Description of Work: A pipe to the cold water tap in my bathtub failed. I called Matthew at Trident Plumbing to fix it and he alerted me to the more serious issue of water damage. He asked my permission to call a mitigation team. This was exactly the right thing to do as water was all through the floor and the ceiling and walls below. He then returned when it was time to remove the bathtub and installed new pipes and valves.

Description of Work: I got a referral for Mathew and wanted to stay local so I gave him a call! I was very impressed from the beginning. He was very polite and when I told him I desperately needed someone to come look at my situation he said he would make time on his way home! He was more than helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!! He repaired a clog preventing us from using our kitchen facilities.

 + -1 morePerfect. From the scheduling to the show up to the work to the clean up. Perfect. This guy is squared away all the way. Knows his stuff and is friendly, on time, explains everything. He is fast, detailed and loves his work. If you need ANY kind of plumbing work, you want to call this guy! Matthew does it right, the first time. When the work is done, he even hauls away the old disposal.
Description of Work: Old disposal was leaking water and sounded like a 747 landing every time it was used. Needed to replace it ASAP.

 + 0 moreMatthew does an excellent job. He had to removed most of the old pipe, redesigned the system and made my soaking tub much more convenient. and safe. Through the entire process he explained what he was doing and taking input from my husband and myself on what we wanted done. He was very polite, he treated our home with respect and his mess was all cleaned up. He also works very fast with excellent results. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matthew to anyone who has plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We had used Matthew Gardner before when we had problems where the water enters the house and so when we had a leak in the laundry room we called Matthew again. He replaced the old pipe and redesigned the pipes for greater efficiently. The original structure was done so bad that we could have had sewer fumes coming into the house..

 + 1 moreI need to title this review as:RESPECTFUL, HONEST, and FAIR. When I was faced with my clogged drains I went online and just picked a company. A plumbing company that sounded good to me. Mathew owner of Trident Plumbing & Drain arrived. First I was pleased with the respect he showed me. (I am a senior lady) Respect is important. He really listened to my concerns. Then I was impressed on how efficiently he unclogged those old pipes and cleared the drains. Mathew then gave me advice on how to keep them clean, using Dawn soap. Great service, Fair price and most of all dependable. Now I have a Plumbing company in which I have used several times. My new Dishwater, a new Hot Water Tank and two toilets all have been installed by Trident Plumbing. rating AAA+ You will be happy and pleased using Trident Plumbing & Drain company. The owner Mathew is the best.
Description of Work: Unclog drains in my Bathroom, including sink and tub. Also clear clog in my Washing Machine.

 + 0 moreWe also put in new tile flooring in the baths and kitchen, they were very good to make sure they were careful and to use the right materials for the flooring we had. Matt seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. He really took time to see what I was looking for. He did a great job because I LOVE my new toilets. Funny to say but you don't realize the difference till you get new ones. (I had very tiny toilet before). We weren't living in the home at the time so we weren't pressed for time, but they seemed to get the job done fairly quickly. And like I said very knowledgeable and professional. Also price seemed very good. I LOVE MY NEW TOILETS!

Description of Work: I was referred to Matthew Gardner with Trident Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. There were several projects that needed to be completed for my remodel, outdoor hot/cold faucet installed and re-plumbing of three different bathrooms. Trident plumbing was always on-time, answered my silly questions with a smile providing answers even a laymen could understand, were very personable, and were actually affordable compared to other plumbing companies out there. After my re-model was complete I even called on Trident Plumbing for emergency services like a failed hot-water tank, a clog in the main line of my house to my septic system, and repair of the house main shut off valve. Trident arrived quickly and stayed until the problems were resolved. I would recommend Trident Plumbing in a heartbeat to any friend or family member needing plumbing and drain services.
