Absolute Plumbing

I had a very good experience with this provider a number of months back. When a few months down the road the joint they repaired below my sink began to leak I had them back and they reworked it. Another few months and the same thing happened. This time I tightened the joint and the leak stopped. A few more months and the same thing happened again. This time I took the joint apart and found that the gooseneck that was used should never have been used in that position. It was never going to stay tight. Now I would have been willing to pay to rework the whole drain as the drain into the wall is too high and makes the application difficult. However when I called I got the answering machine and after about 3 weeks of waiting the first time I fixed the leak myself. Thinking I should give them another chance about three months later when it leaked again I again called and got the answering machine. After two weeks this time with no call I called and got Jeremy. Thinking I would let him off the hook I asked why he had not returned my calls. His answer was that he got overwhelmed and just couldn't answer the calls. I said it sounded like he was a little to busy and maybe I should go somewhere else. He said he thought maybe that was so. I have to admit I was saddened by this because I had told many of my good initial experience. However waiting several weeks twice with no call back is never good in service business.

Crew was very good and professional, even went under to crawl space to check if water leaking existing. Impressive work performance!

Installer arrived early in the morning, introduced himself and went to work. I was worried that the toilet had to be raised to sit on the flange but only a small amount of shimming was required. I am happy and my renters are very happy to have a functioning toilet again. This is the third time I've used Absolute Plumbing and I will again.

OMG- what a nice experience! The company rep. who answered the phone was patient and kind- answered questions and was able to set up what I wanted on a Saturday (!) at a convenient time. Besides fixing a drippy valve, I wanted to be shown how to drain my H20 heater and had some other questions. Dustin did an excellent job- was polite, knowledgeable and walked me through the H2O heater process patiently. He also had recommendations for replacing some old tub fixtures which I was not aware could be done so easily. Having had difficult experiences in the past with having plumbing work done, this was such a relief. I will happily call Absolute for further plumbing work I need done. Thanks Angie's List!

I contacted the provider for an estimate due to the glowing reviews posted here. My experience with this provider fails all the criteria for reliability and a big fat F for communication. Provider came out, removed a needed part from my bathroom faucet so he could match it up. So far so good. He informed me that he would contact me the next morning to discuss the issue and the solution. 3 business days or so have passed and I decided to call the provider. The nice man on the phone said he was "busy doing estimates, and would contact us first thing tomorrow morning." He did not contact us. I waited another 3 business days and he informed me that the part cannot be found. Now I understand these things happen, but my bathrooms (Two bathrooms share the water that he cut off) are out of commission. This was a fairly urgent fix that was needed. I do not blame them for not finding the part. This is totally fine. The biggest issue is them not following through with their communication. Points were also lost on professionalism because it is not professional to leave a home owner hanging for this long. If you remove parts from our house, at least put it back. If they had gotten back to me like they said, this would have been a glowing review. Customer service is extremely important to me and Absolute plumbing failed miserably in that department.

Plumber was polite and pleasant, and on time too. The repairs were accomplished for my elderly mom. She felt very comfortable with the plumber, who explained the what her options were for the repair, and he called me (the son) multiple times to inform me what he was planning to do, before he did it.

Fast, efficient service. This is second time we have used Absolute Plumbing. We would highly recommend them.

The plumber dug a bit more, cut out old valve, installed new and turned on city water. Very pleasant and efficicient.

Dustin and Chris were professional, polite, and very efficient. It's a total relief to find a company you can rely on and not worry about being ripped off or over charged. Can't say enough about how great they were. Plus Jeremy gave me an approximate estimate over the phone before they even came out and they were pretty darn close. Price was reasonable and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

We had just moved into the house and wanted the plumbing checked for leaks. He crawled under the house and gave us some very good information on some drainage issues. Would definitely call this company again.

Great experience with this company! They scheduled me quickly for an estimate. Their plumber was very professional and communicative about the problem and estimated cost. Work was done quickly and there were no surprises on pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He talked to me about the plumbing, told/showed me how to drain the water heater, and gave a couple of pointers on things to do in the future. For example, he told me to watch the garbage disposal since it is nearing the end of its life and told me to replace it with a larger size to ensure that the waste would be pulverized, thereby reducing the possibility of drain clogs.

A Door Above did a wonderful job on the installation. They were prompt and fast.

These are people I would definitely use again. I called them in the morning. They were here within maybe 3 hours and they repaired it and noticed a problem with the granite wasn't fitting correctly on the front edge. Gave me some information about that. It was an hour of labor plus parts.

I purchased 3 Angie's deals for various plumbing jobs, requiring 3 different visits from Mitch. Mitch was great. Good sense of humor and very professional & informative. When he did the house check for leaks, he explained things to me and showed me what he was doing and what to watch for. That was his first visit & we talked about the garbage disposal & toilet, both of which I thought needed replacing but wanted him to look at them first. We talked about upgrades for both and the advantages. He never pushed the upgrades or more service, just explained. We went with the upgraded toilet as it made sense and declined the upgraded disposal. Mitch was always right on time or a little early with a smile and good attitude. It was a pleasure to work with him. Also, Jeremy who responded to my email questions was very responsive and quick to reply. The entire experience was good, and I will definitely call Absolute again for plumbing needs.

excellent. did all the above. discussed various options on bath remodels, water heaters replace. july 2015, needed a toilet repaced asap. they were there same day. My choice to supply a kolher toilet. I picked up at depot, along with various parts that might be needed. it looks great, works great-very nice installers, know what they are doing. will be using for bath remodel later this year.

We had a drain outside that always flooded when it rained and water would come into the garage. They came out with the equipment needed but were unable to get through due to the pipe having something in the way. They came out again with a different system to try and get through but were still unable to get through. They said they thought the pipe had collapsed so a major dig through our sidewalk would be necessary in order to fix the problem and it would be very costly. They suggested ways we could do it ourselves to save money. They charged us a minimum for their services. They had also installed a tankless water heater for us previously.they did a great job.

Daren and Chris were efficient and professional. Installation done quickly and appointment offered the day after I called. Cleaned up and hauled away the old toilets and boxes

It all went really well. I appreciated the plumber's professionalism, promptness and willingness to help me out by assessing and stopping the toilet tank leak.

Great!. I observed the work from start to finish. The technician was pleaseant, competent, clean and fast. I could have probably done the work except for a shoulder injury so I know what needs to be done and he did it well and much faster than I could have. I was exceptionally pleased with the result. I have tried several other local firms with not nearly the same results. I would highly recommend this group.

I was not satisfied. I won't be hiring them again. The water heater flush was done quickly. He looked at the indoor plumbing and things were fine. I asked about a minor drip in the faucets and he said for that we have to charge you $89.

He was punctual and did a thorough job. I was very happy with the job that was done and would highly recommend Absolute Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors.

He discovered that I needed a new hot water heater which was replaced at a later date.
