Description of Work: Arrow Insulation blew insulation into the exterior walls of a front bedroom, closet, and a bathroom of my 1940 home. The total wall length was 33 feet with 3 windows. Cost of service includes Angie's list discount. | The installers showed up when scheduled and did a great job installing the insulation. It is hard to tell where they removed the vinyl siding to drill and blow insulation in. The insulation sounds very solid when knocking on the inside walls. The bedroom is warmer and quieter now. My only disappointment was that the installers started setting up to insulate the wrong walls. Fortunately my Mom and Dad were home to correct them since I was at work.

Description of Work: Arrow placed bait boxes in several locations, attic, crawl space and around the parameter of the house. They came back several times to ensure the problems were resolved.

Description of Work: They cleaned three crawl spaces, put in two fan vents and insulated two separate attic spaces. They went above and beyond our expectations. Great crew and a great company. I highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment within the week that I called and requested. The installer was prompt, clean and helpful. Also gave helpful insight into attic areas we were unable to see into ourselves. We had a garage ceiling and walls insulated. Description of Work: They insulated exterior and interior walls in my house (new construction). No need for floor or ceiling insulation, because we're on a concrete slab, and have SIP panels in the roof. Their office was very professional and responsive regarding sending me a bid, scheduling the work, and billing. I was not present when the work was done, but it was done in a timely manner, and I saw no problems.

Description of Work: Put down plastic on crawlspace. Seal and insulate heat ducts. insulate crawlspace and water pipes, install dryer vent duct. They were responsive and patient as we changed the work order several times. Techs were on time, worked cheerfully and kept me aware of their progress.

Description of Work: Arrow completed a repair to "repin" some hanging insulation at the ceiling of an aluminum airplane hangar. Had to do a lot of phone coordination as we live in another city - found everyone at Arrow to be efficient, pleasant, easy to work with. All appointments and timelines were met, and we were very satisfied with the work. Will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They put soundproof insulation in the wall between two units in two-stored duplex including garage. Everything was done quick and professionally. I shopped around for the price and estimation work from several companies and found them the most reasonable.

Description of Work: The services provided were blowing insulation into my basement apartment to help with sound dampening between the two floors. That part of the project went really well. What didn't go so well was the patch work they did filling up the holes they put into the ceiling. After an additional visit by the company to patch the holes properly we had to do it ourselves one more time to make them flush. A follow-up visit to see how the patch work came out after they had dried probably would have been a good idea on their part.

Description of Work: Smoky areas were appearing on the ceiling in a raised ceiling area. Ben Burton arrive with his wonderful Fluke imaging machine and showed me where I was lacking insulation. He did every room in the house. garage and also inspected my lower storage area for rodents and insulation problems. Arrow called to remind me of my appt. Ben arrived early after calling to insure that it would be OK. Very knowledgeable, honest, timely, and gave me money saving ideas. They not only do whole house insulation, but solve pest problems, and crawl space insulation. I would recommend this firm if building a new house. Arrow was also recommend by the PUD.

Description of Work: I got 3 bids and Arrow was by far the cheapest. They gave me a quote on the Puget Sound Energy rebate form, showing me were they would get me rebates and gave me an Angie's list discount on top of it. They ended up sealing and insulating the ducts in my non-heated basement and insulating a guest room with blow in insulation the first day. They came back a few days later to do the spray foam insulation in the heated part of my basement. I knew the spray foam would get everywhere so I masked off the area pretty well. It made their work faster and they used some extra material they had to insulate the ledger boards out of the scope of their work for free. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone again!

Description of Work: This company gave me an estimate for some insulation work in my attic. They were very professional, thorough, and I didn’t feel it was a gimmick. They were honest and had their own approaches they proposed to me. They were very professional. If I end up having the work done, I will use this company.
