Installation went quickly and smoothly.

We had an issue with our septic line clogging, which turned out to be the result of some pretty problematic installation choices by the previous resident. Trident was recommended to us by another plumber we have used in the past, but who was unavailable for this issue. Landon came out and not only got us flowing again, but diagnosed and repaired the underlying problem. He was extremely professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs. He even put up with our 4 year old yellow lab, who can be a bit aggressive in his friendliness. Long story short - if you need plumbing work done, call Trident and ask for Landon. You won't be disappointed.

Of all the trades I've used here in Seattle, Trident ranks with the very best. I thought my problem was some leaky faucets, but Devon diagnosed a faulty valve that controlled (or in this case didn't control) the pressure for the entire house. Once the valve was replaced the faucet leaks were manageable by me as a DIY project. Devon took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and while this was not an inexpensive replacement, he avoided doing work that would have been necessary to redo and which would not have solved my problem in the long run. I would use Trident Plumbing in a heartbeat if the need arose.

Matthew came quickly and effectively sorted through each of my problems. The key issue of the shower was repaired promptly, even though a part had to be picked up. He explained that the city was probably responsible for the pressure issue, told me who to contact, and sure enough they will be repairing it for free. Drains are also fixed. The service was professional, well done, and exceedingly prompt. The fee was even a bit below what I had mentally budgeted. Highly recommend!

We had Landon come to our house to unclog our toilet and shower. He had amazing customer service and told us everything he was going to do before he did it. Landon also cut us a little deal on what was done. I would definitely recommend him to other people. The price wasn’t bad! Overall he was an awesome guy and very easy to get along with.

I have used Trident in the past and trusted them. This experience was quite poor and was with a new plumber that I had not worked with before named Landon. I hired them to come out and install my garbage disposal after having a new sink put in and new counter tops. I was out of town at the time of the appt and my fiance met with Landon. This should have been maybe a $250 job on the high side of things. By the time Landon was done padding things onto the bill, he replaced four things that did not need replacing at all, one of them 20 feet away from the sink at the hot water tank which he should not have been touching at all. My fiance felt like he was trying to sell her stuff and take advantage of her. This is a terrible feeling to not be able to trust the person doing work for you. He charged us $1300!!!! I could not believe it. He said he needed to replace the garbage disposal which worked perfectly and did not need replacing at all. He also replaced three different valves that worked fine and did not need any replacing at all. I called and spoke with the Owner Matthew about this who I believe to be a good guy and he simply stood by his guy and basically told me too bad. I cannot and will not in good conscience use them again or recommend them. This is why this particular service industry has such a lack of faith. I'd be willing to bet that Mr. Landon was working on commission. Scummy! Devon was great, Matthew was great....too bad I got Landon.

Landon is the BEST. He was friendly, fast, and thorough. He walked me through everything before starting, provided a 100% accurate quote, and completed the work expertly. He also provided a great music suggestion! Now that's service!

I got a little over my head trying to DIY replace a water spigot on the exterior of my house and had the water to the house turned off until this could be fixed. I reached out to Trident late in the evening. Matthew the owner responded quickly and connected me with Devin who was able to have someone on site the next day. Landon was professional, competent, and quick. Highly recommend this company. They'll get all my plumbing work in the future.

Trident responded to our request for services right away. Unlike several other plumbing companies, Trident agreed to serve our house in a fairly remote area. Devin performed the work. He was friendly and professional—a truly nice guy. He explained the problem and fix clearly and completely. He even allowed me to hold and maneuver the new pipe piece and faucet on the outside of the house while he cut and joined the pipe on the inside of the house, which saved him time and me money! Will recommend Devin to all of my neighbors.

He worked his schedule so he could fit me in when I needed the work done. He was punctual and very courteous. He looked at some other plumbing issues I was having at my condo and either fixed or gave me estimates on them. I will definitely be calling him back!

Matt, the owner, called me back quickly, was easy to talk to, and got me right on their schedule. Devon came out to do the job and was super. He found the leak and used ingenuity, creativity, and know-how learned from "old school" plumbers to replace a bad ancient gasket. He was personable and ready to find the simplest solution (vs. other plumbers scaring me into thinking I might need a major costly overhaul). He showed me a video of where the leak was, and what he did. This company is terrific and has complete integrity. I can't recommend them enough. (Job was $200, plus $50 travel fee as I am out of their service area. Still a bargain!!!)

I called at 8am and was able to get an appointment for later in the afternoon. Devon called to let me know he was available a bit ahead of schedule and on the way. He was very professional and courteous, explaining his analysis process and showing me what he was checking for. After determining the faucet was failing, he explained the options for fixing it and the cost for each option. I chose to have him replace the faucet, which he did efficiently. The new faucet is better than my original and works great! I’d call Trident Plumbing if I needed plumbing work done again in the future.

Just bought a home and the water heater is failing. Needed to figure out my options between tank and tankless water heaters. Ended up finding out they could not service my house but Matthew still shared his knowledge about my options. This was greatly appreciated as a first time home buyer.

I called on a Friday afternoon, and because of evening and weekend rates the gentleman taking my call asked if I wanted to wait until Monday. Based on our schedule that weekend, Monday was fine. I made an appointment for 3 o’clock, the technician was on time and very professional. He assessed the situation, made a recommendation including a quote, and was able to replace the piping within a matter of about an hour and a half. It’s better than new, and I am very pleased with the work performed and the cost. Would definitely recommend.

Matthew replaced 8 angle stops under my 4 bathroom sinks. My old angle stops were 20 years old. Though they were not leaking, after replacing my bathroom sinks and faucets a couple weeks ago I knew the old valves couldn't handle many more twists. After the angle stops were replaced he showed me the insides of them and I could see how each was failing. The "grit" inside was also causing the faucet's hot water pressure to dwindle dramatically. I now have great pressure in all faucets. Matthew arrived on time, worked efficiently, was friendly and respectful, and cleaned up afterward. This is the 4th project I have hired Matthew for, and I always learn something valuable re: plumbing. I feel very relieved to have this project checked off my to do list!

Devon with Trident Plumbing came to my home to fix some plumbing issues. After a free in-depth diagnostic, it was deemed my PRV valve needed to be replaced. Devon was courteous, professional and walked me through what needed to be done. Devon wrote up a quote for services and then set about fixing the issues in a timely yet thorough manner. We called on a Sunday night and Matthew was able to schedule Devon the very next day to assess/repair a pipe failure in the wall. It was a very tight space to work within but Devon assessed the problem quickly, explained to us what was happening, and then clearly explained what his approach would be to conduct the repair. He provided a clearly delineated price quote and upon our approval, began to work. Devon performed the job with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. He did a beautiful job on the repair, and referred us to other professionals that would be able to do the follow-up sheetrock replacement/repairs necessary, etc. We wholeheartedly recommend Trident Plumbing for anyone in the Monroe area, and have only high praise for Devon.

We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us. We will definitely hire Trident Plumbing, Davon, again for any future plumbing work. Thank you, Davon!

I don't normally write reviews, but Matthew from Trident really saved the day. We had a backed up kitchen sink drain that turned out to be a pretty heavy grease clog farther down the main line. Even though he was fully booked, he came early to help me out the next morning. He was very conscientous, polite, punctual, and gave me great tips on keeping away from clogs in the future. Services were about what I expected to pay, and he was so courteous to my wife and daughters as well. I will definitely seek his services again if I ever need more plumbing assistance.

Matthew called the day before to discuss pricing and arrival time. Devon called 45 minutes before arriving. Discovered the issue was not plumbing problem after and so recommended a good septic company in the area. The $200 travel and inspection fee was well worth the money. Devon also impressed my adult son which is quite an effort!

Matthew called when he was 10 minutes away to confirm our appointment and let me know he was on his way. I had been remodeling my kitchen and had a new farmers sink installed. I finally got the countertops in and needed the sink hooked up. Matthew arrived and checked out the situation and existing pipes etc. He advised that the elbows in the pipes, while good at this time, were going to need replacing not too far into the future. He provided a price for those along with his installation fee and the fee for hooking up without replacement. I decided to just replace now, saving another trip later on. Matthew gave a full explanation of what he was doing and why, hooked up the sink and took time to test it out with running hot water etc to make sure there were no leaks or issues. He cleaned up thoroughly leaving everything in pristine condition, before leaving. I have used Trident in the past and will continue to call on them for all my plumbing needs.
