arrow's bid was significantly less than the earlier one. I did get one other bid. Arrow was still the lowest price and that coupled with the good Angie's list rating sealed the deal. They were able to get a crew to come and do the work early the following week. The first crew showed up almost exactly to the minute when they said they would and immediately got to work in the garage. The second crew arrived shortly thereafter and got started in the attic. The process took the better part of the day. They laid down protective plastic in all of the areas of the house that they worked in and were courteous and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I'm quite happy with the work they did. Kim gave me a call today to follow up and make sure everything was okay. I'd recommend Arrow. The whole experience was drama free and I think I got a good value and made an investment in my home that will save energy and keep me warmer to boot!

Arrow Insulation came out and promptly gave me an estimate to blow in insulation in the attic of my garage, and into the walls of the garage. It was very reasonable. They performed to work as stated and were punctual and got it done in a timely manner. I am very happy. Everyone should use them.

We hired Arrow after seeing strong Angie's List reviews. They successfully completed an insulation project, blowing in cellulose insulation into the exterior walls of our daylight basement and downstairs bedroom. We had one tense moment when the workers described how they could not perform the work according to the description provided by the estimator. After a few phone calls with the office manager, we moved forward with a revised plan. The workers were professional, and cleaned up well once complete.
