Trident Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

After calling 2 other plumbers who did not have time for me. I called Trident Plumbing, and Matthew was at my home within 3 hours. He answered any and all questions I had and got the job done fast. He made sure he cleaned up any mess he made. I really don't know what more he could have done. Over the years I have had many plumbers in and out of my home and never hired the same one twice. I will definitely be hiring Matthew with Trident Plumbing again.

Matthew/Trident Plumbing was there the next morning, fixed us all up with a new faucet install, and was awesome. Polite, kind, honest and super helpful. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We purchased the Angie's List Deal and Matthew came out promptly. He said that the tooling use d to install the black pipe is quite expensive, and that we should try one of the larger companies. He also pointed out that the black pipe is resting on top of the water heater, rather than being properly supported. Really bad work by a previous plumber. The sound was coming from the Navien and not the exhaust pipes, as we had thought. His troubleshooting ability is good, given an odd request, and we would be happy to use his services in the future.

Matthew came out the day after I called him, looked the area and access over, and gave me a quote. We scheduled a time for him to do the work a few days later. He brought everything needed, performed the work, and the install was very thoughtful, sturdy, and professional. He discovered a small leak elsewhere, and, for a small additional fee, repaired that as well, at the same time, all in the time allotted. I am very pleased with the work, and with his cleanup. I will absolutely call him again, the next time I need a plumber, and would recommend him to anyone.

We called Matt on Tuesday and he was able to come over immediately because he was so close to us after another job. We discussed what needed to be done and found out that our pressure flushing toilets had been recalled! Apparently they had a nasty tendency to explode.... Without Matt we wouldn't have known that and because we wanted the work done soon with two toddlers in the house, he was able to come over the next day and uninstall the old recalled toilets and install new ones in their place. The drained sinks were no charge. Throughout his time at our home Matt proved to have integrity, humor and a very keen attention to detail. He spotted a few other minor things and was open and explained everything to us to help us make the right decisions. If we ever need to, we are going to call him again without hesitation.

Matthew came out the same day quickly found the problem and fixed the same day. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. The final cost was less than estimated and he cleaned up after the work was completed. Would high recommend his services.

Matthew traveled outside of his normal boundaries to honor the Angie's List special. He planned ahead by having us send pictures of the valve so was fully prepared when he arrived. The valve did not need replacement, just a cartridge which he had on hand. He also swapped out a trim piece around the shower. Matthew listened, consulted and educated us on a number of plumbing questions that we had. He was very thorough, competent and knowledgeable and is an obvious master of his craft. He also advised us on the replacement of three toilets which we will have done this winter, His brochure helped us choose which toilets we will get.

He was timely and did a great job. Very friendly and helpful. Trident comes highly recommended! Anyone considering Trident will not be disappointed!

Matthew did great! We needed a shower faucet fixed and he discovered the problem stemmed from the pressure release valve (PRV) not functioning properly. That had been causing other plumbing failures as well. While replacing the PRV, we moved the house water on/off knob to a more sensible location. Matthew was very professional, prompt, thorough, helpful, respectful and great to work with. We noticed a huge difference in the entire house plumbing with the PRV fix.

Matthew called me back immediately, and was out to our house for an assessment the same day. He was kind, helpful, honest and incredibly polite. Matthew helped us advocate with the insurance company, navigate all the replacement parts, and left the site better than it was before.

Matthew showed up on time, installed new tank hardware and water line connection, told me exactly what he had done, showed me how the new one worked and, although he had adjusted to the recommended settings, he showed me how to change the adjustment if I wanted it set up differently. Matthew also provided some advice about how to proceed with fixing a kitchen sink faucet. He pointed out that the faucet has a life-time warranty from the manufacturer and I should contact them for replacement parts. I would not hesitate to call Matthew for any plumbing work. Highly recommended!

Mathew was professional and very knowledgeable. He repaired very successfully what was requested and then looked at our sinks which I was having trouble with the stoppers. He looked and showed us what the problem was, fixed and how we could repair ourselfs should we need to in the future. I then mentioned a repair that had been done to the kitchen overflow by a non professional that I was uncomfortable about. Good thing I asked because it had been repaired incorrectly and was only a matter of time before it failed. Luck on our side Mathew had the part and was able to repair for us correctly. Cost was very reasonable. Mathew went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend and would hire for any future work.

Work went very well. I had been talking to Matt about the work he did in rental condo and realized that the water heater in our house was installed back in 2003. I sent Matt some photos of existing water heater and he gave me cost for new heater and installation. Since I was very pleased with the work he did in the condo I scheduled day for him to install new hot water heater. Everything went very well and he 'revealed' the easy way to drain your tank once a year to remove sediment and improve performance.

Work went very well. Matt is knowledgable, professional, and polite. He called me the following week to ask if repairs were working properly and if I was happy with the work. I am very happy with the work Matt did for me and when I need a plumber again will hire Matt.

Matthew came to access the smell that we thought was coming from the drain. He was very responsive and came the same day, accommodating my schedule. No plumbing work needed to be done, but he thoroughly accessed the situation and gave us some ideas on how to solve it. He also helped with some future planning. He was there for an hour and didn't end up charging the service fee. I was very surprised and impressed with his professionalism and how courteous we was. We will definately call him when we have work in the future!
