ORGANIZE TO ORDER

It went really good. I forgot to follow through but she reached out to me to make an appointment. She was really attentive and listened to us to understand what we wanted to do with the space. She was extremely helpful in getting us organized and providing us with strategies. She was extremely positive and personable and we were very impressed. It was a very positive experience.

Everything was fine. She did a good job and was very hands on with us. She dropped a couple things off at Goodwill for us and emailed us receipts. She had good follow up.

It was great. She gave me ideas for what I could do on my own after she left which was very helpful. I did ask her to come back after that as well. Very personable

We had about a million things going on after I purchased the Big Deal and just never used it. I wanted to give a good review though because unlike the many Groupon or LivingSocial deals I have let slip through the cracks, the owners sent me at least two emails to remind me of the deal, and even offered to honor it after the expiration date. So certainly no fault of theirs that it did not get used!

The service worked out well. We had some questions on how to organize our paperwork and other things around the house. They helped us make decisions and organize the closets and garage. We have implemented some of their suggestions.

She did a great job. The room looked terrific when she left and I learned a few things myself too.

Everything went as planned. They were punctual. Now I need it us to us to stay on top of the organization.

The work went great and she was very friednly. She was prompt, professional, and very helpful. It's not something I could afford on a regular basis, but the information was very helpful.

Kim was totally awesome. In two visits, she gave a consultation and helped go through an entire large table piled high with random papers and things that I had been dreading going through for literally *years*. We had some trouble finding good times to meet due to 'life' happening on both sides, but we worked it out. In both the consultation and organizing session, she worked with me and listened to my needs, and gave me ideas and suggestions in ways that I could choose or sometimes even argue against with reason. A few simple changes has made my house more livable. After the consultation she gave me a long email with a lot of ideas and suggestions about what things I could do to improve things. When it came to organizing, Kim really helped develop a system that makes sense to me. She didn't force me to throw out every useless little trinket we came across, but she did make me decide on what to do with it, even if throw into a box of other useless little trinkets. She was fun to work with and made the whole task get done in way less than half the time I could have done it alone - I worked alongside her, and kept feeling bad about not helping because I simply could not keep up with her, even when I knew what to do. When she first told me her prices, I thought it might be a bit high for what I needed, but after the consultation she gave me a discounted quote for her time. When it came down to it, she stuck exactly to the quoted price and would (absolutely) not let me pay more even though we went over the time she had thought it would take, and I had told her that I would pay for extra time. Well, Kim's full price would have been a deal to me, with how fast she was, how well she stuck to the task, and well how she got everything into a system that I can actively use. She mentioned she also has a guarantee about the organizing system she creates, but I won't be needing to use that. I'll definitely have Kim back!

Kim helped me organize a mountain of paperwork, setting up a filing system. Also organized with me a garage, storage room, my life, my kids' papers, etc. Fantastically well. I continue to use Kim to help me keep up with paperwork and anything else I can think of. She works well alone or with me and is fun to have around. My dog loves her!

Kim did an initial assessment and goals discussion, then rolled up her sleeves and actually got to work with me to organize my papers. She used this as a teaching exercise on organizational techniques as well as a way to give me a head-start on the project. A positive experience overall.

It went pretty well, but she was going to do some follow up and didn't follow through.

She was helpful, knowledgeable, and good at what she does. I did not inquire about further services based on the price.

First off I have to say that this was for a coupon I purchased in 2010. We were going through some family losses over that tiem period, so I had totally forgotten about it. Angie's List only allowed the coupon buyer's first and last name to be given to the contractors back then. They changed their policy a year later so she was able to email me saying she would still honor the coupon if I would like to use it, although it had LONG EXPIRED! Who does that?! Kim does! It took us an additional 7 months to for me to be able to get the appointment scheduled after another loss; she was so understanding and accomodating. Kim spent our four hour block of time reviewing my current organizing systems, taking note of what works and did not, then offered practical advice on how to improve each road block I had. She was a calming presence who went at my pace so it was not overwhelming at all. In fact, we spent a lot of time at my kitchen counter talking over coffee about challenges that impacted my lack of time to organize, what was important to me, etc. She would have got right into the actual task of sorting had I wanted to, but it felt so comfortable talking to her, like a visit with an old friend. She took time to get to know me so the processes she helped put into place would be something that could work for our family. She even followed up with emails summarizing the new plan and included links to organizing products that we had talked about. She was great and I would use her again in a heartbeat.

This was a gift to my son and dau-in-law so I didn't receive the services directly. But my daughter-in-law and son were very pleased with the services and recommendations they received from the organizer!

I gave this Big Deal to my daughter for Christmas.. She was delighted to use this service to determine how to set up her home files and her files for several small businesses she runs from her home. The suggestions were excellent ones.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she was delighted for the guidance and help in organizing her garage full of tools and other items.

She was nice to talk with on the phone as well as in person, and she arrived promptly. I needed help with piles of accumulated papers, so we began sorting the piles into labeled areas. It was going well, then we started talking about other things, which was all very interesting but we went well over the 4 hours and didn't complete our task. Kim was great about getting back with me to finish the task, but we again got side-tracked into organizing my tax folders instead of completing sorting, purging and filing the papers. That was fine, but we/I never did finish the original task. To this day, I still have those original piles plus more papers/mail/brochures/etc. I really enjoy Kim's company, but since I'm also a talker and easily side-tracked, she's not the most optimal organizer for me. But she is quite knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and one of the most diligent contractors as far as keeping me apprised of her schedule, and being punctual, I've ever encountered. Her initial appraisal of my situation, and set-up for organizing my stuff, were really great. I think she's probably great working with most people, not so much with people like me who are also talkers and easily side-tracked.

She came on time each day and we worked about 4 hours at a time. She helped me to finally understand the basics of getting organized. I appreciated that she places no judgment on the work to be completed. My husband was just an observer and he appreciated all the help she was able to give me. I will definitely have her back again.

I attempted to contact her several times and she never returned my calls. I think I should have my money back or she should contact me. I would still be open to her help.

Contacted Kim in the early summer after interviewing other "less-responsive" companies. She responded IMMEDIATELY (within hours) and scheduled the initial consultation. Kim was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and highly COMPETENT from the get-go. Given the sensitve nature of opening one's home, and office (records) to someone you've not had experience with can be a little frightening; BUT KIM PUT OUR FEARS TO REST by clearly articulating what she thought we were looking for. She was spot on and very FAIRLY PRICED!! She also EVOLVED as necessary during the entire process. We initially planned on one to three days of service, but have scheduled her for MANY MANY MORE due to the productivity gains we have enjoyed as a result of hiring Organize to Order. Her ethics are BEYOND REPROACH and she knows her job EXTREMELY WELL. She did it all with an UPLIFTING, POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC attitude (which was a refreshing change!) If you are looking for a REASONABLY-PRICED, very HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and EFFICIENT Office and Home Organization Consultant, look no further: YOU SIMPLY WILL NOT FIND ANY BETTER! Consequently, Organize to Order has our highest reccomendation.

She is smashing! Absolutely amazing and oustanding! She completely reliable and is tremendously knowledgeable. You can tell she has been doing this type of work for years. I depend on her help constantly.
