Trident Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Trident Plumbing was a life saver. Our new home (2021) has had issues with a guest bath since day one. Consistently stopping up. Landon from Trident came out the first visit, pulled the commode and scoped the drain pipes. Everything looked OK. The problem continued. I called another plumber and he told us the problem had to be in the septic system. I called a Septic Company and had our septic system inspected. Everything looked ok. After almost two years of issues I called Trident one last time. There had to be a reason. Matthew Gardner came out and crawled under the house to try and find an answer. He found the vent for that bathroom was not located correctly and was the root of the problem. Luckily the home was still covered by the new home warranty so the builder gladly came back and reconfigured the drain pipes for that bathroom. Thanks again to Matthew for being able to spot the problem! Trident was very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Matthew came out the next day and unclogged my garbage disposal in minutes. He also gave me some very helpful tips to avoid future issues. Incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

He was able to provide service the same day we called, bringing along a state-of-the-art camera system and underground pipe locator. I was so amazed with Devon who came out last year during COVID and this year Landon. Both were equally professional cordial and knew their business well, super fast and knowledgeable. I am very jovial with Trident and will be using them time and time again. I will inform all my friends and family about Trident's amazing work. I applaud this company for a phenomenal job and again Devon and Landon were simply the best.

Devon was fantastic. He called ahead to try and make sure he could come with the right parts. He fixed a leaky faucet, sink drain and toilet. Also replaced an Instahot tank and moved around the filter to give us more space. Super nice guy and also showed us some helpful things while he was here (we had no idea where the house shutoff was). Cost was quite reasonable - a bit over $500. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent. Landon was very professional and knowledgeable. The house is very old (100 years) and required multiple tools and several hours to access and unclog the kitchen pipe from years of accumulated grease. Landon was very thorough and only left after ensuring everything was working as it should. Highly recommend.

My parents' rental property was having awful sewage issues and we were desperate for help. Landon was able to come out same day and fixed all of our problems in a timely manner. He gave us a great deal (much cheaper than any other company) and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to the renters with a smile on his face. He triple checked his work and was very knowledgable, kind, and quite easy on the eyes. 10/10 would recommend! We will most definitely be calling Landon at Trident Plumbing for all of our rentals!

I searched Angi's for an outdoor hose faucet replacement service and saw Trident's special. Calling in was handled well and the person was very friendly and helpful and scheduled us for about a week later. Devon was the plumber who helped us and had great communication and arrived within the window of time, described exactly what he was going to do and performed it all efficiently and effectively. I will call this company again if I need other services and will recommend them.

Would highly recommend Trident Plumbing. I had a leak in a wall on a 3rd floor condo. Landon came out, made the repair quickly and cleanly (easy to patch up), and also pointed out another issue with a very loose pipe that he was able to secure down to prevent future issues. Trident was easy to communicate with throughout and I felt like they took great pride in making sure the job was done right. True professionals.

Installation went smoothly once the particular part we needed arrived. We were impressed by the care Devon took to consider our scheduling needs so that patient care wouldn't be interrupted during installation. He also made sure to install a mixing valve that prevents the water from being too hot for our young patients.

Customer service, quality of plumbing service, and value for service provided are all 5 out of 5 stars. My introductory call and cost estimate were with Matt, and Landon did all of the work onsite. Landon’s work was excellent. He was also upbeat and communicated and educated really well, all of which made the project go smoothly. I’m really glad I found this team and company. I can’t recommend more highly.

The folks as Trident plumbing were great to work with! We were on a tight timeline to get a MIL apartment ready. They were awesome about fitting us in, and Landon did a great job. We’re having them back out next week to install a whole house filtration unit.

Matthew called the same day I put in the request for a plumber on Angie’s List. He was friendly and helpful and we set up an appointment for two days later. Devon was wonderful! He came out without charge, diagnosed the problem and told us a price to fix it. He came back when we had new parts from the manufacturer and quickly repaired the connection. Trident is now our go-to plumbing company.

It is my pleasure to write a very positive review about my experience with Trident Plumbing. This is actually a review for 3 separate visits in last 3 months. Trident plumbing has been our go to service for all plumbing needs and concerns. Their full service expertise is one stop shopping for us. Always very prompt and accommodating with scheduling a service and very courteous & trustworthy with the service. One service visit was for a presale of house sewer scope that is highly recommended by realtors. The team filmed and recorded the scope on a usb thumb drive to be available to potential home buyers. They always go the extra mile to be thorough. A return visit to swap out a toilet with their recommendation of American Standard Cadet Pro. This toilet by far has been our best functioning toilet and very happy with their recommendation. Our third recent need was finding a steady water leak on our garage cement floor in area of water heater. I immediately phoned Trident Plumbing owner, Matthew Gardner, because I was unable to determine right away the source of the water. Again, Matthew immediately answered my call and understood my anxiety about the water and asked a member of his team who lives nearby to diagnose the problem. Devon, was at our house within 15 minutes on his day off, basically, to help us. The beauty of this story was Devon immediately figured out it was our a/c condensation unit leaking and not a plumbing issue at all. However, he went above and beyond to help us at my asking and problem solved! It is my belief that this company can always be trusted and relied upon for excellent service.
