Matthew Gardner sent me an email 10-4 which I responded to with my information on what was needed including giving him specific information on the materials I had purchased. He promptly advised me by phone that I should upgrade disposal to one he recommended (more expensive). Despite my experience with the original unit I cancelled that order and ordered another one as well as providing him with information on specifications and photos of area for installation with existing disposal of same size. On 10-7 he phoned me to ok and set 4 to 6 PM Wednesday 10-12 for installations with the proviso might have to cancel since wife 9 months pregnant. However, on 10-11 he phoned me again about 4:50 pm saying he was 10 to 15 minutes away. I replied he was not due until next day & I was on way home from dental appmt. Agreed to meet about 6 PM after he went to another job. When he showed up he quickly told me I should replace the sink water valves as he had bad experience with mine. I told him all I wanted done was the agreed to installs. He promptly told me it would cost $250.00 for the disposal install and $125 to $150.00 for the faucet. I said I couldn't pay nearly $500.00 for such simple work (I have done before) nor would I pay that much and he should have told me he was that expensive when I advised scope of work. He said okay you can tell Angie's List you want a refund and find someone else! He was very unprofessional from beginning to end and tried to rip me off!

Matthew did a wonderful job in explaining all of the options, explaining all of the work that was required and did great, quick work in removing the old toilet and installing the new. He was also very careful in cleaning up. Looks great and works perfectly!

Matt was easy to reach, scheduled me right away; called when he was on his way. He was professional, polite and explained everything in detail to me in a manner I understood.

Matthew did an awesome job explaining all the work he was doing. He fixed the leaking shower and went above and beyond and looked at some other issues for no additional cost. Honest, reliable service goes a long way. I will use his business again and would recommend him to everyone.

Perfect. From the scheduling to the show up to the work to the clean up. Perfect. This guy is squared away all the way. Knows his stuff and is friendly, on time, explains everything. He is fast, detailed and loves his work. If you need ANY kind of plumbing work, you want to call this guy! Matthew does it right, the first time. When the work is done, he even hauls away the old disposal.

Matthew does an excellent job. He had to removed most of the old pipe, redesigned the system and made my soaking tub much more convenient. and safe. Through the entire process he explained what he was doing and taking input from my husband and myself on what we wanted done. He was very polite, he treated our home with respect and his mess was all cleaned up. He also works very fast with excellent results. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matthew to anyone who has plumbing needs.

I need to title this review as:RESPECTFUL, HONEST, and FAIR. When I was faced with my clogged drains I went online and just picked a company. A plumbing company that sounded good to me. Mathew owner of Trident Plumbing & Drain arrived. First I was pleased with the respect he showed me. (I am a senior lady) Respect is important. He really listened to my concerns. Then I was impressed on how efficiently he unclogged those old pipes and cleared the drains. Mathew then gave me advice on how to keep them clean, using Dawn soap. Great service, Fair price and most of all dependable. Now I have a Plumbing company in which I have used several times. My new Dishwater, a new Hot Water Tank and two toilets all have been installed by Trident Plumbing. rating AAA+ You will be happy and pleased using Trident Plumbing & Drain company. The owner Mathew is the best.

We also put in new tile flooring in the baths and kitchen, they were very good to make sure they were careful and to use the right materials for the flooring we had. Matt seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. He really took time to see what I was looking for. He did a great job because I LOVE my new toilets. Funny to say but you don't realize the difference till you get new ones. (I had very tiny toilet before). We weren't living in the home at the time so we weren't pressed for time, but they seemed to get the job done fairly quickly. And like I said very knowledgeable and professional. Also price seemed very good. I LOVE MY NEW TOILETS!
