Responsive and professional by phone. Workers were efficient. When I called because we thought the sink still leaked, owner offered to have someone stop by to check it out immediately. Very pleased with their service!

We were shopping for a new plumber and thought this was a good way to do some preventative maintenance and become acquainted with the plumbing company. We were favorably impressed and thought the information and the service well worth the $49. Had a snafu initially because Angie's list sent the plumbing company to our billing address rather than the service address specified, but that was not the fault of the plumbing company. It was a glitch in Angie's list system. But it all worked out.

Sometimes when you buy discounted specials you feel you are getting the discounted version of what the service should be but in this case I felt I got the real deal. Absolute evaluated the toilets and faucets giving information of what was wrong , what needed to be done by the home owner or by Absolute Plumbing and how much that would be. The flushing of the water heater was much needed and took a little longer then most. So I felt it was an honest evaluation of the fixtures in the home. I would use them in the future.

We were pleased with the service and professionalism. He did not try to sell us things we did not need but informed us of things to be aware of and about when we might expect to need a new water heater. It was also reassuring to know that our gas fittings were safe.

After contacting Absolute Plumbing and telling the owner that I was without hot water, a plumber was at my door witin 4 hours with a new hot water heater. Everything was up and running by late afternoon. It doesn't get better than that!

It went very well. They arrived on time and find is he'd in a timely manner.

He did a good job, was on time, brought all the necessary parts and was efficient. Price seemed high for the time spent on the job.

We recently purchased a new house and discovered (quickly) that the sinks had been poorly installed. They had been tacked up to a marble countertop using a few inadequate 1x2" boards and some clips. Caulk had been spread over the gap to prevent water, but had worn off in time. No silicon had been used to adhere the sink, so the sinks moved when pushed. It was a miracle the entire set up hadn't collapsed with the weight of dishes. We also knew there was a leak that needed to be repaired, but weren't sure whether it was from the lack of a seal between the sink and counter or if it was poor plumbing. Knowing we needed to fix the sinks, we didn't search particularly hard. On the date of the appointment, Absolute Plumbing called to let us know they'd be able to come early. When they arrived, they had the same appalled look that we had gotten when we looked at the absurd patch job. They got to work, removed all the plumbing, properly adhered and clipped the sinks, and reinstalled the plumbing. In their installation, they discovered that the traps were not properly tightened, and plumbers tape not properly used to prevent leaks. Throughout the job, they were professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable. Mitch came back the next day to finish the job (it takes 24 hours for the silicon to set up). He cleaned up the silicon nicely and reinstalled the plumbing. Afterward, Mitch helped with some minor plumbing adjustments including setting up a recirculation pump (already installed in the house), and adjustment of a primer on a discharge tube. This was one of the best companies we've worked with, and we will definitely use them again.

Mitch was extremely competent. He is one of those Jack-of-all-Trades that can fix just about anything and understands how most things work. I believe I could have asked him to fix a Boeing 777 and he would have asked "Which model?" He took his time and did each job carefully. He was very friendly and had some good suggestions for the house in general. Great service. The final bill was less than I expected - a nice surprise. Absolute Plumbing would be first on my list for future plumbing work.

The service provider was Absolute Plumbing. I have used their services before and once again received excellent service. The person doing the installation was running a little late and called to see if that was OK with me. I assured him it was(he was only about 30 minutes late). The installation only took about an hour. He was very nice and clean in his work and the only way anyone could tell that he had been there was the sight of a new toilet. I am very happy with the service and product from Absolute Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I met one of the owners at the Skagit Home show and kept his business card. I saw the good ratings on Angie's List and so I didn't hesitate to call when I had an emergency. The positive reviews on Angie's List are well-deserved. The work was of very high quality and the cost was reasonable. I had some non-emergency plumbing issues and scheduling them and getting them done was pretty easy. I have well water and purchased a reverse osmosis system myself but was a little hesitant to install it on my own. I had Absolute Plumbing do it thinking I'd screw it up myself and would probably have to pay to get it done right, so I had it done right to begin with. They did an excellent professional job. I'm very pleased with how it looks under the sink. I good job was critical for me and it's always impressive to see this level of skill on display.

The two gentlemen came to our home and ran a line through our sewer from our toilet (we don't have an outside clean-out) out to the city's main line. It only took them an hour to go about 100 ft.and the cost for doing this was much less than two other companies have charged prior to this. When they were finished they secured the toilet with a new fixture and left the bathroom very clean. Both men were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly.

We contacted another plumber and were aghast at the quote for installing a new water heater. We saw reviews on Angie's List, and called Absolute. Absolute's quote was about half of the first estimate, so we went with Absolute. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. We would use them again.

In the first few months of being a homeowner, I had more opportunities to learn about plumbing than I wanted. I figured that getting it inspected would bring some piece of mind and help me sleep better. Scheduling the inspection with Jeremy from Absolute Plumbing was easy to do via email/ messages. Mitch, the person who performed the service, was on-time, friendly, and clearly explained what he was looking for and the recommended items to address. He checked all the faucets, toilets, valves, hoses and visible piping for leaks. Also, he checked over the work I'd done to install the kitchen sink drain plumbing. I'll be contacting them for my plumbing needs in the future, and would recommend them to others.

Called Absolute to come and address leaks under the bathroom sink which were a result from previous work they completed a couple weeks earlier. They were responsive and came within a couple hours and worked under the sink which was not leaking when they left, so it appears they did stop the link. While there, we requested that if they had time that they install a basic faucet as the other one was leaking out the handle. They did so, and it took them approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. They stated that they would bill us for that portion of the job. When the bill arrived, there was a full hour of charges with a partial refund of the faulty pop-up assembly that was installed on their first time out. A full refund of the assembly that leaked would have brought the bill down to 94.37. Called to pay the bill over the phone and questioned the full hour of billing for coming out to fix previous work and install a faucet that took around 20 minutes. Was told that they "didn't bill you the full hour, they gave you a 20% discount." The "discount" was on the faulty assembly, not on labor and wasn't even a full refund on that assembly. They offered "another 10.00 off if that would make you feel better." Told them "no, that doesn't really do much to make me feel better." I was very happy with their previous visit and was hoping to have found a good plumbing company to work with in the future. I guess I will continue looking.

In order to replace the floor in a bathroom I needed the toilet and pedestal sink removed and when the flooring was complete reinstall toilet and sink. This required two trips by Absolute Plumbing. In addition they replaced 3 vanity faucets that I supplied. Jeremy did the scheduling and Matt did the work. They were a pleasure to work with and this is the first time I hired any kind of contractor that I didn't need to clean up after or fix something. And the cost was significant less than other quotes.

They did not return my phone call therefore I would not call them again

I was originally supposed to get 2 new toilets and replace the hardware, but there was a problem with the plumbing on the 2nd toilet that required a different toilet be ordered, so that work could not be completed as planned. BUT they did replace the 1st toilet and the hardware and shut off valve. The builder had used really cheap hardware and setup so it was a bit of a challenge, but they worked through the setup and I got my new toilet. They explained things as they went and I learned a lot. The next day I noticed a tiny leak on the new toilet. They were back at my house 2 hours after the call and tore apart the toilet. It turns out it was a manufacturer defect but they tried to resolve instead of saying it was not their problem... Plumber actually spent over an hour fixing something that was not his responsibility and got my toilet fixed (at least we hope!). If it continues to be a problem, manufacturer will have to replace the toilet, but I was so impressed again by how they supported me and worked the issue. Now that is service!!! And they are now my new plumber I will call for any problems!!!

Their phone numbers SOUND like they go to a private individual - even the 800 number. Was not able to reach a COMPANY. Very disappointed. If it is difficult to get in touch with them, they do not seem too interested in actually getting a job.

First, as a single woman I've discovered that, unfortunately, it is true tradespeople will take advantage of your lack of home repair/maintenance knowledge. I had used a different plumbing company for a previous, unrelated problem and didn't feel that confident with them. When my toilet wouldn't flush/bath wouldn't drain I decided to try Absolute Plumbing in Mt. Vernon. "Matt" came over that afternoon, tried to roto out the line and ran into tree roots. Even at that first visit, I felt completely comfortable with Matt, the information he provided, and a strong sense that he was simply an honest, genuine young man doing his job. We set up an appointment for this morning to replace the sewer line. Matt and Mitchell arrived bright and early, got started immediately, and in less than a few hours had located and repaired the damaged length of pipe. It cost about a third of the "worst case" estimate, but more to the point they could have kept right on going and replaced more pipe and I would have been none the wiser - I didn't know what I was seeing in that trench and was already expecting to spend $4000+! They were honest, knowledgeable and skilled and I will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on as well as recommend them to all my family and friends! I am thrilled to have found Absolute Plumbing - one more trustworthy resource in maintaining my home!

They were very good responsive they took a coupon gave a senior discount I would use them again.

The two plumbers who surveyed my house were polite and punctual on 7/31/13. After more than 1 week (8/8/13), I had not heard from them with an estimate, so I left a message. My call was not returned. On 8/12 I called again and talked to Jeremy. He said that he would call me in 2 hours when he returned to the office (where my finished estimate was located). He did not.

I called yesterday about 4 pm and Matt was here this morning, as promised. The clog for the kitchen sink drain turned out to be located in the pipes in the wall a long distance from the sink. Clearing it took some time, and it may be that some of the original plumbing fittings in the wall are part of the problem (the house was built in the 1960s). Matt was prompt and professional and solved our problem. I'll definitely call Absolute if I have plumbing problems in the future.

I was totally happy with the work, price and the professionalism of Dan, the lead plumber on the job. I Plan to have them back to replace bathroom shut off valves and supply lines.
