after searching around for a fireplace repair technician, John's profile and reviews stood out tremendously compared to other companies. Setting up the appointment was easy (over text message) and he arrived on schedule just like he said he would. After troubleshooting my fireplace, he determined several problems and stated he will track down the parts and be in contact with me to install them. And just like he promised, he let me know he had the parts and and found a quicker time frame to install them. Upon arrival he quickly got to work and installed the new blower kit and heat temp solenoid in approximately an hour. Overall, quality of work was amazing, he was polite, knowledgeable, and the cost to complete the job was unmatched. I am completely grateful to John as he complete this job for me just before I deploy, and overall I give him a 10/10, and will undoubtedly recommend John to others in need of fireplace work/repairs. Did a good job many times

John helped me recycle my old wood burning insert and then installed a gas insert. Excellent work and follow up.

John found that the gas controller for the wall-mount heater was erratic and couldn't be relied upon for continued use. We are in the process of finding a replacement part. The Lopi fireplace gas insert was cleaned and serviced without difficulty.

The service visit was scheduled promptly. The technician was knowledgeable and guided be through the myriad of choses. Once the chose was made I got a prompt install date and installation went off without a hitch.
