Description of Work: I use B & C Comfort LLC for heating and a/c services. The installed a remote for our gas fire place and cleaned and installed our gas fire place. He replaced the fan motor on the blower.

Description of Work: I had another fireplace company work on my fireplace and they never figured out what was wrong. MMComfort diagnosed it in about 10 minute and it was fixed a week later. The part was pricey but the work was excellent. I was moving and they came and installed as soon as the part came in and I was able to close on time.

Description of Work: Propane fireplace repair. Able to liaise with manufacturer to custom build a discontinued valve replacement. They saw the job through to completion despite several delays from the manufacturer. Kept us well informed. Repair is working great!

Description of Work: We bought a house that has a gas fireplace that had a faulty pilot and it hadn't been used in so long that the dust buildup was causing an upleasant odor when lit. B & C came out, fixed the pilot, and took out all the logs to thoroughly clean them. He didn't try to upsell or try to convince me I needed to buy a new $2000 unit. I appreciated his honesty, customer service and price. He was also very contientious about wearing booties and spreading cloths to protect the carpet. I would reccommend B&C to anyone.

Description of Work: Requested bid on instalation of heater for new metal post frame building. I did not find them very responsive about returning phone calls and it took about a week to received the bid. Apparently they sent it to an incorrect email address which was totally different than what I had given them. The price was a little higher than the bid I accepted, but their bid proposal was not as detailed and did not indicate any details or brand of the heater they intended to install.

 + -1 moreTHE GUY WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL. WE CHATTED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES IN MY DINING ROOM AREA. HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED HIM, WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE I HAD TO GET IT DONE BEFORE I MOVED.
Description of Work: I HAD A GAS FIREPLACE THAT WOULDN'T WORK. I PANICKED. THEY CAME AND FIXED THAT PROBLEM.
