Had a standing appointment for three weeks. Called an hour before scheduled appointment and left a message on answering machine to confirm. No call back. No show. Never heard a word. What a waste of time waiting 3 weeks with a non working stove in freezing weather for nothing.

Everything is done by email so don't expect a phone call prior to the appointment, but John was not only on time, but early. He is very personable and knowledgeable and had good suggestions regarding our gas fireplace. I would definitely call him again.

John was early....worked looking at my pellet stove not dropping pellets....he worked for 2 1/2 hours ....to find a small of plastic with the pellets stopped the flow.....he was GREAT to work with....prices were more than great...i will use him again.......IF YOU NEED A PELLET STOVE WORKED ON, CALL HIM.........I do not B.S. write ups, he is the real deal....

John was very professional. He repaired our system, but then it became balky and inconsistent. It was quite windy and John suspected the outside vent was causing problems with too much flow of air coming below the burner. He had replaced the Thermopile, but then thought another problem was the wall switch. He reconnected the wires and that solved that problem. Happy with the time John spent and the value for his service. Very pleased!
